Claims (14)
- 多段クラッチトランスミッション用の制御システムであって、前記トランスミッションが、アルファギヤまたはベータギヤを回転シャフトと交互に選択的に同期させる、反対に作用するアルファ圧力室およびベータ圧力室を備えた少なくとも3つのシンクロナイザを有する、制御システムであり、
圧力源と、
サンプと、
2つのシンクロナイザのアルファ室およびベータ室の前記圧力源との流体連通を可能にし、残りのシンクロナイザのアルファ圧力室およびベータ圧力室を前記サンプに向けさせる第1位置を有する、第1多重弁であって、上記動作を逆転させる第2位置を有する、第1多重弁と、
前記第1多重弁と流体接続され、所与のシンクロナイザのアルファ室およびベータ室を前記圧力源に接続し、前記他方のシンクロナイザのアルファ室およびベータ室を前記サンプに接続する第1位置を有する、第2多重弁であって、上記動作を逆転させる第2位置を有する、第2多重弁と、
前記第2多重弁に流体接続され、前記アルファ室を前記圧力源および前記サンプのうちの一方に選択的に接続する、第1アクチュエータ調整弁と、
前記第2多重弁に流体接続され、前記ベータ室を前記圧力源および前記サンプのうちの一方に選択的に接続する、第2アクチュエータ調整弁と、
を備える、制御システム。 - 前記アクチュエータ調整弁の少なくとも一方が、比例電磁弁によって制御される、請求項1に記載の制御システム。
- 前記アクチュエータ調整弁の少なくとも一方が、可変ブリードソレノイド弁によって制御される、請求項1に記載の制御システム。
- 前記アクチュエータ調整弁の少なくとも一方が、前記室をサンプに接続するように付勢される、請求項1に記載の制御システム。
- 前記多重弁の少なくとも一方が、オン/オフ電磁弁によって制御される、請求項1に記載の制御システム。
- 前記アルファ室が、偶数ギヤ比および奇数ギヤ比に対する圧力室を含む、請求項1に記載の制御システム。
- 前記第1多重弁の故障時、前記制御システムが、少なくとも1つの偶数ギヤ比および1つの奇数ギヤ比を依然として作動させることができる、請求項6に記載の制御システム。
- 前記第2多重弁の故障時、前記制御システムが、少なくとも1つの偶数ギヤ比および1つの奇数ギヤ比を依然として作動させることができる、請求項6に記載の制御システム。
- 前記アクチュエータ調整弁の一方の故障時、前記制御システムが前進ギヤ比で動作している場合、前記制御システムが、少なくとも2つのギヤ比を依然として作動させることができる、請求項6に記載の制御システム。
- アルファギヤまたはベータギヤを1つまたは複数の回転シャフトと交互に選択的に同期させる、反対に作用するアルファ圧力室およびベータ圧力室を備えた少なくとも3つのシンクロナイザを備える多段クラッチトランスミッションであって、

サンプと、
2つのシンクロナイザのアルファ室およびベータ室の前記圧力源との流体連通を可能にし、残りのシンクロナイザのアルファ圧力室およびベータ圧力室を前記サンプに向けさせる第1位置を有する、第1多重弁であって、上記動作を逆転させる第2位置を有する、第1多重弁と、
前記第1多重弁と流体接続され、所与のシンクロナイザのアルファ室およびベータ室を前記圧力源に接続し、前記他方のシンクロナイザのアルファ室およびベータ室を前記サンプに接続する第1位置を有する、第2多重弁であって、前記動作を逆転させる第2位置を有する、第2多重弁と、
前記第2多重弁に流体接続され、前記アルファ室を前記圧力源および前記サンプのうちの一方に選択的に接続する、第1アクチュエータ調整弁と、
前記第2多重弁に流体接続され、前記ベータ室を前記圧力源および前記サンプのうちの一方に選択的に接続する、第2アクチュエータ調整弁と、
を備える制御システムを有する、多段クラッチトランスミッション。 - 前記アルファ室が、偶数ギヤ比および奇数ギヤ比に対する圧力室を含む、請求項10に記載の多段クラッチトランスミッション。
- 前記第1多重弁の故障時、前記制御システムが、少なくとも1つの偶数ギヤ比および1つの奇数ギヤ比を依然として作動させることができる、請求項11に記載の多段クラッチトランスミッション。
- 前記第2多重弁の故障時、前記制御システムが、少なくとも1つの偶数ギヤ比および1つの奇数ギヤ比を依然として作動させることができる、請求項11に記載の多段クラッチトランスミッション。
- 前記アクチュエータ調整弁の一方の故障時、前記制御システムが前進ギヤ比で動作している場合、前記制御システムが、少なくとも2つのギヤ比を依然として作動させることができる、請求項10に記載の多段クラッチトランスミッション。
