Abstract

Atalálmány tárgya javított eljárás a sibutramin intermedierjekéntalkalmazható 1-aril-1-ciano-ciklobután-származékok előállítására. Azeljárás szerint egy 1,3-dihalogén-propán és egy szubsztituált fenil-acetonitril lényegében dimetil-szulfoxid-mentes oldószerrel készítettoldatát egy bázis és egy fázistranszfer-katalizátor lényegébendimetil-szulfoxid-mentes oldószerrel készített szuszpenziójáhozadagolják legalább 35°C hőmérsékleten. Az eljárás előnye, hogykevesebb nyersanyagot és energiát igényel, nem keletkezik különlegeskezelést igénylő dimetil-szulfoxid-tartalmú hulladék, a termék tiszta,és a kitermelés nem marad el az ismert, dimetil-szulfoxid-tartalmúoldószerekkel dolgozó eljárások kitermelésétől.
