Abstract
【解決手段】組成物は、ポリアミド、ポリアミド誘導体またはこれらの混合物の群から選択されるポリマー88〜99.99質量%および流動助剤0.01〜0.25質量%を有し、相対湿度95%で5日間コンディショニングした後のISO787/2により決定した流動助剤の乾燥減量が1%以下である。

Description
例1
本発明の流動助剤、エーロシル(Aerosil)(登録商標)R812およびエーロシル(登録商標)R972および比較例エーロシル(登録商標)200を温度20℃および相対湿度95%で5日間コンディショニングする。引き続き105℃で2時間貯蔵後にISO787/2により乾燥減量を決定する。乾燥減量は乾燥の結果として流動助剤の%の質量の変化として示される。
エーロシルR812 5g(0.25部)を、平均粒径d50 98μm(レーザー回折)およびDIN53466によるかさ密度480g/lを有するドイツ特許第2906647号により製造したポリアミド−12粉末2kg(100部)と、ドライブレンド法およびHenschelP10混合機を使用して400rpmで5分間混合する。得られた組成物の流動性を混合の直後にDIN53492により決定する。40℃および相対湿度95%で6日間コンディショニングし、引き続き20℃および相対湿度50%で24時間組成物をコンディショニングした後に、再び流動性を測定する。コンディショニングの前および後の組成物の流動性を、DIN53492による組成物150gの秒での流動時間の決定により測定した。表2に流動時間を示す。
例2からのポリアミド−12粉末2kg(100部)およびエーロシルR972 5g(0.25部)を例2と同様に混合する。組成物の流動性を例2に記載のように決定し、表2に示す。
例2からのポリアミド−12粉末2kg(100部)およびエーロシルR812 0.5g(0.025部)を例2と同様に混合する。組成物の流動性を例2に記載のように決定し、表2に示す。
例2からのポリアミド−12粉末2kg(100部)およびエーロシルR812 0.3g(0.015部)を例2と同様に混合する。組成物の流動性を例2に記載のように決定し、表2に示す。
例2からのポリアミド−12粉末2kg(100部)およびエーロシル200 5g(0.25部)を例2と同様に混合する。得られた組成物の流動性を例2に記載のように決定し、表2に示す
Claims (15)
- ポリアミド、ポリアミド誘導体またはこれらの混合物の群から選択されるポリマー88〜99.99質量%および流動助剤0.01〜0.25質量%を有する組成物において、相対湿度95%で5日間コンディショニングした後のISO787/2により決定した流動助剤の乾燥減量が1%以下であることを特徴とする組成物。
- ポリマーがポリアミド12、ポリアミド11、ポリアミド6,10、ポリアミド6,12、ポリアミド6、ポリアミド6,6、またはこれらの混合物の群から選択される請求項1記載の組成物。
- 流動助剤が無機顔料、珪酸、熱分解珪酸、沈降珪酸、疎水化珪酸、疎水性珪酸またはこれらの混合物の群から選択される請求項1記載の組成物。
- ポリマーが0.1〜250μmの平均粒径d50を有する請求項1または2記載の組成物。
- 流動助剤が20〜600m2/gの比表面積を有する請求項1または3記載の組成物。
- 流動助剤が10nm〜150μmの平均粒径を有する請求項1または3記載の組成物。
- 相対湿度95%および40℃で6日間コンディショニングし、引き続き相対湿度50%および20℃で24時間コンディショニングした後に組成物がDIN53492により決定した流動時間の増加20%未満を有する請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の組成物。
- 請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の組成物を用いて成形部品を被覆することを特徴とする成形部品を被覆する方法。
- 成形部品が金属または金属合金からなる請求項8記載の方法。
- ガスの注入により被覆工程の間に組成物を流動化する請求項8記載の方法。
- 処理方法が流動焼結、回転焼結、静電被覆、摩擦被覆またはミニコート法である請求項8記載の方法。
- 請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の組成物からレーザー焼結法により試験試料を製造することを特徴とする試験試料の製造方法。
- 組成物を流動焼結、回転焼結、静電被覆、摩擦被覆またはミニコート法に使用する請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の組成物の使用。
- 化粧品を製造するために組成物を使用する請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の組成物の使用。
- 塗料を製造するために組成物を使用する請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の組成物の使用。
