Description
車両用動力伝達システム100は、動力伝達装置101を備えている。動力伝達装置101は、エンジン80により発生された回転駆動力を複数の変速段で変速して伝達する機械装置であり、主として、クラッチ110およびトランスミッション130によって構成されている。
次に、上記のように構成した車両用動力伝達システム100の作動について説明する。この車両用動力伝達システム100は、ECU140がエンジン80および動力伝達装置101の作動をそれぞれ制御して車両を走行させるとともに、エンジン80が作動している間、図6に示す動力伝達装置フェールセーフ制御プログラムを実行することによって動力伝達装置101の故障時におけるフェールセーフ制御を実行する。

Claims (7)
- 車両に搭載されるエンジンの駆動力を互いに変速比の異なる複数の変速段によって変速しつつ前記車両の駆動輪に伝達するトランスミッションと、
前記トランスミッションにおける前記複数の変速段を選択的に切り替えるシフトアクチュエータと、
前記エンジンから伝達される前記駆動力を前記トランスミッションに伝達または遮断するクラッチと、
前記クラッチにおける前記駆動力の伝達と遮断とを相互に切り替えるクラッチアクチュエータと、
前記シフトアクチュエータおよび前記クラッチアクチュエータの作動をそれぞれ制御する制御装置とを備えた車両用動力伝達システムにおいて、
前記車両の走行状態か停止状態かを検出するための走行状態検出センサと、
前記クラッチアクチュエータの正常か異常かを検出するためのCA異常検出センサと、
前記トランスミッションにおける前記複数の変速段の選択状態を検出するためのシフトポジションセンサとを備え、
前記制御装置は、
前記走行状態検出センサおよび前記CA異常検出センサを用いて前記車両が走行状態でかつ前記クラッチアクチュエータの異常を検出したとき、前記シフトアクチュエータの作動を制御して前記トランスミッションにおける前記変速段を1段ずつ前記変速比が低い(減速比が大きい)前記変速段に切り替えつつ前記車両が停止する前にニュートラル状態に移行させることを特徴とする車両用動力伝達システム。 - 請求項1に記載した車両用動力伝達システムにおいて、
前記クラッチは、
前記エンジンから伝達される前記駆動力によって回転駆動するフリクションプレートに対向配置されるクラッチプレートを保持して前記駆動力を前記トランスミッションに伝達するクラッチハブ、および同クラッチハブに対して接近または離隔可能かつ相対回転可能な状態で隣接配置されて前記フリクションプレートまたは前記クラッチプレートを押圧弾性体によって弾性的に押圧するプレッシャプレートを備えており、
前記クラッチハブおよび前記プレッシャプレートは、
前記駆動輪側の回転数が前記エンジン側の回転数よりも高くなったとき、前記フリクションプレートと前記クラッチプレートとの圧接力を減少させるための傾斜面からなるハブ側スリッパカム部およびプレッシャ側スリッパカム部をそれぞれ有していることを特徴とする車両用動力伝達システム。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載した車両用動力伝達システムにおいて、さらに、
前記車両の速度を検出する車速センサおよび前記エンジンの回転数を検出する回転数センサのうちの少なくとも一方を備え、
前記制御装置は、
車速センサおよび回転数センサのうちの少なくとも一方を用いて前記車両の速度および前記エンジンの回転数のうちの少なくとも一方が所定値以下のとき、前記シフトアクチュエータの作動を制御して前記トランスミッションにおける前記変速段を前記変速比が低い前記変速段に切り替えつつ前記車両が停止する前に前記ニュートラル状態に移行させることを特徴とする車両用動力伝達システム。 - 請求項3に記載した車両用動力伝達システムにおいて、
前記所定値は、前記トランスミッションにおける前記変速段ごとに設定されていることを特徴とする車両用動力伝達システム。 - 請求項1ないし請求項4のうちのいずれか1つに記載した車両用動力伝達システムにおいて、
前記制御装置は、
前記走行状態検出センサおよび前記CA異常検出センサを用いて前記車両が停止状態でかつ前記クラッチアクチュエータの異常を検出したとき、前記シフトアクチュエータの作動を制御して前記トランスミッションにおける前記変速段を前記ニュートラル状態に切り替えることを特徴とする車両用動力伝達システム。 - 請求項3ないし請求項5のうちのいずれか1つに記載した車両用動力伝達システムにおいて、さらに、
前記シフトアクチュエータの正常か異常かを検出するためのSA異常検出センサを備え、
前記制御装置は、
前記走行状態検出センサおよび前記SA異常検出センサを用いて前記車両が走行状態でかつ前記シフトアクチュエータの異常を検出したとき、車速センサおよび回転数センサのうちの少なくとも一方を用いて前記車両の速度および前記エンジンの回転数のうちの少なくとも一方が所定値以下のときに前記クラッチアクチュエータの作動を制御して前記クラッチを前記駆動力の遮断状態に切り替えることを特徴とする車両用動力伝達システム。 - 請求項1ないし請求項6のうちのいずれか1つに記載した車両用動力伝達システムにおいて、さらに、
前記車両の運転者からの指示を前記制御装置に入力するための入力装置と、
前記制御装置に作動制御されて前記運転者に対して情報を表示する表示装置とを備え、
前記制御装置は、
前記クラッチアクチュエータの異常を検出したことを前記表示装置に表示させるとともに、前記入力装置を介して入力した前記運転者からの指示に従って前記シフトアクチュエータの作動を制御して前記トランスミッションにおける前記変速段を前記変速比が低い前記変速段に切り替えることを特徴とする車両用動力伝達システム。
