Description

Claims (20)
- 電気化学セル用の第一電極を受け取るステップと;
PVDFを含む微多孔フィルムを受け取るステップと;
接着剤を用いて前記微多孔セパレータを前記第一電極に接着させて、第一サブアセンブリを形成するステップであって;前記接着剤が:
前記微多孔セパレータのPVDFを溶解させることができる溶媒と;
前記溶媒の表面エネルギーより低い表面エネルギーを有する非溶媒と;を含むステップと、
前記第一サブアセンブリを第二電極に組み入れて、前記電気化学セルを形成させるステップと;
を具えることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記接着剤が、更にPVDFを含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項2に記載の方法において、前記接着剤が、更にアセトンを含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記接着剤が、スプレーにより塗布されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項4に記載の方法において、前記スプレーが、前記電極に塗布されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記接着剤は、前記第一電極と前記微多孔フィルム間の界面領域に不連続な様式でに塗布されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項6に記載の方法において、前記不連続な様式が、ドットパターンを含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項6に記載の方法において、前記不連続な様式が、前記界面面積の50%未満を覆うことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項8に記載の方法において、前記不連続な様式が、前記界面表面積の2%未満を覆うことを特徴とする方法。
- 前記電気化学セルに液体電解質を添加するステップを更に具えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 請求項10に記載の方法において、前記液体電解質が、前記非溶媒を含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 真空を前記電気化学セルに適用するステップを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記接着させるステップの前に:
前記第一電極に前記接着剤を塗布するステップと;
前記接着剤を乾燥させるステップと;
を更に具えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記第一サブアセンブリは、前記接着剤を用いて、前記第二電極に組み込まれることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項14に記載の方法において、前記第一サブアセンブリは、当該第一サブアセンブリを形成するのに用いる前記接着剤を乾燥させる前に、前記第二電極に組み込まれることを特徴とする方法。
- 第一電極と;
PVDFから製造され、接着剤を用いて前記第一電極に接着接合した微多孔膜であって、前記接着剤が、
前記微多孔セパレータのPVDFを溶解させることができる溶媒と;
前記溶媒の表面エネルギーより低い表面エネルギーを有する非溶媒と;を含む微多孔膜と、
第二電極と;
を具えることを特徴とする電気化学セル。 - 請求項16記載の電気化学セルにおいて、前記第二電極は、前記接着剤を用いて、前記微多孔膜に接着接合されることを特徴とするセル。
- 微多孔PVDF膜を接着させる接着剤であって、前記接着剤が:
第一表面エネルギーを有する溶媒中で溶解したPVDFポリマーと;
前記第一表面エネルギーより低い第二表面エネルギーを有する第一液体非溶媒を含む非溶媒と;
を含むことを特徴とする接着剤。 - 請求項18に記載の接着剤において、第一溶媒がアセトンであることを特徴とする接着剤。
- 82%より高い重量パーセントのアセトンと、少なくとも60%のイソプロパノールアルコールの混合物を含む第二液体とを有する液体成分と;
少なくとも2%のPVDFを含むポリマー成分と;
を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項19に記載の接着剤。
