Description
도 2는 본 발명에 의한 대류 현상을 이용한 공기 순환 냉각 방식의 가로등 및 보안등용 엘이디 조명등의 단면도이다.
도 3은 본 발명에 의한 대류 현상을 이용한 공기 순환 냉각 방식의 가로등 및 보안등용 엘이디 조명등의 공기 흐름도이다.

Claims (3)
- 하나 이상의 고휘도 LED 소자(31)와 metal PCB(36)로 구성된 LED 모듈(32)과 상기 LED 모듈로부터 방출되는 빛을 멀리 전달시켜주는 비구면 렌즈(33) 및 상기 비구면 렌즈를 잡아주는 렌즈 홀더(34)와 렌즈 홀더 커버(35)로 구성된 단위 광원 모듈(30); 하나 이상의 상기 단위 광원 모듈(30)을 장착하여 광원부(10)를 구성하는 조명등 상판(11); 상기 하나 이상의 단위 광원 모듈(30)로부터 발생하는 열을 방열부(20)로 전달해주는 하나 이상의 HEAT PIPE(12); 대류에 의한 공기의 순환을 고려하여 중앙에 공기 순환 통로(22)를 가지고 있는 하나 이상의 방열판(21) 및 상기 하나 이상의 방열판(21)에 끼워져 방열판(21)들을 정렬시키는 하나 이상의 가이드핀(23)으로 구성된 방열부(20); LED 조명등 하판(40); LED 조명등을 설치하는데 사용되는 브라켓(50)으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 대류 현상을 이용한 공기 순환 냉각 방식의 가로등 및 보안등용 엘이디 조명등.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
하나 이상의 단위 광원 모듈(30)을 조합하여 배치함으로써 요구되는 배광 특성을 쉽게 구성할 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 대류 현상을 이용한 공기 순환 냉각 방식의 가로등 및 보안등용 엘이디 조명등.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
하나 이상의 단위 광원 모듈(30)에서 발생하는 열에 의해 뜨거워진 공기가 하나 이상의 방열판(21) 중앙의 공기 순환 통로(22)를 통해 상승하면서 공기의 흐름을 형성하고 이를 통해 단위 광원 모듈(30)에서 발생하는 열을 빠르게 제거할 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 대류 현상을 이용한 공기 순환 냉각 방식의 가로등 및 보안등용 엘이디 조명등.
