  • both the latching releasably as well as the material bridge can be separated, while the base part and the brushing remove each other.
  • the flexible connecting wall bridges the opening gap between the base part and the plastering part and seals it off.
  • the stability of the plaster connection strip before and during assembly thus results from the double connection between the rigid base part and the rigid plaster part, which can then be repealed in the installed state.
  • a compressed foam plastic strip is arranged between the base part and the plastering part, which presses the plastering part against the end of the plaster layer after the two parts have been separated.
  • a soffit connection profile which has become known, which has a sealing leg which can be fixed to a component or window frame by means of a sealing strip, and an outer leg parallel to the sealing leg, which is provided for plastering on a plaster layer.
  • the sealing leg and the outer leg are connected to each other via a flexible strap.
  • the tab holds the gap between the two legs tightly closed while it adapts to the movements.
  • the two arms can be attached to each other, eg. B. be fixed by means of an adhesive tape. This fixation can be released during relative movements in the installed state.
  • Such a soffit connection profile is designed comparatively expensive and in particular for larger relative movements by the complex and deep or staggered in depth design in its appearance insufficient.
  • a sealing device which has a foam tape as a supporting body or support means, which at its two opposite outer surfaces in each case via an adhesive layer on both a profiled strip as well as on a component, for. B. a window or door frame in a building wall, can be fixed.
  • the foam strip which is formed with improved properties compared to the prior art for compensating for such increased relative movement between the profiled strip and the component, can no longer be adapted due to a lack of sufficient elasticity tear, so that the gap between the profile strip and the component is no longer sealed.
  • the appearance of this sealing device is in need of improvement.
  • the object of the invention is to provide a profiled strip of the type mentioned at the beginning, which ensures a secure and permanent sealing of the joint even in the case of relatively large relative movements of the two components, is simple in construction and also has an appearance which adapts to the joint environment Has installation state before and after relative movements of the components.
  • An essential feature of the invention relates to the visible joint face, which is formed by the sealing body extending over the joint or by its cover portion.
  • a component bounding the joint is part of a building or other structure.
  • a component can thus be, for example, a door frame, window frame, built-in furniture, roller shutter box, stairs, sink, shower cubicle, tile, sheet metal strip, board, beams, masonry, concrete wall, plaster, drywall or a windowsill.
  • a component can also be a profile strip or profile connection strip, such as, for example, the known connection connection profiles or roof ventilation profiles or plaster termination profiles.
  • two profile strips can form the components and come to rest on the building parts on both sides of the expansion joint. Moldings, for example, be embedded in a building surface, as is common in plaster layers and spatula layers.
  • Moldings can also be arranged on a building surface, as is usual in the renovation. Joints between two components are primarily found in construction. A usual joint extends longitudinally z. B. a surface of a wall and has a certain depth perpendicular to the surface and a certain width between two components, wherein the width is constant in parallel components and may have different widths at non-parallel surfaces of the two components over their depth. Joints can be arranged, for example, on vertical parts of buildings both vertically and horizontally, with the removal of moisture from horizontal joints usually being more difficult than at vertical joints. All of these joints must be formed according to the known regulations and requirements mostly permanently tight.
  • the sealing device or the sealing body seals preferably with respect to one or more in the known standards and regulations, for example, with respect to the ift guideline MO-01/1 (published by the testing institute ift in Rosenheim, Germany), designated requirements. These include, for example, weather influences from wind, rain, light or temperature (cold and heat).
  • a space-inside joint is vapor-vapor-tight to form as a space-outside joint.
  • a gap in the interior of the room is preferably airtight, and a gap on the outside of the space is preferably to be formed without impact rain.
  • Interior joints are often sealed against the usual influences during use, such as damp in wet rooms.
  • a seal is preferably permanent and not just short-term.
  • the seal is preferably also with regard to the expected mechanical loads, such as cleaning work, sufficiently resilient form.
  • the sealing device solves the actual technical challenge, namely a permanent sealing of a joint with simultaneous dynamic relative movement.
  • the sealing device or a sealing body of the sealing device has a fastening leg, which is provided for attaching the sealing device to a component attached to the structure.
  • the attachment leg is that portion of the sealing device that makes the tight connection to the component.
  • the mounting leg is sealingly connected to the component or a component portion even with relative movements.
  • the support means of the profile strip according to the invention has according to the longitudinal extent of a sealed joint an elongated shape z. B. in the form of a band or a strip or even a thin layer and is suitably formed from such materials that allow it to ensure the mutual positioning of the two components in the mounting position.
