Abstract

背景技术
天然气目前是继油和煤炭之后,在全世界范围内最常使用的第三位能源。在处理天然气的链条中,由于经济或技术原因而需要分离存在于其中的污染物。在这些污染物中,CO2是最常遇到的并且通常是在要处理的气流中浓度最大的一种污染物。目前,存在很多分离天然气中的CO2的方法,诸如通过物理或混合化学溶剂进行吸附,在固体颗粒(吸附剂)上的吸附,膜和低温方法的应用,尤其如Ruffordetal.,JournalofPetroleumScienceandEngineering,2012,94-95,123-154所描述的。然而,这些不同的技术都具有高成本的缺点。
为了降低这些成本,研发了分离CO2的替代方法,诸如例如使用气体笼形物。气体笼形物是由几种分子组成的包合络合物,所谓的围绕气体分子形成分子笼的“主体分子”。在这样的结构中,主体分子由此形成具有空腔或通道的开放式结构,具有适当尺寸的气体原子或分子被物理俘获、笼合在该空腔或通道中。被限制在这些笼子中的分子被命名为“客体分子(invited-molecule)”。因为形成笼子的分子网络通过氢键类型的弱键而被稳定,由此形成的结构还被命名为首字母缩略词HOF(“Hydrogen-bondedOrganicFramework(氢键有机骨架)”)。
在存在适当尺寸的客体分子的情况下,可能产生笼形物(或HOF)的分子应具有特定的特征,以允许它们通过形成空腔而彼此相连。
构成笼形物的这些主体分子应首先能够在它们之间形成“氢键”类型的弱键。例如,可以提到水,水可以在一定条件下形成通常被称为“水合物”的笼形物,其中最知名的一种是与甲烷形成的水合物(甲烷水合物)。构成笼形物的有机主体分子对于本领域技术人员来说也是已知的,并且已经是很多研究和科学出版物的对象。

另一方面,在有机对苯二酚笼形物的情况中,其中主体分子是有机分子的有机笼形物对某些气体(诸如CO2)具有选择性,如LeeandYoon,TheJournalofPhysicalChemistry,C2011,115,22647-22651和Leeetal.,ChemPhysChem2011,12,1-4所示。但是,在这些研究中应用的对苯二酚是经研磨的商业固体对苯二酚,并且这种类型的固体调节证明不可能在处理气体的工业方法中使用。实际上,它具有几个缺点,尤其因为这是晶体粉末,因此气体/固体交换面面积相对较小,可能阻塞接触器并且它的使用导致微小颗粒的形成。此外,形成有机气体笼形物需要特定的压力和温度条件,这可能根据在其中形成有机气体笼形物的介质而发生变化。
发明内容
因此,需要有一种系统,有机气体笼形物可以在该系统内形成,该系统可以在工业工艺中使用,并且尤其利用相当大的气体/固体交换表面积,具有捕获感兴趣的气体的令人满意的效率。
令人惊讶的是,发明人已经证明:可以在上面沉积有能够形成笼形物的有机化合物的多孔基质内形成有机气体笼形物。而且,出乎意料的是,发明人注意到使用这样的基质获得的捕获气体(尤其是CO2)的效率是令人满意的。
在下文中以及通常来说,在本发明意义上的“有机化合物”指现有技术(尤其从文献)已知能够用作构成笼形物的主体分子,即能够组装在一起以形成气体笼形物的有机化合物。这些有机化合物尤其可以是上面提到的那些有机化合物。
另外,术语“笼形物”指由形成分子笼的一种或多种主体分子组成的包合络合物(图1A)。而术语“气体笼形物”指由分子笼和位于该分子笼内的气体分子形成的组合(图1B)。笼形物捕获气体分子的反应被描述为“笼合(enclathration)”,同时气体笼形物释放气体分子的反应被描述为“去笼合(declathration)”。
另外,术语“反应介质”指当将其置于适当的化学化合物的存在下时,能够经由化学反应和/或物理过程和/或物理化学过程发生反应的介质或系统。
术语“多孔基质”指包含孔并且其上可沉积有给定化合物的固体材料。根据本发明,能够形成气体笼形物的有机化合物沉积在多孔基质上。该有机化合物至少部分因为它形成气体笼形物的能力,而对本发明的介质赋予了反应性。
