Abstract
La invención se relaciona con un método que sirve para la producción de una banda (1) alámbrica comprendiendo una multitud de hilos (2) alámbricos dispuestos en paralelo entre sí. Con esta finalidad, la banda metálica es primeramente entallada previamente en un lado o en ambos lados para la formación de los hilos (2) alámbricos, generándose así los hilos (2) alámbricos que aún están conectados con nervios (3). Para transformar a continuación los nervios (3) en uniones separables delgadas que son fáciles de separar y, al separar, forman superficies de separación lisas y libres de rebaba, la banda (1) alámbrica es sujetada a un proceso de batanado en el cual cada nervio (3) es sujetado a una deformación por flexión múltiple a lo largo del eje longitudinal de éste de manera que se forman fisuras incipientes a causa de fractura por fatiga en la región de los nervios (3), creando así la unión separable.