  • the support means need not necessarily be tight in any design in the sense of a seal, since the seal body takes over the essential seal.
  • the support means has between its two outer surfaces provided for attachment at least one end face and usually according to their shape two opposite end faces.
  • the sealing body can tightly cover each of the two end faces, which may be flat or arched, with the front side on the front side being preferably covered.
  • the front page is z. B. a flat or curved surface or even a narrow strip or in the form of a line depending on the design of the support means.
  • the profile strip In a mounting position, the profile strip is connected by means of the support device with the component assembly stable or stable in position. Until the completion of the assembly, an immediate connection of the profile strip with the building is then produced.
  • the profile strip After completion of the assembly, the profile strip is in the installed position. In an initial installation position, the profile strip is opposite the assembly Position unchanged. At this time, no relative movements between the profile strip and the component have taken place. The sealing device or the support device is unchanged. In a moving installation position, the profile strip is changed with the sealing device relative to the mounting position. Relative movements between the profile strip and the component took place at this time. The support device is changed by the relative movement and may have already solved the mounting stable positioning.
  • the primary task of the support device is thus to provide a mounting-stable positioning or a position-stable connection of the components until completion of the assembly.
  • a profile strip according to the invention provides both a mounting and a sealing device in spatially integrated design.
  • the mounting device establishes a positionally stable connection of the components and serves for the initial positioning of the profile strip during assembly, while the sealing device with the sealing device serves for the permanent sealing of the joint.
  • a positionally stable connection does not mean any connection of any two components.
  • a component may be stable, solid and heavy and the other component may be light, such as, for. B. a profile strip.
  • a positionally stable connection holds a relatively lightweight component, such as a profile strip, on another relatively lightweight component or on a relatively heavy component.
  • a mutual stable stable connection of two relatively heavy components is not provided by the profile strip.
  • the assembly forces are smaller than the inner holding force, adhesive force or adhesive force on the support means. These internal forces are again smaller than the external holding force, adhesive force or adhesive force between the support device and the respective component. These external forces are preferably in turn smaller than the tensile or tensile forces that can be absorbed by the sealing body.
  • this supply and assembly force is transferred via a first external connection device and a second external connection device of the profile strip by the holding force that can be received by the support device, without any external connection device - triggers or tears a material of the seal body.
  • the sealing device behaves technically advantageous with respect to the force flow occurring during relative movements, so that the sealing device of the profile strip provides the desired seal in each sealing position.
  • a fastening or adhesive force of the fastening leg on the component holding component connection means is greater than the supporting force provided by the support means for positioning the mounting leg relative to the profile strip leg or an internal connection force of the central support means or a separation the support means counteracting internal material force.
  • the entire support device is thus arranged behind the sealing body or the cover section.
  • the joint cover thus always offers optimum coverage.
  • the undeformed cover portion or the undeformed joint panel in the installed position initially arranged substantially smooth surface to optimize the appearance and to largely avoid contamination.
  • the deformed cover section or the deformed joint panel is arranged substantially smoothly in the visible region after relative movements or at least has a smooth-surface joint section enclosing the joint.
  • An optimum result is provided by the profile strip when, in a mounted position, the joint panel section is arranged with a visible end face of the profile strip at least substantially at the same level. As a result, a stepped or rugged visible side is avoided, whereby the appearance of the sealing device is improved.
  • Both the smooth-surfaced design and the level-matched arrangement optimally avoid optical line or banding on the visible side of the sealing device in different light conditions.
  • an optical unfavorable presentation by shadows is best avoided. This improves the appearance of the sealing device.
  • the sealing body and / or the profiled strip and / or the support device are formed directly or indirectly integrally and / or tightly connected.
  • the sealing body contains at least one non-bonded contact section and / or at least one connected contact section, which runs along the profile strip or the component in the assembly position and, in the case of relative movements between the sealing element and the profile strip or the component, from the profile strip or the component takes off.
  • An unconnected abutment portion rests against the associated component without gluing or the like, while a connected abutment portion is detachably connected or glued to the associated component.
  • the cover portion of the seal body to such a dimension or such a size or width that he can adapt in the installed position to relative movements between the seal body and the profile strip to the extent required, without having to stretch it ,
  • a movement reserve or adjustment reserve is provided.
  • the support device is formed flat or as a flat body and / or it is a foam tape, foam adhesive tape, an adhesive layer or a combination of at least one foam tape or foam adhesive tape and at least one adhesive layer.
