Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 正孔注入層及び/又は電子注入層を含有し、導電性有機重合体がポリフラ ン類、ポリピロール類、ポリアニリン類、ポリチオフェン類及びポリピリジン類 を含んで成る群から選ばれることを特徴とするエレクトロルミネッセンス装置。 2. 式(1): [式中、 R1及びR2は、互いに独立に、水素、置換されていてもよいC1〜C20 −アルキル、CH2OH又はC6−C14−アリールを表すか、又はR1及びR2が 一緒になって、−(CH2)m−CH2−(ここにm=0〜12、好ましくは1〜 5である)又はC6−C14−アリールを表し、そして nは5〜100の整数である] を有する中性又はカチオン性のチオフェンが用いられる請求項1に記載のエレク トロルミネッセンス装置。 3. 式(1)を有する化合物が、ポリアニオンとしての重合体のカルボン酸の 存在下でカチオン形で存在する請求項1に記載のエレクトロルミネッセンス装置 。 4. ポリアニオンが、ポリアクリル酸、ポリメタクリル酸、ポリマレイン酸、 ポリスチレンスルホン酸及びポリビニルスルホン酸又はそれら の塩を含んで成る群から選ばれ、重合体のカルボン酸及びポリスルホン酸は、ビ ニルカルボン酸と他の重合可能なモノマー及びビニルスルホン酸と他の重合可能 なモノマーとの共重合体であることもできる請求項3に記載のエレクトロルミネ ッセンス装置。 5. ポリアニオンが、ポリスチレン系の酸又はそのアルカリ塩である請求項3 に記載のエレクトロルミネッセンス装置。 6. 請求項1に記載の有機重合体化合物の、エレクトロルミネッセンス装置の 正孔注入層及び/又は電子注入層中の導電体としての使用。
