【特許請求の範囲】
【請求項１】 以下のステップ：

（ｃ）第２のイオン交換クロマトグラフィー・カラムに通して溶出し；
（ｄ）逆相ＨＰＬＣカラムに通して溶出し；そして
（ｅ）その溶出液をサイズ排除クロマトグラフィーに適用する、
を含む、サンプルから２３，０００〜２８，０００IU／mgの範囲の特定の生理活性を有する組換えｈＣＧを調製するための方法。
【請求項２】 以下のステップ：
（ａ）サンプルをシリカ・クロマトグラフィー・カラムに通して溶出し；
（ｂ）サンプルをＤＥＡＥセファロース・イオン交換クロマトグラフィー・カラムに通して溶出し；
（ｃ）ＣＭ−セファロース・イオン交換クロマトグラフィー・カラムに通して溶出し；
（ｄ）シリカＣ１８逆相ＨＰＬＣカラムに通して溶出し；そして
（ｅ）その溶出液をセファクリル（Ｓｅｐｈａｃｒｙｌ）サイズ排除クロマトグラフィーに適用する、
を含む、サンプルから請求項１に記載の組換えｈＣＧを調製するための方法。
【請求項３】 ＤＥＡＥセファロース・イオン交換クロマトグラフィーを通しての溶出がpH７．５のリン酸ナトリウム・バッファー中で行われる、請求項２に記載の方法。
【請求項４】 ＣＭ−セファロース・イオン交換クロマトグラフィーを通しての溶出がpH６のリン酸ナトリウム・バッファー中で行われる、請求項２又は３に記載の方法。
【請求項５】 ステップ（ｄ）の逆相ＨＰＬＣが、移動相として２−プロパノール／トリス−リン酸・バッファーを用いて行われる、請求項１〜４のいずれか１項に記載の方法。
【請求項６】 ステップ（ｅ）のサイズ排除クロマトグラフィーが、移動相として炭酸水素アンモニウム・バッファーを用いて行われる、請求項１〜５のいずれか１項に記載の方法。
【請求項７】 前記サンプルがＣＨＯ細胞からの培地である、請求項１〜６のいずれか１項に記載の方法。
【請求項１】 以下のステップ：
（ａ）サンプルをシリカ・クロマトグラフィー・カラムに通して溶出し；
（ｂ）サンプルをイオン交換クロマトグラフィー・カラムに通して溶出し；
（ｃ）第２のイオン交換クロマトグラフィー・カラムに通して溶出し；
（ｄ）逆相ＨＰＬＣカラムに通して溶出し；そして
（ｅ）その溶出液をサイズ排除クロマトグラフィーに適用する、
を含む、サンプルから２３，０００〜２８，０００IU／mgの範囲の特定の生理活性を有する組換えｈＣＧを調製するための方法。
【請求項２】 以下のステップ：
（ａ）サンプルをシリカ・クロマトグラフィー・カラムに通して溶出し；
（ｂ）サンプルをＤＥＡＥセファロース・イオン交換クロマトグラフィー・カラムに通して溶出し；
（ｃ）ＣＭ−セファロース・イオン交換クロマトグラフィー・カラムに通して溶出し；
（ｄ）シリカＣ１８逆相ＨＰＬＣカラムに通して溶出し；そして
（ｅ）その溶出液をセファクリル（Ｓｅｐｈａｃｒｙｌ）サイズ排除クロマトグラフィーに適用する、
を含む、サンプルから請求項１に記載の組換えｈＣＧを調製するための方法。
【請求項３】 ＤＥＡＥセファロース・イオン交換クロマトグラフィーを通しての溶出がpH７．５のリン酸ナトリウム・バッファー中で行われる、請求項２に記載の方法。
【請求項４】 ＣＭ−セファロース・イオン交換クロマトグラフィーを通しての溶出がpH６のリン酸ナトリウム・バッファー中で行われる、請求項２又は３に記載の方法。
【請求項５】 ステップ（ｄ）の逆相ＨＰＬＣが、移動相として２−プロパノール／トリス−リン酸・バッファーを用いて行われる、請求項１〜４のいずれか１項に記載の方法。
【請求項６】 ステップ（ｅ）のサイズ排除クロマトグラフィーが、移動相として炭酸水素アンモニウム・バッファーを用いて行われる、請求項１〜５のいずれか１項に記載の方法。
【請求項７】 前記サンプルがＣＨＯ細胞からの培地である、請求項１〜６のいずれか１項に記載の方法。
