Claims (7)

  1. Ein reaktives Polyamidharz, erhalten durch Polykondensation
    eines Diamins (A), das 70 Mol-% oder mehr einer Diaminstruktureinheit, abgeleitet von Xylylendiamin, enthält und
    einer Dicarbonsäure (B), die 50 Mol-% oder mehr einer Dicarbonsäurestruktureinheit, abgeleitet von Sebacinsäure, enthält,
    wobei das reaktive Polyamidharz eine Konzentration an reaktiven funktionellen Gruppen von 100 µeq/g oder mehr und ein Molverhältnis von umgesetztem Diamin zu umgesetzter Dicarbonsäure (die Anzahl von Molen von umgesetztem Diamin / die Anzahl von Molen von umgesetzter Dicarbonsäure) von 1,001 oder mehr und 1,03 oder weniger aufweist,
    wobei die reaktiven funktionellen Gruppen eine Carboxylgruppe und/oder eine Aminogruppe sind, wobei das reaktive Polyamidharz ein Zahlenmittel des Molekulargewichts von 6.000 bis 20.000 aufweist, berechnet aus der endständigen Aminogruppenkonzentration [NH2] (µeq/g) und der endständigen Carboxylgruppenkonzentration [COOH] (µeq/g) des Polyamidharzes durch die nachstehende Gleichung: Zahlenmittel des Molekulargewichts = 2.000.000 / COOH + NH 2 ,

    und
    wobei das reaktive Polyamidharz eine Aminogruppenkonzentration von 50 µeq/g oder mehr aufweist.
  2. Das reaktive Polyamidharz nach Anspruch 1, wobei die reaktiven funktionellen Gruppen an den Enden des Polyamidharzes angeordnet sind.
  3. Das reaktive Polyamidharz nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei das Xylylendiamin m-Xylylendiamin oder p-Xylylendiamin ist.
  4. Das reaktive Polyamidharz nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei das Xylylendiamin ein Gemisch aus m-Xylylendiamin und p-Xylylendiamin ist.
  5. Das reaktive Polyamidharz nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei das molare Reaktionsverhältnis 1,015 oder weniger beträgt.
  6. Eine Polyamidharzzusammensetzung, umfassend 0,5 bis 100 Gewichtsteile eines Elastomers pro 100 Gewichtsteile eines reaktiven Polyamidharzes nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5.
  7. Die Polyamidharzzusammensetzung nach Anspruch 6, wobei das Elastomer aus Polyolefinelastomeren, Dienelastomeren, Polystyrolelastomeren, Polyamidelastomeren, Polyesterelastomeren, Polyurethanelastomeren und Silikonelastomeren oder einer funktionalisierten Form davon ausgewählt ist.