因此,本发明提出了一种包括多孔基质的反应介质,在该多孔基质上,固体形式的用作构成笼形物的主体分子的有机化合物沉积在该基质的表面上和/或孔内。在所述基质中,基于所述反应介质的总重量,沉积的所述有机化合物的质量百分比为5重量%至60重量%。
所述有机化合物尤其可以选自:对苯二酚和其中的一个或两个-OH基被-SH取代的对苯二酚分子;苯酚,对甲酚、对溴苯酚、乙基苯酚、叔丁基苯酚、苯基苯酚、对氟苯酚、间氟苯酚和邻氟苯酚;狄安宁化合物及其氧原子被硫原子取代的衍生物;喹唑啉酮;脲,硫脲、硒脲。
在本发明的范围内的适当的多孔基质必须能够用在工业工艺中,尤其用于分离气体,并且特别是在这些工艺内施加的温度和/或压力条件下不会降解。它们应当具有极高的机械强度,以避免出现可能改变基质尺寸的任何现象(消耗和破碎)。
有利地,所述多孔基质选自由氧化硅、氧化铝、活性碳、分子筛和沸石组成的组。
优选地,所述多孔基质是氧化硅或氧化铝。氧化铝可以是β型或γ型。
γ氧化铝通过在低温下加热氢氧化铝来获得,还被称为低温转变氧化铝;它结晶成具有缺陷的尖晶石结构。
β氧化铝是铝酸钠,在氧化铝Al2O3的基础上产生并且含有几个百分点的氧化钠(Na2O),具有非常少量的氧化硅和氧化铁。这种结构的特殊性在于它的二维性质:制得的结晶体具有彼此分离的致密氧化铝的薄的平行层,且具有其中限制有钠离子的稀疏占据的平面。
有利地,所述多孔基质包含尺寸在2nm至150nm之间,优选在20nm至120nm之间的孔。
所述多孔基质例如包含50nm或100nm的孔。
根据一个实施方式,所述多孔基质的孔的尺寸使得有机化合物可以作为固体沉积在孔内,并且当反应介质置于气体的存在下时在其中形成气体笼形物。
通常,所述多孔基质为多孔颗粒的形式,尤其具有20μm至5mm之间的平均尺寸,对于流化床的方法,优选具有40μm至700μm之间的平均尺寸;并且对于以固定床或移动床的操作,该多孔颗粒具有1mm至5mm之间的平均尺寸。
典型地,使用多孔材料的珠粒,例如氧化硅珠粒。
多孔颗粒的尺寸的选择通常取决于所期望的应用,因此根据期望应用反应介质的工业方法的步骤而发生改变。然而,气体捕获的性能常常在颗粒尺寸减小时得到提高。因此,优选选择小尺寸的多孔颗粒,例如45μm至500μm的多孔颗粒。
根据一个实施方式,所述多孔基质具有30m2/g至1,000m2/g的比表面积。
通过使用比表面积高的多孔基质,气体/固体交换表面积大大增加。比表面积增加的越大,沉积的有机化合物的量增加的也越大,并且气体分子(即有机笼形物)的捕获位点的数量增加的也越多,从而产生更好的捕获效率。
通常,基于所述反应介质的总重量,固体沉积物的质量百分比为5重量%至60重量%,有利地为10重量%至30重量%。
可以通过热重量分析(ATG)技术和差热分析(DSC)技术来确定固体沉积物的质量百分比。
对于固体沉积物的给定的质量百分比,该沉积物的厚度典型地取决于多孔基质的孔的平均直径。该沉积物应足够厚,从而气体笼形物可以形成并且足够薄,以便避免阻塞孔,而阻塞孔将减少气体分子与笼形物接触。在孔被固体沉积物完全填满的特殊情况中,气体分子仅会与孔的入口表面积接触。然后,气体逐步扩散到阻塞的孔中,从而可能与笼形物接触,这使得笼合反应极度缓慢并且不适用于工业工艺中。
根据本发明,所述多孔基质包括能够形成气体笼形物的有机化合物的固体沉积物。
根据一个实施方式,所述有机化合物选自由对苯二酚及其衍生物、苯酚及其衍生物、狄安宁化合物及其衍生物、喹唑啉酮和脲及其衍生物组成的组。
所述有机化合物优选是对苯二酚和苯酚。
根据特定的实施方式,所述有机化合物是对苯二酚。对苯二酚形成对某些气体(尤其是CO2)具有选择性的笼形物。因此,它的使用可能获得对CO2具有高选择性的反应介质,从而允许从气体混合物(例如CO2/CH4或CO2/H2混合物)中容易地分离CO2。
本发明还涉及一种制备根据本发明的反应介质的方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
a)用液相的能够形成气体笼形物的有机化合物浸渍多孔基质,并且
