Claims (38)
- 최소 기공으로 이루어진 미세다공성 표면, 최대 기공으로 이루어진 반대 표면, 및 폴리머 물질의 필라멘트성 웹으로 형성되고 실질적으로 등방성 영역으로 된 다공성 지지체로 이루어진, 상기 미세다공성 표면과 반대 표면 사이의 두께를 갖는 미세다공성 폴리비닐리덴 디플루오라이드 폴리머 막.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 폴리비닐리덴 디플루오라이드가 HYLAR-461인 것이 특징인 막.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 약 1 내지 30 중량%의 폴리비닐피롤리돈을 추가로 함유하는 것이 특징인 막.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 폴리비닐피롤리돈의 평균 분자량이 약 45,000 달톤인 것이 특징인 막.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 폴리비닐피롤리돈의 평균 분자량이 약 9,000 달톤인 것이 특징인 막.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 습윤제와의 접촉에 의해 친수성이 갖게 된 것이 특징인 막.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 습윤제가 히드록시프로필셀룰로스인 것이 특징인 막.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 습윤제가 계면활성제로 된 것이 특징인 막.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 적층된 지지체 물질을 추가로 함유하는 것이 특징인 막.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 지지체 물질이 부착 폴리머 파브릭인 것이 특징인 막.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 막이 동공 섬유인 것이 특징인 막.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 제 1 평균직경을 갖는 미세다공성 표면의 최소 기공과 제 2평균 직경을 갖는 반대 표면의 최대 기공 (이 때 제 2 평균직경 대 제 1 평균직경의 비율은 약 5 내지 약 500임)과의 인테그랄 비대칭 구조를 갖는 것이 특징인 막.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 물의 유속이 10psid에서 약 25 내지 약 500 cm/분인 것이 특징인 막.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 두께가 약 140 ㎛ 미만인 것이 특징인 막.
- 제 14항에 있어서, 두께가 약 70 ㎛ 미만인 것이 특징인 막.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 물의 버블 포인트가 50 psid에서 약 0.5인 것이 특징인 막.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 다공성 지지체가 미세다공성 표면으로부터 반대 표면으로 갈수록 기공 크기가 점징적으로 증가하는 구배를 갖는 것이 특징인 막.
- 제 1항에 있어서. 막 두께의 약 80% 이상이 등방성 구조인 것이 특징인 막.
- 제 18항에 있어서, 두께가 약 75 ㎛ 미만인 것이 특징인 막.
- 제 19항에 있어서, 두께가 약 30 ㎛ 미만인 것이 특징인 막.
- 용매 중에 용해된 약 0 내지 30 중량%의 친수성 폴리머와 약 12 내지 20 중량%의 폴리비닐리덴 디플루오라이드를 함유하는 주조 도프를 제공하고;상기 도프를 주조하여 박막을 형성한 다음;박막을 습한 가스상 분위기에 노출시키고;상기 박막을 수조 중에서 응집시켜;이로부터 형성된, 최소 기공으로 이루어진 미세다공성 표면, 최대 기공으로 이루어진 반대 표면, 및 폴리머 물질의 필라멘트성 웹으로 형성된 다공성 지지체로 이루어진, 상기 미세다공성 표면과 반대 표면 사이의 두께를 갖는 미세다공성 폴리비닐리덴 디플루오라이드 폴리머 막을 회수하는 단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 폴리비닐리덴 디플루오라이드 막의 제조방법.
- 제 21항에 있어서, 주조 단계시 도프의 온도가 약 21℃ 내지 약 35℃인 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제 21항에 있어서, 가스상 분위기의 물의 상대습도가 약 50% 내지 100%인 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제 21항에 있어서, 노출 단계의 기간이 약 2초 내지 약 120초인 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제 21항에 있어서, 수조의 온도가 약 20℃ 내지 80℃인 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제 21항에 있어서, 친수성 폴리머가 폴리비닐피롤리돈으로 된 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제 26항에 있어서, 폴리비닐피롤리돈의 평균 분자량이 약 45,000 달톤인 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제 21항에 있어서, 형성된 막을 습윤제와 접촉시킴으로써 막을 친수성으로 만드는 단계가 추가되는 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제 28항에 있어서, 습윤제가 히드록시프로필셀룰로스인 것인 특징인 방법.
- 제 28항에 있어서, 습윤제가 계면활성제로 된 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제 21항에 있어서, 형성된 막에 지지체 물질을 적층시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제 31항에 있어서, 지지체 물질이 부직 폴리머 파브릭인 것이 특징인 방법.
- 최소 기공으로 이루어진 미세다공성 표면, 최대 기공으로 이루어진 반대 표면, 및 폴리머 물질의 필라멘트성 웹으로 형성된 다공성 지지체로 이루어진, 상기 미세다공성 표면과 반대 표면 사이의 두께를 갖고, 이 때 다공성 지지체는 미세다공성 표면으로부터 반대 표면으로 갈수록 유동 통로의 직경이 점진적으로 증가하는 구배를 갖는 유동 통로를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 12% 이상의 폴리비닐리덴 디플루오라이드를 포함하는 용액 또는 현탁액으로부터 형성된 비대칭 인테그랄 미세다공성 폴리비닐리덴 디플루오라이드 폴리머 막.
- 제 1 평균 직경을 갖는 최소 기공으로 이루어진 미세다공성 표면, 제 2 평균 직경을 갖는 최대 기공으로 이루어진 반대 표면, 및 폴리머 물질의 필라멘트성 웹으로 형성된 다공성 지지체로 이루어진, 상기 미세다공성 표면과 반대 표면 사이의 두께를 갖고, 이 때 다공성 지지체는 유동 통로를 포함하며, 상기 유동 통로의 직경은 미세다공성 표면에 인접한 다공성 지지체의 제 1 영역에서는 제 1 평균 직경에 실질적으로 상응하고, 반대표면에 인접한 다공성 지지체의 제 2 영역에서는 제 2 평균 직경에 실질적으로 상응하며, 다공성 지지체의 제 1 영역과 다공성 지지체의 제 2 영역 사이의 유동 통로의 직경은 실질적으로 일정한 직경을 갖는 것이 특징인 내부 등방성 미세다공성 폴리비닐리덴 디플루오라이드 폴리머 막.
- 제 34항에 있어서, 다공성 지지체에서 다공성 지지체의 제 1 영역이 차지하는 두께는 약 10% 미만인 것이 특징인 막.
- 제 34항에 있어서, 다공성 지지체에서 다공성 지지체의 제 2 영역이 차지하는 두께는 약 10% 미만인 것이 특징인 막.
- 최소 기공으로 이루어진 미세다공성 표면, 최대 기공으로 이루어진 반대 표면, 및 폴리머 물질의 필라멘트성 웹으로 형성된 다공성 지지체로 이루어진, 상기 미세다공성 표면과 반대 표면 사이의 두께 공간을 갖는 내오존성 미세다공성 폴리비닐리덴 디플루오라이드 폴리머 막을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 수용액을 여과하기 위한 개선된 여과장치.
- 제 37항에 있어서, 내오존성 막의 물의 유속이 10 psid에서 약 25 내지 약 500 cm/분인 것이 특징인 개선된 여과장치.
