Claims (5)
1. Värmebehandlad metallbelagd produkt pi basis av järn, vilken omfattar bredvid järnbasen ett interme- 5 talliskt skikt och ett täckskikt, kännetecknad därav, att täckskiktet bestir av 25-70 vikt-% aluminium, minst 0,5 vikt-% kisel, beräknat pi aluminiummängden, varvid resten väsentligen är zink, och vilken har en tvi-fasstruktur omfattande ett aluminiumrikt dendritmaterial 10 och ett zinkrikt interdendritmaterial, att täckskiktet har en Vickers-hirdhet icke överstigande 115 och att täckskiktet innehäller utfällda icke-sammanhängande par-tiklar av den andra fasen.
2. Produkt enligt patentkravet 1, k ä n n e -15 tecknad därav, att täckskiktet har en Vickers- hardhet icke överstigande cirka 110.
3. Förfarande för framställning av en produkt pi basis av järn och belagd med en aluminium-zinklegering med avsikt att förbättra beläggningens formbarhet, 20 kännetecknat därav, att produkten pi basis av järn och belagd med en aluminiumzinklegering med en sammansättning av 25-70 vikt-% aluminium, en liten mängd kisel och resten väsentligen zink, behandlas genom upp-hettning tili en temperatur av cirka 93-427°C och genom 25 att halla produkten vid denna temperatur under en minimi-tid, vilken beräknas av följande ekvation log t = --0^4 - 11,04 T 30 väri t är tiden i s och T är upphettningstemperaturen i °K, och genom kylning tili omgivningens temperatur med en sidan hastighet att utskiljningshärdning efter värmebe-handlingen förhindras.
4. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 3, k ä n n e -35 tecknat därav, att upphettningstemperaturen är cirka 250°C och att kylningen frän denna temperatur tili