b)干燥由此获得的被浸过的多孔基质。
步骤a)由用包含上述有机化合物的溶液浸渍多孔基质组成,从而获得浸有液体形式的有机化合物的多孔基质。然后,步骤b)由干燥被浸过的多孔基质组成,以在该基质的表面处和孔内获得有机化合物的固体沉积物。
干燥步骤b)例如在烘箱中进行。
典型地,多孔基质(例如氧化硅珠粒)被浸没在包含有机化合物的溶液中,然后在烘箱中进行干燥以获得覆盖多孔基质的孔的固体沉积物的薄层。
如上限定的方法的步骤a)和b)可以在几个不同设备(经由液相途径浸渍)或在单个设备中进行。
根据一替代方式,经由液相途径进行的浸渍法可以进一步包括在浸渍步骤a)和干燥步骤b)之间过滤多孔基质的步骤。
该过滤步骤可以抑制多孔基质中包含有机化合物的溶液过量,从而可以在干燥之后,在多孔基质上获得有机化合物的薄的固体沉积物层。
根据一个实施方式,包含有机化合物的溶液的溶剂(可以被描述为“浸渍液”)是有机化合物在其中稳定且可溶的溶剂。有机化合物在浸渍液中的浓度和因此可以沉积在多孔基质上的有机化合物的量通常取决于溶剂的性质。
根据一个实施方式,有机化合物是作为对苯二酚饱和醇溶液使用的对苯二酚。
“醇溶液”指其中的溶剂是醇(尤其是乙醇)的溶液。
本发明还涉及一种可以通过上述方法获得的反应介质。
本发明的目标还是根据本发明的反应介质在捕获CO2中的应用。
因此,根据另一目标,本发明涉及一种从气体混合物中分离CO2的方法,该气体混合物包含CO2和至少一种不同于CO2的气体;在所述方法中,CO2的捕获利用根据本发明的反应介质进行笼合来实现。
根据本发明的方法可以是非连续型、半连续型或连续型的。
在根据本发明的反应介质中通过笼合来捕获CO2具有是可逆的优点。实际上,如果在真空中进行气体的去笼合以释放笼形物的气体,则这些笼形物可能再次捕获CO2,并且这是以与之前的捕获反应相同的方式。特别是,CO2捕获反应就反应速率和气体的捕获量而言是可重现的。因此,根据本发明的反应介质一旦通过气体的去笼合再生,就可以被重新使用。
本发明还涉及根据本发明的反应介质分离气体混合物中的CO2的应用,该气体混合物包含CO2和至少一种不同于CO2的气体。
典型地,根据本发明的反应介质可以用于从包含CO2和CH4,或CO2和其它饱和的气态碳氢化物,或CO2和N2的混合物,或包含CO2、H2、CH4和其它气态碳氢化物的其它多成分混合物中分离CO2。
当所述反应介质是包含对苯二酚的反应介质时,所述分离特别有效,因为通过对苯二酚笼形物进行气体捕获反应对CO2的选择性比对CH4或H2高很多(Leeetal.,ChemPhysChem2011,12,1-4)。
本发明还涉及根据本发明的反应介质在处理天然气、预燃烧中的合成气体或后燃烧中的烟气中的应用。
“处理预燃烧中的合成气体”指在可燃材料(诸如油和煤炭)燃烧的上游处理该可燃材料(诸如油和煤炭)。该处理由从CO2/H2混合物(所谓的“合成气体”)中分离CO2组成。
“处理后燃烧中的烟气”指在可燃材料(诸如油和煤炭)的气氛中进行燃烧之后处理气体排出物。该处理由从CO2/N2混合物中分离CO2组成,该CO2/N2混合物可以含有小部分的所谓“附加”气体,如氧气、一氧化碳(CO)、硫氧化物(SOx)或氮氧化物(NOx)。
本发明的目标还有在非连续型、半连续型或连续型的工业工艺中进行的上述各种应用。
在非连续型工作模式中,所述方法可以利用包括反应器或柱子的设施进行,该设施具有隔离阀,使该反应器增压的构件,以及调节压力的构件(诸如例如膨胀阀或自动阀),压力控制装置(如传感器或压力计),加热和冷却构件(诸如例如套管或内部热交换器),允许测量进入反应器的气体的量的装置(诸如例如流量计),记录和控制反应器以随着时间检测温度和压力的装置。反应介质首先被装载在反应器中,然后在适当的温度和压力条件下与要被处理的气体接触,以便沉积在反应介质中的有机分子与反应器中存在的气体形成笼形物。反应介质在反应之前可以进行调节或再生步骤,例如加热或施加真空的步骤。作为反应颗粒施加的反应介质在反应器(例如转篮)中可以是静止的或运动的。因为在介质内发生笼合反应,因此改变了初始引入的气体的组成。一旦反应完成,通过反应器的一个阀排出仍然存在的气体,并且例如通过升高反应器的温度或通过降低它的压力来改变反应器的工作条件,以便气体笼形物不再稳定并且可以释放气体。由此回收的气体具有与初始气体不同的组成,例如它具有高于初始气体的CO2含量。另一工作替代方式由在反应后,将反应介质运输到另一设备(所谓的离解反应器或柱子)中以进行释放气体的阶段组成。该非连续型方法示意性例示在图4中。