  • the sealing body contains rigid sections which are movably connected to one another via joints. This makes it possible to achieve a defined movement behavior when deforming the sealing body.
  • the transferable force in particular the adhesive force, can be influenced and adjusted.
  • the sealing body is on the visible side U-shaped, a parallel to the profile strip or its profile strip leg extending transition portion of the sealing body is glued to the profile strip and the sealing body is connected to a rear edge of the mounting surface or the profile strip leg of the profile strip with this.
  • the sealing body is formed on the visible side U-shaped, a parallel to the profile strip extending mounting leg of the seal body is glued to the profile strip and is integrally formed on a rear edge of the mounting surface of the profile strip with this, and wherein the sealing body on its Having by the support means on the attachment portion of the seal body fixable mounting side has a surface structure with elevations and depressions.
  • a particularly advantageous appearance results when the sealing body is folded in particular in a visible side covered area. Then a smooth-surfaced appearance is preserved.
  • a folded portion of the sealing body can be arranged covered by the profile strip on the visible side, and in particular the profile strip has a recess facing away from the visible side, in which the folded portion of the sealing body is accommodated.
  • Fasteners or connections or external connections are made for example by adhesive devices. In principle, however, other types of tight fastenings or connections or an integral connection such as vulcanization or welding or terminals are possible.
  • the sealing device of the profile strip forms on its visible side a joint panel.
  • the essential task of the joint cover is the optically improved or flawless presentation of the sealing device.
  • the joint panel is significantly involved in the sealing of the joint.
  • a joint aperture according to the invention provides a perfect optical presentation both in the assembly position and in an installed position. This quality of the optical presentation is produced by the fact that the joint aperture avoids a fissured or multi-layered or material-different or deep joint design in the case of different relative movements in the various positions of the sealing device on the visible side.
  • a joint panel according to the invention is partially or entirely formed by a portion of the sealing body.
  • the essential advantage of the profiled strip according to the invention is thus the flexible adaptation of the sealing body to the respective, even large, relative movements or joint movements with simple, cost-effective and space-saving design and the reliable tightness due to the fixed connection or integral production of one edge of the seal body the one component or the profile strip.
  • the seal body is designed and designed according to the size of the expected relative movements.
  • the portion of the sealing device which is visible in the installed state can advantageously be made narrow.
  • the profile strip according to the invention with the sealing device consists of only one unit and is therefore easy and inexpensive to produce.
  • the sealing device also requires little space in the joint.
  • the sealing body can also be integrally formed with the support means, for example by coextrusion.
  • a band-shaped material can also essentially form the sealing body with the support device in one piece. For this purpose, it can be produced or shaped or processed accordingly.
  • the sealing body is bendable, but not stretchable, its two edges can be far enough apart from each other during an expansion of the support means until it is stretched.
  • the sealing body may be curved bulging or U-shaped in the delivery state or the mounting position on the front side of the support means so that it can perform a path compensation according to the size of the curvature. He thus has in particular a movement reserve due to the possibility of a flexible deformation.
  • the sealing device may have a movement reserve, which is formed in particular by at least one portion of the sealing body, wherein the at least one portion of the sealing body is preferably arranged with its outer side in the direction of a component and preferably no external connection. having means for fixing to a component.
  • this edge section or the portion of the sealing body can form a reserve of movement, which can be utilized without great expenditure of force by bending the edge section or the portion of the sealing body.
  • the middle section of the sealing body is not stretched or pulled. The adaptation takes place by deformation of the sealing body, whereby only small forces occur in the sealing body or only small bending forces are introduced into the sealing device.
  • the portion of the sealing body which has no Jardintellseinrich- device for fixing to a component removed from the component and thus compensates in a simple manner, the relative movement. Only after this reserve of movement has been used up is the middle section of the sealing body, as already described, also drawn and / or stretched and / or there is a detachment from the associated component during further relative movements.
  • the respectively transferable force is co-determined and supports the production of the preferred balance of forces, whereby the function of the sealing device is favored. Since, during relative movements within the regeneration reserve, no detachment of the sealing body from the associated component takes place, no proportionate surfaces of adhesive devices are exposed. Thus, the surface of the edge portion does not tend to be soiled by, for example, accumulation of dust. The appearance or the optical presentation thereby remains ongoing. This improves the function of the sealing device.

After processing, the separation aid is then used to reduce or release the high holding force of the support means. This ensures that the sealing device does not detach from one of the two components after processing when occurring relative movements, but gives up the connecting device their connecting property without further action. Abstract
