Abstract
【解決手段】 複数のフィン4を並列に配置したフィン部材5の対向する両端面6、7に係合凹溝8を複数設ける。このフィン部材5の係合凹溝8に配設するための複数の直管部2を対向間隔16を介して平行に配置し、この複数の直管部2を折曲部3で連結して一対の蛇行部11、12を、フィン部材5の挿入間隙17を介して互いに対向して配置する。一方蛇行部11と他方蛇行部12とを連結管13により連結して蛇行管本体1を形成する。この蛇行管本体1の一方蛇行部11と他方蛇行部12との間の挿入間隙17内に挿入配設したフィン部材5の一端面6の係合凹溝8に一方蛇行部11の直管部2を配設し、他端面7の係合凹溝8に他方蛇行部12の直管部2を配設して固定する。

Claims (23)
- 複数のフィンを並列させ対向する両端面に一定間隔で複数の係合凹溝を平行に設けたフィン部材と、このフィン部材の係合凹溝に配設するための複数の直管部を対向間隔を介して平行に配置し、この複数の直管部を折曲部で連結した一対の蛇行部を、フィン部材の挿入間隙を介して互いに対向して配置するとともにこの対向する一方蛇行部と他方蛇行部とを連結管により連結した蛇行管本体とから成り、この蛇行管本体の一方蛇行部と他方蛇行部との間に形成されるフィン部材の挿入間隙内に、フィン部材を挿入配設し、このフィン部材の一端面の係合凹溝に一方蛇行部の直管部を配設し、他端面の係合凹溝に他方蛇行部の直管部を配設して固定した事を特徴とする熱交換器。

- 一方蛇行部及び他方蛇行部は、複数対の直管部のうち両端部に配置した直管部の少なくとも一方の外面に、フィン部材を配設し、このフィン部材の係合凹溝に当該直管部の外面を配設して固定した事を特徴とする請求項2の熱交換器。
- フィン部材は、板状フィンを複数枚並列に配設して形成し、各板状フィンの対向する両端縁に係合凹溝を設けた事を特徴とする請求項1、2、3又は4の熱交換器。

- 蛇行管本体とフィン部材とは、係合凹溝への直管部の配設後に、外表面に塗装処理を施した事を特徴とする請求項1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8、9、10、11、12、13、14、15、16、17又は18の熱交換器。
- 蛇行管本体は、直管部を平行に配置した一方蛇行部と他方蛇行部との連結管を、直管部の軸方向に対して円周方向に捻る事により、一方蛇行部と他方蛇行部との間隔を狭めた事を特徴とする請求項1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8、9、10、11、12、13、14、15、16、17、18又は19の熱交換器。
- 蛇行管本体は、一方蛇行部と他方蛇行部との連結管の一方直管部側を外方に湾曲させるとともに連結管を直管部の軸方向に対して円周方向に捻る事により、一方蛇行部と他方蛇行部との間隔を狭めるとともに一方蛇行部と他方蛇行部の直管部を互いに平行に配置した事を特徴とする請求項1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8、9、10、11、12、13、14、15、16、17、18又は19の熱交換器。
- フィン部材は、各フィンの端部側を折曲して傾斜面を設けた事を特徴とする請求項1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8、9、10、11、12、13、14、15、16、17、18、19、20又は21の熱交換器。
- フィン部材は、各フィンに複数の流通孔を形成した事を特徴とする請求項1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8、9、10、11、12、13、14、15、16、17、18、19、20、21又は22の熱交換器。
