Abstract

Claims (13)
- クラッチの故障又はアクチュエータの故障の場合に二重クラッチ変速装置のクラッチ又はシンクロナイザの係合を制御する方法であって、
クラッチ・オン故障が検出されたとき、どのクラッチが故障したかを決定するステップと、
故障したクラッチに対してのエンジン・トルクの遮断を指令するステップと、
故障したクラッチと同じ軸上の全部のシンクロナイザの中立化を指令するステップと、
アクチュエータ・オン故障が検出されたとき、どのシンクロナイザが故障したかを決定するステップと、
故障したアクチュエータと同じ軸上の他のシンクロナイザの更なる動作を阻止するステップと、
を備える制御方法。 - クラッチ・オン故障が検出されたかどうかを連続的に再決定するステップと、
アクチュエータ・オン故障が検出されたかどうかを連続的に再決定するステップと、
を更に備える、請求項1に記載の制御方法。 - クラッチ・オン故障が検出されたかどうかを連続的に再決定する前記ステップが、クラッチ・オン故障が生じたかどうかをハイレベル制御方法が決定したかどうかを感知するよう前記ハイレベル制御方法を参照するステップを更に含む、請求項2に記載の制御方法。
- クラッチ・オン故障が検出されたとき、どのクラッチが故障したかを決定する前記ステップが、どのクラッチが故障したかをハイレベル制御方法が決定したことを感知するよう前記ハイレベル制御方法を参照するステップを更に含む、請求項1に記載の制御方法。
- クラッチ・オン故障が検出されたかどうかを連続的に再決定する前記ステップが、エンジン・センサ及び変速装置センサによって提供される参照データを監視し、該参照データをルックアップテーブルと比較するステップを更に含む、請求項2に記載の制御方法。
- クラッチ・オン故障が検出されたとき、どのクラッチが故障したかを決定する前記ステップが、エンジン・センサ及び変速装置センサによって提供される参照データを監視し、該参照データをルックアップテーブルと比較するステップを更に含む、請求項2に記載の制御方法。
- アクチュエータ・オン故障が検出されたかどうかを連続的に再決定する前記ステップが、アクチュエータ・オン故障が生じたかどうかをハイレベル制御方法が決定したかどうかを感知するよう前記ハイレベル制御方法を参照するステップを更に含む、請求項2に記載の制御方法。
- アクチュエータ・オン故障が検出されたかどうかを連続的に再決定する前記ステップが、エンジン・センサ及び変速装置センサによって提供される参照データを監視し、該参照データをルックアップテーブルと比較するステップを更に含む、請求項2に記載の制御方法。
- クラッチ・オン故障が検出されたとき、どのクラッチが故障したかを決定する前記ステップが、
偶数軸クラッチ・オン故障が検出されたかどうかを決定するステップと、
奇数軸クラッチ・オン故障が検出されたかどうかを決定するステップと、
を更に含む、請求項1に記載の制御方法。 - 故障したクラッチへのエンジン・トルクの遮断を指令する前記ステップが、
偶数軸クラッチが故障したならば偶数軸クラッチへのエンジン・トルクの遮断を指令するステップと、
奇数軸クラッチが故障したならば奇数軸クラッチへのエンジン・トルクの遮断を指令するステップと、
を更に含む、請求項9に記載の制御方法。 - 故障したクラッチと同じ軸上の全部のシンクロナイザを中立化するよう指令する前記ステップが、
偶数軸クラッチが故障したクラッチであるときに偶数軸シャフトの全シンクロナイザを中立化するよう指令するステップと、
奇数軸クラッチが故障したクラッチであるときに奇数軸シャフトの全シンクロナイザを中立化するよう指令するステップと、
を更に含む、請求項1に記載の制御方法。 - アクチュエータ・オン故障が検出されたならば、どのシンクロナイザが故障したかを決定する前記ステップが、
偶数軸アクチュエータ・オン故障が検出されたかどうかを決定するステップと、
奇数軸アクチュエータ・オン故障が検出されたかどうかを決定するステップと、
を更に含む、請求項1に記載の制御方法。 - 故障したアクチュエータと同じ軸上の他のシンクロナイザの更なる動作を阻止する前記ステップが、
偶数軸アクチュエータが故障したときに他の偶数軸シンクロナイザの更なる動作を阻止するステップと、
奇数軸アクチュエータが故障したときに他の奇数軸シンクロナイザの更なる動作を阻止するステップと、
を更に含む、請求項1に記載の制御方法。
