Abstract
【解決手段】液晶モジュール12を構成する中間フレーム4aの表面および液晶パネル2の裏面間に、あるいは上フレーム1の裏面および液晶パネル2の裏面間に、もしくはそれらの両者間に、先端部14aが柔軟性構造を持つように形成した弾性体3bを固定し、バックライト11aと液晶パネル2との間、あるいは上フレーム1と液晶パネル2との間、もしくはそれらの両者間を密封する構造としている。

Description
光学シート5を配置して形成される。すなわち、本実施の形態では、中間フレーム4aの表面に弾性体3bを固定し、しかも上フレーム1の裏面に弾性体3cを固定した構造である。また、いずれの弾性体3b,3cもその先端部14aを液晶パネル2の裏面および表面に接触させている。
液晶パネル2と、光学シート5および弾性体3bを設けたバックパネル11a(あるいは11b)とを重ね合わせる。

Claims (9)
- 液晶パネルと、光源として機能すると共に前記液晶パネルを搭載するバックライトと、前記液晶パネルおよび前記バックライトを囲い保護する上フレームとを備えた液晶モジュールにおいて、前記液晶パネルの表示部を囲うように前記バックライト表面に取り付けた柔軟性を有する弾性体を有し、その先端部を前記液晶パネルに接触させることにより、前記液晶パネルと前記バックライトとの隙間を密閉することを特徴とする液晶モジュール。
- 前記弾性体は、前記バックライトの表面の前記液晶パネルの表示部の周囲に対応する少なくとも1辺に取り付けられることを特徴とする液晶モジュール。
- 液晶パネルと、光源として機能すると共に前記液晶パネルを搭載するバックライトと、前記液晶パネルおよび前記バックライトを囲い保護する上フレームとを備えた液晶モジュールにおいて、前記液晶パネルの表示部を囲うように前記液晶パネルを保護する前記上フレームの裏面に取り付けた柔軟性を有する弾性体を有し、その先端部を前記液晶パネルに接触させることにより、前記上フレームと前記液晶パネルとの隙間を密閉することを特徴とする液晶モジュール。
- 前記弾性体は、前記上フレームの裏面の前記液晶パネルの表示部の周囲に対応する少なくとも1辺に取り付けられることを特徴とする液晶モジュール。
- 液晶パネルと、光源として機能すると共に前記液晶パネルを搭載するバックライトと、前記液晶パネルおよび前記バックライトを囲い保護する上フレームとを備えた液晶モジュールにおいて、前記液晶パネルの表示部を囲うように前記バックライト表面に取り付けた柔軟性を有する第1の弾性体と、前記液晶パネルの表示部を囲うように前記液晶パネルを保護する前記上フレームの裏面に取り付けた柔軟性を有する第2の弾性体とを有し、前記第1および前記第2の弾性体の先端部をそれぞれ前記液晶パネルに接触させることにより、前記液晶パネルと前記バックライトとの隙間及び前記上フレームと前記液晶パネルとの隙間を密閉することを特徴とする液晶モジュール。
- 前記第1および前記第2の弾性体は、前記バックライトの表面および前記上フレームの裏面の前記液晶パネルの表示部の周囲に対応する少なくとも1辺に取り付けられることを特徴とする液晶モジュール。
- 前記弾性体は、シリコンゴムを代表とする柔軟性及び弾力性を有する樹脂で形成したことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれかに記載の液晶モジュール。
- 前記弾性体は、取り付けられる取付部材と、前記取付部材に対向する対向部材との隙間を、前記対向部材に与える負荷を抑えて密閉するため、その先端部を前記対向部材に接触させたとき、前記先端部が変形あるいは傾斜する形状であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれかに記載の液晶モジュール。
- 表示面と平行に並べた直下型ランプと、前記ランプから発せられる光を反射し、拡散板を通して表示側へ照射するためのリフレクタと、前記直下型ランプおよび前記リフレクタを収容する下フレームとを備え且つ液晶モジュールの外側へ着脱可能なランプホルダセットを有し、前記ランプホルダセットの表側面あるいは前記ランプホルダセット着脱後の骨組みを形成する中間フレームの裏側面に、柔軟性を有する弾性体を取り付け、前記ランプホルダセットと前記中間フレームの隙間を密閉することを特徴とする液晶モジュールに用いるバックライト。
