Abstract
Un procedimiento para la producción de una olefina fluorada que tiene de tres a seis átomos de carbono, comprendiendo el procedimiento exponer un alcano fluorado o clorado, que tiene de dos a seis átomos de carbono y un grado N de sustitución con halógeno que no sea flúor y un grado M de sustitución con flúor, a condiciones eficaces para convertir al menos alrededor de 20% en peso de dicho alcano en una o más olefinas que tienen un grado N-1 de sustitución con halógeno que no sea flúor y un grado M de sustitución con flúor.
Claims (10)
1. Un procedimiento para la producción de una
olefina fluorada que tiene de tres a seis átomos de carbono,
comprendiendo el procedimiento exponer un alcano fluorado o clorado,
que tiene de dos a seis átomos de carbono y un grado N de
sustitución con halógeno que no sea flúor y un grado M de
sustitución con flúor, a condiciones eficaces para convertir al
menos alrededor de 20% en peso de dicho alcano en una o más olefinas
que tienen un grado N-1 de sustitución con halógeno
que no sea flúor y un grado M de sustitución con flúor.
2. El procedimiento de la reivindicación 1, en
el que dicho alcano es un compuesto según la Fórmula (I) a
continuación:
(I)CF_{3}CHYCHFY
en la que Y es H o un halógeno
distinto de F, con la condición de que al menos uno de dicho Y sea
H.
3. El procedimiento de la reivindicación 2, en
el que dicha una o más olefinas comprenden un compuesto de Fórmula
(II):
(II)CF_{3}CX=CHX
en la que uno de dichos X es H y el
otro de dichos X es
F.
4. El procedimiento de la reivindicación 1, en
el que dicha olefina fluorada comprende un fluoropropeno que tiene
de tres a seis sustituyentes de flúor.
5. El procedimiento de la reivindicación 4, en
el que dicho alcano comprende clorotrifluoropropano
(HCFC-244).
6. El procedimiento de la reivindicación 1, en
el que dicha al menos una o más olefinas fluoradas comprende
CFH=CFCF_{3}.
7. El procedimiento de la reivindicación 1, en
el que dicho alcano comprende HCFC-244fa.
8. El procedimiento de la reivindicación 7, en
el que dicha al menos uno o más olefinas comprende
HFO-1234ze.
9. El procedimiento de la reivindicación 1, en
el que dicha etapa de exposición comprende exponer dicho alcano a
un catalizador seleccionado del grupo que consiste en carbones
activados y/o un catalizador a base de metales, seleccionado del
grupo que consiste en óxidos de metales mono- y divalentes
halogenados, haluros de metales de tipo ácidos de Lewis mono- y
divalentes, metales con valencia cero, y combinaciones de estos.
10. El procedimiento de la reivindicación 1, en
el que dicha etapa de exposición comprende una reacción en fase
gaseosa en presencia de un catalizador a base de metales, un
catalizador de carbón, y combinaciones de estos.
