Claims (29)
1. Реакционное средство, содержащее пористую подложку, на поверхность и/или внутрь пор которой нанесено органическое соединение в твердой форме, выступающее в качестве молекулы-хозяина, образующей клатрат, отличающееся тем, что массовый процент нанесенного органического соединения составляет от 5 до 60 мас.% в расчете на общую массу указанного реакционного средства.
2. Реакционное средство по п. 1, в котором указанное органическое соединение выбрано из гидрохинона и молекул гидрохинона, в которых одна или обе группы -OH замещены -SH; фенола, п-крезола, п-бромфенола, этилфенола, трет-бутилфенола, фенилфенола, п-фторфенола, м-фторфенола и о-фторфенола; соединения Дианина и его производных, в которых атомы кислорода замещены атомами серы; хиназолинона; мочевины, тио-мочевины, селено-мочевины.
3. Реакционное средство по п. 1, в котором пористая подложка выбрана из группы, состоящей из диоксида кремния, оксида алюминия, активированного угля, молекулярных сит и цеолитов.
4. Реакционное средство по п. 2, в котором пористая подложка выбрана из группы, состоящей из диоксида кремния, оксида алюминия, активированного угля, молекулярных сит и цеолитов.
5. Реакционное средство по п. 1, в котором пористая подложка представляет собой диоксид кремния.
6. Реакционное средство по п. 2, в котором пористая подложка представляет собой диоксид кремния.
7. Реакционное средство по п. 3, в котором пористая подложка представляет собой диоксид кремния.
8. Реакционное средство по п. 4, в котором пористая подложка представляет собой диоксид кремния.
9. Реакционное средство по любому из пп. 1-8, в котором пористая подложка содержит поры с размером от 2 и 150 нм.
10. Реакционное средство по любому из пп. 1-8, в котором пористая подложка находится в виде пористых частиц со средним размером от 20 мкм до 5 мм.
11. Реакционное средство по п. 9, в котором пористая подложка находится в виде пористых частиц со средним размером от 20 мкм до 5 мм.
12. Реакционное средство по любому из пп. 1-8 и 11, в котором органическое соединение представляет собой гидрохинон или фенол.
13. Реакционное средство по п. 9, в котором органическое соединение представляет собой гидрохинон или фенол.
14. Реакционное средство по п. 10, в котором органическое соединение представляет собой гидрохинон или фенол.
15. Способ выделения CO2 из газовой смеси, содержащей CO2 и по меньшей мере один газ, отличный от CO2, в котором осуществляется вовлечение CO2 в клатрат в реакционном носителе, описанном в любом из пп. 1-14.
16. Способ по п. 15, который является полунепрерывным или непрерывным.
17. Способ обработки природного газа, синтез-газа до сгорания или дымовых газов после сгорания, включающий способ выделения CO2 по п. 15 или 16.
18. Реактор для выделения CO2 из газовой смеси, состоящей из CO2 и по меньшей мере одного газа, отличного от CO2; включающий
камеру,
средство для приложения и поддержания в указанной камере определенного рабочего давления,
средство для приложения и поддержания в указанной камере определенной рабочей температуры,
средство для обеспечения циркуляции указанной смеси газов через указанную камеру;
отличающийся тем, что указанная камера содержит реакционное средство, определенное в любом из пп. 1-14.
19. Реактор по п. 18, который работает с псевдоожиженным слоем.
20. Реактор по п. 18, который работает с неподвижным слоем.
21. Реактор по п. 19, который работает с неподвижным слоем.
22. Реактор по любому из пп. 18-21, в котором указанное рабочее давление находится в диапазоне от 0 до 100 бар.
23. Реактор по любому из пп. 18-21, в котором указанная рабочая температура находится в диапазоне от 0 до 150°C.
