【請求項2】 一方が配列番号6のGAT−ZM1の5′フランキング領域またはGAT−ZM1の配列番号10の3′フランキング領域を認識し、他方が外来DNA内の配列を認識する少なくとも2つのプライマーを用いるポリメラーゼ連鎖反応を用いて、前記生物学的サンプル中に存在する核酸から100〜350bpのDNAフラグメントを増幅することを含む、請求項1記載の方法。
【請求項3】 前記プライマーの一方がGAT−ZM1の配列番号6の5′フランキング領域内の配列を認識し、前記他方のプライマーが外来DNA内の配列を認識する、請求項2記載の方法。
【請求項4】 前記プライマーが、それぞれ、配列番号11および配列番号12の配列を含む、請求項3記載の方法。
【請求項5】 GAT−ZM1 PCR同定プロトコールを用いて、150〜220bpのフラグメントを増幅することを含み、前記プライマーの配列が、それぞれ、配列番号11および配列番号12のヌクレオチド配列に対応する、請求項2記載の方法。
【請求項6】 GAT−ZM1 PCR同定プロトコールを用いて、約202bpのフラグメントを増幅することを含む、請求項5記載の方法。

【請求項2】 一方が配列番号6のGAT−ZM1の5′フランキング領域またはGAT−ZM1の配列番号10の3′フランキング領域を認識し、他方が外来DNA内の配列を認識する少なくとも2つのプライマーを用いるポリメラーゼ連鎖反応を用いて、前記生物学的サンプル中に存在する核酸から100〜350bpのDNAフラグメントを増幅することを含む、請求項1記載の方法。
【請求項3】 前記プライマーの一方がGAT−ZM1の配列番号6の5′フランキング領域内の配列を認識し、前記他方のプライマーが外来DNA内の配列を認識する、請求項2記載の方法。
【請求項4】 前記プライマーが、それぞれ、配列番号11および配列番号12の配列を含む、請求項3記載の方法。
【請求項5】 GAT−ZM1 PCR同定プロトコールを用いて、150〜220bpのフラグメントを増幅することを含み、前記プライマーの配列が、それぞれ、配列番号11および配列番号12のヌクレオチド配列に対応する、請求項2記載の方法。
