Abstract
Postupak za izradu trake (1), koja traka se sastoji od velikog broja žica (2) koje su postavljene tako da su paralelne jedna s drugom, pri čemu se u traku od lima iz koje se izrađuju žice (2) najprije prethodno urežu utori bilo samo s jedne strane ili s obje strane, i pri tome nastaju žice (2) koje su još uvijek međusobno povezane mostićima (3), naznačen time što se za daljnje pretvaranje mostića (3) u tanke mostiće, koji mostići se mogu lagano odvojiti jedan od drugoga i kod odvajanja ostaju površine odvajanja mostića glatke i bez srha, traka od žica (1) podvrgne postupku valjanja, kod kojeg valjanja se svaki mostić (3) podvrgne višestrukom savijanju oko svoje uzdužne osi, i to na takav način da u se predjelu mostića stvore početne pukotine zbog zamora i na taj se način nastaje mostić koji se odvaja. Patent sadrži još 23 patentna zahtjeva.
Claims (24)
1. Postupak za izradu trake (1), koja traka se sastoji od velikog broja žica (2) koje su postavljene tako da su paralelne jedna s drugom, pri čemu se u traku od lima iz koje se izrađuju žice (2) najprije prethodno urežu utori bilo samo s jedne strane ili s obje strane, i pri tome nastaju žice (2) koje su još uvijek međusobno povezane mostićima (3), naznačen time što se za daljnje pretvaranje mostića (3) u tanke mostiće, koji mostići se mogu lagano odvojiti jedan od drugoga i kod odvajanja ostaju površine odvajanja mostića glatke i bez srha, traka od žica (1) podvrgne postupku valjanja, kod kojeg valjanja se svaki mostić (3) podvrgne višestrukom savijanju oko svoje uzdužne osi, i to na takav način da u se predjelu mostića stvore početne pukotine zbog zamora i na taj se način nastaje mostić koji se odvaja.
2. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što se prethodnim urezivanjem postižu utori koji imaju V-oblik (4).
3. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 2, naznačen time što kut utora W iznosi između 30º i 120º.
4. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 2, naznačen time što kut utora W iznosi oko 60º.
5. Postupak u skladu s jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time što debljina mostića (3) iznosi 20 % do 95 % debljine trake (1).
6. Postupak u skladu s jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time što se dubina utora (4), koji utor ima V-oblik, odabere tako, da se mogućnost deformacije materijala u predjelu mostića (3) gotovo potpuno iskoristi.
7. Postupak u skladu s jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time što postupak savijanja obuhvaća mnogobrojna savijanja sve do zamora materijala na lom na jednoj strani s obzirom na ravninu trake (1) na mostićima (3).
8. Postupak u skladu s jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time što postupak savijanja obuhvaća mnogobrojna savijanja sve do zamora materijala na lom na obje strane s obzirom na ravninu trake od žica (1) na mostićima (3).
9. Postupak u skladu s jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačen time što se mnogostruka savijanja mostića (3) stalno izvode s kutovima koji imaju jednaku veličinu.
10. Postupak u skladu s jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačen time što se mnogostruka savijanja mostića (3) stalno izvode sa sve većim ili sa sve manjim kutovima.
11. Postupak u skladu s jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 10, naznačen time što se mnogostruka savijanja mostića (3) izvode s kutom koji je manji od kuta urezivanja W.
12. Postupak u skladu s jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 11, naznačen time što se razdjelni mostić (3) lomi na pojedinim mjestima laganim savijanjem jedne žice (2) u odnosu na drugu susjednu žicu poprijeko na smjer trake (1).
13. Postupak u skladu s jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 12, naznačen time što se kao početni materijal mogu također koristiti djelomično izrađeni proizvodi koji imaju oblik trake i koji su načinjeni od metala.
14. Traka koja je načinjena od velikog broja metalnih žica (2) koje su spojene jedna s drugom pomoću mostića (3), a koja metalna traka je načinjena u skladu s najmanje jednim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva za postupke, naznačena time što se djelomično izrađeni proizvod koji ima oblik trake koristi kao početni materijal u koji se kod izrade žica (2) urežu utori s jedne strane ili s obje strane, pri čemu se mostići (3) podvrgnu višestrukom savijanju pomoću postupka s valjcima i pretvaraju se u mostiće koji se mogu lagano odvojiti jedan od drugoga, a kada se odvoje ostaju glatke površine odvajanja koje nemaju srh.
15. Traka od žica u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 14, naznačena time što su kao metalni materijali predviđeni materijali na bazi plemenitih čelika, na bazi čelika, ili na bazi aluminija.
16. Traka od žica u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 14, naznačena time što su kao metalni materijali predviđene metalne trake načinjene od slojeva, naročito traka od željeza koja je prevučena cinkom ili bakrom.
17. Traka od žica u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 14, naznačena time što su kao metalni materijali predviđeni materijali kod kojih se za svaku skupinu materijala postižu valjanjem naročito visoke vrijednosti čvrstoće.
18. Traka od žica u skladu s patentnim zahtjevima 14 do 17, naznačena time što kut otvaranja ureza (4) leži između 30 stupnjeva i 120 stupnjeva.
19. Traka od žica u skladu s patentnim zahtjevima 14 do 18, naznačena time što debljina mostića (3) iznosi od 20 % do 95 % od debljine trake (1).
20. Traka od žica u skladu s patentnim zahtjevima 14 do 19, naznačena time što mostići (3) imaju, zbog postupka savijanja poprijeko na traku (1) koja ima prethodno urezane utore, u području površine na dnu urezanih utora stvorene pukotine zbog zamora materijala, koje pukotine imaju mekanu površinu koja osim toga i smanjuje stvaranje srha za vrijeme postupka odvajanja.
21. Traka od žica u skladu s patentnim zahtjevima 14 do 20, naznačena time što mostići za odvajanje imaju u uzdužnom smjeru kratke perforacije (7) koje nastaju na pojedinim mjestima.
22. Traka od žica u skladu s patentnim zahtjevima 14 do 21, naznačena time što su u slučaju metalnih traka koje su presvučene nekim slojem, gornje strane i donje strane žica (2) presvučene nekim slojem (10), koji sloj ima relativno jednoliku debljinu, dok uske strane žica (2) u predjelu mostića imaju na utorima (4) debljinu sloja koja se smanjuje u smjeru prema zoni loma, a pri tome sama zona prekida nije presvučena navedenim slojem.
23. Traka od žica u skladu s patentnim zahtjevima 14 do 22, naznačena time što žice (2) koje se nalaze u traci od žica (1) imaju različite širine.
24. Traka od žica u skladu s patentnim zahtjevima 14 do 23, naznačena time što se uglavnom pravokutni oblik žica (2), koji je u početku predodređen početnim materijalom, oblikuje u predjelu izvan urezanih utora u skladu s namjenom za upotrebu ovih žica.
