Abstract

Procédé de cristallisation d'Iopamidol utilisant un butanol comme solvant. L'Iopamidol est obtenu avec des rendements élevés, même en partant de solutions aqueuses de celui-ci, et présente des caractéristiques conformes à celles requises par la pharmacopée.