在半连续型工作模式中,所述方法最常利用几个非连续型的以固定床或流化床工作的分离器进行,这些分离器的至少一个进行再生,而其它几个进行反应。根据一个实施方式,固定床是经自由设置的、含有反应颗粒的固定层的反应器或柱子,气体可以通过该固定床循环;而在流化床内,颗粒被设成与进入反应器的气体流一起运动。固定床或流化床反应器包括与关于非连续型工作相同的元件,除此之外还包括用于气体流入和流出的装置。所述颗粒具有窄的粒度,但是它们的平均粒度根据不同的操作可以在40微米至5毫米之间发生变化。整个床的压降经常是选择粒度的决定性因素,但是当颗粒大小降低时,捕获性能经常得到提高。通过阀的适当布置,可以模拟连续型方法。例如,在图5中例示了使用两个固定床柱子工作的实例,该两个固定床柱子中,一个进行反应阶段,而另一个进行再生阶段。图6例示了多阶段流化床的操作,其中,要被处理的气体依次穿过流化颗粒的几个床。
在连续型工作模式中,固体和流体通常作为逆流循环。反应介质在被回收之前,使用附加的气体流进行再生(图7)。因此,完整的组件包括两部分:一部分用于捕获,并且一部分用于通过回收固体进行再生。通过固体在各阶段之间进行再循环,在移动床中或进一步在多阶段流化床中实现气-固接触(图8)。
本发明还涉及根据本发明的反应介质在储存诸如CH4、CO2或进一步的H2的气体中的应用。
实际上,感兴趣的气体通过笼合反应可以被捕获在根据本发明的反应介质内,并且被捕获的气体可以被保持在其中。如果需要,可以通过去笼合反应释放被捕获的气体。
根据另一目标,本发明还涉及一种处理天然气、预燃烧中的合成气或后燃烧中的烟气的方法,该方法包括根据本发明的分离CO2的方法。
根据另一目标,本发明还涉及一种从气体混合物中分离CO2的反应器,该气体混合物由CO2和至少一种不同于CO2的气体组成;所述反应器包括:
腔体,
用于向所述腔体施加限定的工作压力并且维持所述腔体处于限定的工作压力下的构件,
用于向所述腔体施加限定的工作温度并且维持所述腔体处于限定的工作温度下的构件,
使所述气体混合物循环通过所述腔体的构件,
其特征在于,所述腔体包括如之前限定的根据本发明的反应介质。
根据一个实施方式,所述反应器使用流化床来运行。
根据另一个实施方式,所述反应器使用固定床来运行。
根据一个实施方式,工作压力在0巴至100巴之间。
根据一个实施方式,所述工作温度在0℃至150℃之间。实际上,LeeandYoonTheJournalofPhysicalChemistry,C2011,115,22647-22651和Leeetal.,ChemPhysChem2011,12,1-4已经报道了在低至0℃的温度下进行操作。
再生步骤可以在真空中(P=0)或在高温(通常小于或等于150℃,应理解,该再生温度通常小于有机化合物的分解温度,即对苯二酚的分解温度约为120℃,苯酚的分解温度约为40℃)下进行。

具体实施方式
实施例
实施例1:根据本发明的反应介质的制备。
使用有机化合物饱和的醇溶液浸渍多孔颗粒,精心制作根据本发明的反应介质。
多孔基质由氧化硅、氧化铝或活性碳组成。所述浸渍通过将多孔基质浸入有机化合物饱和的醇溶液中来实现,然后该基质在烘箱中进行干燥。
进行ATG/DSC分析。
下表总结了使用不同基质和有机化合物进行的不同测试。
用作多孔基质的原始基质的特征总结在表1中:

实施例2:根据本发明的反应介质在捕获CO2中的应用。
在存在纯的CO2的情况下,测试实施例1中制备的反应介质。
