A jelen találmány hatóanyagból és gyomortól védőanyag-tartalmú külsőgyomorvédőrétegből álló aktív réteget tartalmazó omeprazolmikrogranulátumra vonatkozik, a szóban forgó mikrogranulátum az aktívrétegben legalább egy hidrofób anyagot tartalmaz. A találmány szerintimikrogranulátumban az aktív réteg a hidrofób anyagot az omeprazoltömegéhez viszonyítva 1-40 tömeg% mennyiségben tartalmazza. Atalálmány vonatkozik a szóban forgó mikrogranulátum vizes közegbenvégrehajtott előállítására is. A találmány tárgyát képzi továbbá aszóban forgó granulátumot tartalmazó gyó- gyászati készítmény, amelyelőnyösen körülbelül 5-60 mg omeprazolt tartalmazó zselatinkapszulakiszerelésű. Ó
