Claims (7)

  1. (5R,6S)-2-카바모일옥시에틸-6-〔(1R)-하이드록시에틸〕-2-페넴-3-카복실 산 분자당 물 분자 2개들 함유하는 상기 산의 절정형.
  2. (a) 나트륨(5R, 6S )-2-카바모일옥시메틸-6-〔(1R)-하이드록시에틸〕 -2-페넴-3-카복실레이트를 함유하는 용액을 산 모는 산성 수지로 처리하고, (b) 임의로 존재하는 불순물질 또는 잔사를 제거한 다음, (C) 상기 페넴 산의 생성된 결정형을 회수함을 특징으로 하여, 제1항에서 정의된 (5R, 6S )-2-카바모일옥시메틸-6-〔(1R)-하이드록시에틸〕-2-페넴-3-카복실 산의 결정형을 제조하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에서 정의된 (5R, 6S)-2-카바모일옥시메틸-6-〔(1R)-하이드록시에틸〕-2-페넴-3-카복실산의 결정형 및 약제학적으로 허용되는 담체 또는 희석제를 함유하는 약제학적 조성물.
  4. 제1항에서 정의된 (5R, 6S )-2-카바모일옥시메틸-6-〔(1R)-하이드록시에틸〕-2-페넴-3-카복실 산의 결정형 및 약염기를 함유하는 약제학적 조성물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 약 염기가 아르기닌인 약제학적 조성물.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 약제학적으로 허용되는 담체 또는 희석제를 추가로 함유하는 약제학적 조성물.
  7. 항균제로 사용하기 위한, 제1항에서 정의된 (5R, 6S)-2-카바모일옥시메틸-6-〔(1R)-하이드록시에틸〕-2-페넴-3-카복실 산의 결정형.
