연성을 개선한 열처리 금속 피복철 기재품(基材品) 및 이의 제조방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
본 발명의 목적과 효과를 대조 설명하기 위하여 종전 기술에 의한 주조품 알루미늄-아연 합금 피복 강세장편(鋼細長片·Steel strip)과 본 발명에 의해 열처리를 행한 알루미늄-아연 합금피복 강세장편에 대하여 각각 역-휨 시험을 행하여 균열 발생 경향 정도를 일련의 실험 데이터로서 도시한 그림.

Claims (7)

  1. 피복 오우버레이가 알루미늄함량이 풍부한 유핵 수지상 결정의 매트릭스와 아연함량이 풍부한 수지상 결정간의 성분과로 구성되고, 피복물이 매트릭스와 정합되지 않은 제2상의 석출물을 함유하며, 1-15 VHN 미만의 경도를 갖임을 특징으로 하는 철기재물에 인접한 금속간층과 알루미늄-아연합금피복 오우버레이와로 구성되는 열처리 금속 피복철 기재품.
  2. 오우버레이 경도가 약 110VHN 미만임을 특징으로 하는 특허 청구의 범위 제1항 기재의 제품.
  3. 알루미늄-아연 합금이 알루미늄 25 내지 70중량%, 알루미늄 함량에 대하여 0.5중량% 이상의 규소 및 아연잔량과로 조성됨을 특징으로 하는 특허 청구의 범위 제1항 또는 제2항 기재의 제품.
  4. 피복철 제품을 약 200℉(93℃)와 800℉(427℃) 범위내로 가열을행하여 적어도 하기 식으로 산출되는 시간동안 상기 온도로 유지한 다음 열처리를 행한후 제품에 발생되는 시효경화를 방지할 수 있는 속도로 상온으로 냉각시킴을 특징으로 하는 피복물의 연성을 개선하기 위한 금속 피복철 기재품, 특히 알루미늄-아연 합금 피복철 기재품의 제조방법.

  5. 상기 알루미늄-아연 합금이 알루미늄 25 내지 70중량%와 소량의 규소함유 아연잔량과로 조성됨을 특징으로 하는 특허 청구의 범위 제4항 기재의 방법.
  6. 상기 가열온도가 약 400℉(205℃) 이상이고, 이 온도로부터의 냉각조작을 400℉(205℃) 이하에서 약 10F/분 미만의 속도로 행함을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 제4항 또는 제5항 기재의 방법.
  7. 상기 가열온도가 약 400℉(205℃) 미만임을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 제4항 또는 제5항 기재의 방법.