使用商标为RUBOTHERM的磁性悬浮液的规模进行各实验,以非常准确地测量已经与有机化合物反应的气体的质量(在10-5g内)。相关设备由Casasetal.,10thEuropeanSymposiumonThermalAnalysisandCalorimetry(ESTAC),August22-27,2010,Rotterdam,TheNetherlands中进行了描述。
在纯CO2的不同压力和不同温度下进行各个独立的实验,其中,对于每一次实验,都进行两次笼合-去笼合循环。实验示出了:本发明的反应介质捕获CO2,该捕获方法是可逆的(在真空中进行气体的去笼合之后,接着进行完全与之前一样的气体笼合步骤),并且这些实验就反应速率和捕获气体的量而言是可以完美重现的(图2)。
工作条件和获得的结果总结在表4中(见下文)。
实施例3:根据本发明的反应介质在分离CO2/N2混合物中的CO2中的应用。
反应介质根据与在实施例1中描述相同的程序来制备。进行的分析可以测量在该反应介质中存在的对苯二酚的量等于27重量%。
将重量为66g反应介质作为颗粒引入到以间歇模式工作的反应器中,参考上面已经描述的工作模式。通过使用其中循环有导热流体的套管,将反应器的温度设置为25℃。经由PT100探针测量反应器的温度。然后,通过使用膨胀阀并且经由放置在反应器上的压力传感器控制压力而在35巴的压力下装载该反应器,使颗粒与含有49.9摩尔%的CO2的气体接触。使用与计算机连接的采集系统,以1Hz的频率随着时间记录压力和温度。在Torréetal.,ChemicalEngineeringScience,2012,82,1-13中给出了该设施的技术细节。然后,通过关闭供应阀来隔离反应器,并且通过气相色谱原位追踪反应器中存在的气体的组成随时间的变化。实现两次连续的形成,并且在两次形成之间,在真空中进行48h的使产生的颗粒再生的步骤。图3示出了气体的组成随着时间实际上是发生变化的,其中CO2的摩尔分数降低,而氮的摩尔分数增加。在实验结束时,CO2浓度在第一形成物和第二形成物中分别低于9.8%和9.5%。这些结果在产生的两个形成物中是可以重现的,该结果取决于初始引入的反应介质的量。这示出:出现笼合反应,该笼合反应对CO2具有选择性,并且以相对快速的动力学进行(达到终浓度的时间小于1小时)。
·气体笼形物形成物的光谱特征:
获得的结果示出,沉积在基质上的有机分子在浸渍后没有被改变,并且在多孔颗粒内沉积的有机产物与气体之间发生反应之后形成的化合物的确是气体笼形物。
对形成的结构的表征可以例如通过使用振动光谱技术(诸如拉曼或红外光谱)来完成,该振动光谱技术可以获得所研究的化合物的特征光谱。当相关的有机分子重组以形成笼形物时,容易识别由此形成的结构的振动光谱特征的改变。而且,被俘获在笼形物内的气体具有特征标签,并且可以被容易地识别到。
例如,可以提到通过使反应介质P2(氧化硅/对苯二酚)与CO2/CH4气体混合物(具有75摩尔%的CO2)接触所产生的,在表4的实验#3之前和之后的反应介质的表征。该表征通过使用商标JOBINYVON,型号T64000的拉曼光谱仪来实现。
图9和图10例示了反应介质的两个拉曼光谱。图9的光谱在反应之前获得,而图10的光谱在反应之后获得。
在图9的光谱上获得的峰显示在所谓的“α”阶段(没有笼形物)中,沉积在反应介质上的化合物的确是对苯二酚,参考该产物的基本光谱(可以在DaviesJ.E.D.Clathratesandinclusioncompounds.PartI.InfraredandRamanstudiesofseveralβ-quinol(hydroquinone)clathrates.J.Chem.Soc.,DaltonTrans.,1972,11,1182-1188中找到)。
