Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.最小の孔を含む微孔性表面と、最大の孔を含む反対側表面と、両者の間にあ って、ポリマー材料の繊維状ウェブから形成した多孔性担体を含む厚みを有する ことを特徴とする微孔性ポリ二フッ化ビニリデンポリマー膜。 2.ポリ二フッ化ビリニデンがHYLAR−461である請求の範囲第1項記載 の膜。 3.更に約1〜約30重量%のポリビニルピロリドンを含む請求の範囲第1項記 載の膜。 4.ポリビニルピロリドンが約45,000ダルトンの平均分子量を有する請求 の範囲第3項記載の膜。 5.ポリビニルピロリドンが約9,000ダルトンの平均分子量を有する請求の 範囲第3項記載の膜。 6.湿潤剤ど接触させることにより疎水性にした請求の範囲第1項記載の膜。 7.湿潤剤がヒドロキシプロピルセルロースからなる請求の範囲第6項記載の膜 。 8.湿潤剤が界面活性剤からなる請求の範囲第6項記載の膜。 9.更に膜に積層された支持材料を含む請求の範囲第1項記載の膜。 10.支持材料が不織ポリマーファブリックである請求の範囲第9項記載の膜。 11.膜が中空繊維である請求の範囲第1項記載の膜。 12.一体型非対称性構造、第一の平均直径を有する微孔性表面の最小の孔及び第 二の平均直径を有する反対側表面の最大の孔を有し、第一の平均直径に対する第 二の平均直径の比が約5〜約500である請求の範囲第1項記載の膜。 13.10psidにおいて、約25〜約500cm/分の水流速を有する請求の 範囲第12項記載の膜。 14.膜厚が約140μm未満である請求の範囲第12項記載の膜。 15.膜厚が約70μm末満である請求の範囲第12項記載の膜。 16.約0.5〜約50psidの水の泡立ち点を有する請求の範囲第12項記載の 膜。 17.多孔性担体が、微孔性表面から反対側面にかけて漸進的に増加する孔径の勾 配を含む請求の範囲第12項記載の膜。 18.膜厚の少なくとも約80%が等方性構造である膜である、請求の範囲第1項 記載の膜。 19.膜厚が約75μm末満である請求の範囲第18項記載の膜。 20.膜厚が約30μm未満である請求の範囲第19項記載の膜。 21.ポリ二フッ化ビニリデン膜の製造方法であって、以下に示す工程: 溶媒に溶解した、約12〜20重量%のポリ二フッ化ビニリデン及び約0〜3 0重量%の親水性ポリマーを含む流延ドープを提供する工程、 ドープを流延して薄膜を形成する工程、 薄膜を気体環境に暴露する工程、 薄膜を水浴中で凝固させる工程、及び 形成した微孔性ポリ二フッ化ビニリデン高分子膜を回収する工程、 からなり、得られた膜が最小の孔を含む微孔性表面と、最大の孔を含む反対側表 面と、それらの間にあって、ポリマー材料の繊維状ウェブから形成した多孔性担 体を含む層とを有することを特徴とする方法。 22.流延工程の間、ドープが約21〜約35℃である請求の範囲第21項記載の方 法。 23.気体環境が約50〜100%の水の相対湿度を有している請求の範囲第21項 記載の方法。 24.暴露工程が約2〜約120秒間の期間を有する請求の範囲第21項記載の方法 。 25.水浴が約20〜80℃である請求の範囲第21項記載の方法。 26.親水性ポリマーがポリビニルピロリドンからなる請求の範囲第21項記載の方 法。 27.ポリビニルピロリドンが約45,000ダルトンの平均分子量を有する請求 の範囲第26項記載の方法。 28.形成した膜を湿潤剤と接触させることにより膜を疎水性とする追加の工程を 含む請求の範囲第21項記載の方法。 29.湿潤剤がヒドロキシプロピルセルロースからなる請求の範囲第28項記載の方 法。 30.湿潤剤が界面活性剤からなる請求の範囲第29項記載の方法。 31.形成した膜を支持材料に積層する追加の工程を含む請求の範囲第21項記載の 方法。 32.支持材料が不織ポリマーフアブリックである請求の範囲第31項記載の方法。 33.最小の孔を含む微孔性表面と、最大の孔を含む反対側表面と、それらの間に あって、ポリマー材料の繊維状ウェブから形成した多孔性担体を含む厚みを有す る、非対称性一体型微孔性ポリ二フッ化ビニリデンポリマー膜であって、微孔性 担体が微孔性表面から反対側表面にかけて漸進的に増加する直径の勾配を有する 流路を含むことを特徴とする膜。 34.第一の平均直径を有する最小の孔を含む微孔匪表面と、第二の平均直径を有 する最大の孔を含む反対側表面と、それらの間にあって、ポリマー材料の繊維状 ウェブから形成した多孔性担体を含む厚みを有する内部等方性微孔性ポリ二フッ 化ビニリデンポリマー膜であって、多孔性担体が、微孔性表面に隣接している第 一領域内に第一の平均直径に実質的に相当する直径を有する流路及び反対側表面 に隣接している第二領域内に第二の平均直径に実質的に相当する直径を有する流 路を有しており、多孔性担体の第一領域と第二領域との間の流路直径が実質的に 一定の直径を有することを特徴とする膜。 35.多孔性担体の第一領域が、多孔性担体の膜厚の約10%末満を占有する請求 の範囲第34項記載の膜。 36.多孔性担体の第二領域が、多孔性担体の膜厚の約10%末満を占有する請求 の範囲第34項記載の膜。 37.最小の孔を含む微孔性表面と、最大の孔を含む反対側表面と、それらの間に あって、ポリマー材料の繊維状ウェブから形成した多孔性担体を含む厚みを有す るオゾン耐性微孔性ポリ二フッ化ビニリデン高分子膜を含むことを特徴とする、 水性溶液ろ過用膜を含む改良ろ過装置。 38.オゾン耐性膜が、10psidにおいて約25〜約500cm/分の水流速 を有する請求の範囲第37項記載の改良ろ過装置。
