Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.シーラント組成物において、(1)イソシアネート官能価が少なくとも2. 0で平均分子量が少なくとも2,000のウレタンプレポリマー;及び(2) 触媒として作用する量の(a)第三級アミンの活性水素を実質的に含まないグ リコール酸塩及び有機金属化合物、(b)第三級アミンの実質的に活性水素を 含まないグリコール酸塩と有機金属化合物及び第2の有機金属化合物の混合物 、(c)ジアルキルスズジカルボキシレートのジモルホリノジアルキルエーテ ルまたはジ((ジアルキルモリホルノ)アルキル)エーテルとの混合物、あるいは (d)第三級アミンの実質的に活性水素を含まないグリコール酸塩と有機金属 化合物、第2の有機金属化合物及びジモルホリノジアルキルエーテルまたはジ ((ジアルキルモリホルノ)アルキル)エーテルとの混合物;を含むことを特徴と するシーラント組成物。 2.(A)シラン、または(B)イソシアネート反応性シランとポリイソシアネ ートの付加化合物、(C)(1)(a)イソシアネート反応性シランまたは (b)イソシアネート反応性シランとポリイソシアネートとの付加化合物と (2)(a)ポリイソシアネート及び活性水素含有化合物または(b)遊離イ ソシアネート部分を有するポリウレタンプレポリマーとの反応生成物で、平均 して1分子あたり少なくとも1つのシラン基及び少なくとも1つのイソシアネ ート基を有する反応生成物をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記 載のシーラント組成物。 3.前記第三級アミンの実質的に活性水素を含まないグリコール酸塩及び前記有 機金属化合物がポリイソシアネートと第三級アミンのグリコール酸塩と有機金 属化合物の反応生成物であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項または第2項 記載のシーラント組成物。 4.前記第三級アミンのpHが8ないし10であることを特徴とする請求の範囲 第1項から第3項のいずれかに記載のシーラント組成物。 5.前記有機金属化合物がジアルキルスズジカルボキシレートであることを特徴 とする請求の範囲第1項から第4項のいずれかに記載のシーラント組成物。 6.前記ジアルキルスズジカルボキシレートが、R2及びR3のそれぞれがC1 〜1 0のアルキルの、化学式(R2OC(O))2−Sn−(R3)2に相当することを特 徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第5項のいずれかに記載のシーラント組成物。 7.前記プレポリマーの前記イソシアネート含有量が1.5%から5.0%の範 囲にあることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第6項のいずれかに記載のシ ーラント組成物。 8.前記有機金属化合物が1,1−ジメチルスズジラウレート、1,1−ジブチ ルスズジアセテート、1,1−ジメチルジマレエートまたはジアルキルスズジ メルカプチドであることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第7項のいずれか に記載のシーラント組成物。 9.ガラスを支持体に接着する方法であって、請求の範囲第1項から第8項のい ずれか1つに従うシーラントを前記ガラスに接触させ、もう1つの支持体を前 記ガラスと前記支持体との間に配された前記シーラントと接触させ、その後前 記シーラントを硬化して前記ガラスと前記支持体とを結合する工程を含むこと を特徴とする方法。 10.前記支持体が、耐酸塗料で被覆された金属、プラスチック、あるいは複合材 であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第9項に記載の方法。