在与CO2/CH4混合物反应之后,该同一反应介质的图10的光谱清楚无疑地示出:(i)对苯二酚的结构通过反应发生了改变:对苯二酚形成笼形物(对应的结构被称为“β对苯二酚”形式),这通过在810cm-1至860cm-1测量的多个峰P1(Davies,1972,supra)的特征形状得到了证实,(ii)该对苯二酚笼形物的确是含有CO2的气体笼形物,后者因在1,378cm-1测量的峰P2的存在得到了证实,具有被包含在该结构中的CO2特征(J.W.Lee,K.J.Choi,Y.Lee,J.H.Yoon.Spectroscopicidentificationandconversionrateofgaseousguest-loadedhydroquinoneclathrates.ChemicalPhysicsLetters2012,528,34–38)。
获得的结果总结在表4中(见下文)。

总结
这些结果表明使用两个不同设备和以下物质进行的测试,并且:
使用几种基质(氧化硅、氧化铝、活性碳),
使用几种可以形成气体笼形物的有机分子(对苯二酚、苯酚),
使用几种气体和具有CO2的组成在25%至100%范围内变化的气体混合物(CO2、CO2/CH4、CO2/N2),
不同的反应条件:29.9巴至50巴的初始压力,25℃至50℃的反应温度,
实现几个连续反应循环的可能性。
Claims (15)
1.一种包括多孔基质的反应介质,在所述多孔基质的表面处和/或所述多孔基质的孔内沉积有固体形式的用作构成笼形物的主体分子的有机化合物,其特征在于,基于所述反应介质的总重量,沉积的所述有机化合物的质量百分比为5重量%至60重量%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的反应介质,其中,所述有机化合物选自:对苯二酚和其中的一个或两个-OH基被-SH取代的对苯二酚分子;苯酚,对甲酚、对溴苯酚、乙基苯酚、叔丁基苯酚、苯基苯酚、对氟苯酚、间氟苯酚和邻-氟苯酚;狄安宁化合物及其氧原子被硫原子取代的衍生物;喹唑啉酮;脲,硫脲、硒脲。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的反应介质,其中,所述多孔基质选自由氧化硅、氧化铝、活性碳、分子筛和沸石组成的组。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的反应介质,其中,所述多孔基质是氧化硅。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的反应介质,其中,所述多孔基质包括尺寸在2nm至150nm之间的孔。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的反应介质,其中,所述多孔基质为平均尺寸在20μm至5mm之间的多孔颗粒的形式。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的反应介质,其中,所述有机化合物是对苯二酚或苯酚。
8.一种从气体混合物中分离CO2的方法,该气体混合物包含CO2和至少一种不同于CO2的气体,其中,CO2的笼合在如权利要求1至7中任一项所限定的反应介质中实现。
9.根据权利要求8所述的方法,该方法是半连续型或连续型的。
10.一种处理天然气、预燃烧中的合成气或后燃烧中的烟气的方法,包括根据权利要求8或9所限定的分离CO2的方法。
11.一种从气体混合物中分离CO2的反应器,该气体混合物由CO2和至少一种不同于CO2的气体组成;所述反应器包括:
腔体,
用于向所述腔体施加限定的工作压力并且维持所述腔体处于限定的工作压力下的构件,
用于向所述腔体施加限定的工作温度并且维持所述腔体处于限定的工作温度下的构件,
使所述气体混合物循环通过所述腔体的构件,
其特征在于,所述腔体包括如权利要求1至7中任一项所限定的反应介质。
12.根据权利要求11所述的反应器,其特征在于,所述反应器以流化床运行。
13.根据权利要求11或12所述的反应器,其特征在于,所述反应器以固定床运行。
14.根据权利要求11至13中任一项所述的反应器,其特征在于,所述工作压力在0巴至100巴之间。
15.根据权利要求11至14中任一项所述的反应器,其特征在于,所述工作温度在0℃至150℃之间。
