Claims (13)
- 듀얼 클러치 변속기의 클러치 또는 싱크로나이저 오류 발생시 클러치 및 싱크로나이저의 연결을 제어하는 방법으로서,클러치-온 오류 검출시 오류 발생 클러치를 판단하는 단계;오류발생 클러치로의 엔진 토크 중지를 명령하는 단계;오류발생 클러치와 동축의 샤프트에 위치한 모든 싱크로나이저의 중립화를 명령하는 단계;액츄에이터-온 오류 검출시 오류 발생 싱크로나이저를 판단하는 단계; 및오류발생 액츄에이터와 동축의 샤프트에 위치한 다른 싱크로나이저의 더 이상의 액츄에이팅을 방지하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 듀얼 클러치 변속기의 클러치 및 싱크로나이저 연결 제어방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,클러치-온 오류의 검출여부를 지속적으로 재판단하는 단계; 및액츄에이터-온 오류의 검출여부를 지속적으로 재판단하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 클러치-온 오류의 검출여부를 지속적으로 재판단하는 단계는, 상위 단계의 제어방법에서 클러치-온 오류 발생을 판단했는지 여부를 검출하기 위하여 상위 제어방법을 참조하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 클러치-온 오류 검출시 오류발생 클러치를 판단하는 단계는, 상위 단계의 제어방법에서 오류가 발생한 것으로 판단된 클러치를 검출하기 위하여 상위 제어방법을 참조하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 클러치-온 오류의 검출여부를 지속적으로 재판단하는 단계는, 엔진 및 트랜스미션(transmission) 센서에서 제공되는 참조데이터를 감시하여, 이를 룩업 테이블과 비교하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 클러치-온 오류 검출시 오류발생 클러치를 판단하는 단계는, 엔진 및 트랜스미션(transmission) 센서에서 제공되는 참조데이터를 감시하여, 이를 룩업 테이블과 비교하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 액츄에이터-온 오류의 검출여부를 지속적으로 재판단하는 단계는, 상위 단계의 제어방법에서 액츄에이터-온 오류 발생을 판단했는지 여부를 검출하기 위하여 상위 제어방법을 참조하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 액츄에이터-온 오류의 검출여부를 지속적으로 재판단하는 단계는, 엔진 및 트랜스미션(transmission) 센서에서 제공되는 참조데이터를 감시하여, 이를 룩업 테이블과 비교하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 클러치-온 오류 검출시 오류발생 클러치를 판단하는 단계는,짝수축 클러치-온 오류 검출여부를 판단하는 단계; 및홀수축 클러치-온 오류 검출여부를 판단하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,오류발생 클러치로의 엔진 토크 중지 명령 단계는,짝수축 클러치에 오류발생시 짝수축 클러치로의 엔진 토크를 중지하도록 명령하는 단계; 및홀수축 클러치에 오류발생시 홀수축 클러치로의 엔진 토크를 중지하도록 명령하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 오류 발생 클러치와 동축의 샤프트에 있는 모든 싱크로나이저의 중립화를 명령하는 단계는,짝수축 클러치가 오류발생 클러치일 경우, 짝수축 샤프트의 모든 싱크로나이저의 중립화를 명령하는 단계; 및홀수축 클러치가 오류발생 클러치일 경우, 홀수축 샤프트의 모든 싱크로나이저의 중립화를 명령하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 액츄에이터-온 오류 검출시 오류발생 싱크로나이저를 판단하는 단계는,짝수축 액츄에이터-온 오류가 검출되었는지 여부를 판단하는 단계; 및홀수축 액츄에이터-온 오류가 검출되었는지 여부를 판단하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 오류 발생 액츄에이터와 동축의 샤프트에 위치한 다른 싱크로나이저들의 더 이상의 액츄에이팅을 방지하는 단계는,짝수축 액츄에이터에 오류가 발생한 경우 짝수축의 다른 싱크로나이저의 더 이상의 액츄에이팅을 방지하는 단계; 및홀수축 액츄에이터에 오류가 발생한 경우 홀수축의 다른 싱크로나이저의 더 이상의 액츄에이팅을 방지하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
