Claims (16)
- Rebord de fenêtre (5) destiné à recouvrir un parapet (6) au-dessous d'une fenêtre (1) ou d'une porte, comprenant- un élément de recouvrement de parapet (13) qui présente, dans la direction de sa dimension longitudinale, des extrémités avant (14) à distance l'une de l'autre ainsi qu'un côté inférieur (15) et un côté supérieur (16) écarté de celui-ci,- au moins une partie de fermeture (17) qui est reliée dans la zone d'une extrémité avant (14) avec l'élément de recouvrement de parapet (13),- au moins une pièce d'extrémité (18), qui est conçue avec un profil sensiblement en U ouvert dans la direction de la dimension longitudinale de l'élément de recouvrement de parapet (13) par rapport à ce dernier, et s'étendant au moins sur une longueur partielle de la profondeur de l'élément de recouvrement de parapet (13), laquelle pièce d'extrémité (18) présente des première et seconde branches (22, 23) agencées à distance l'une de l'autre orientées sensiblement parallèlement par rapport à l'élément de recouvrement de parapet (13) ainsi que dans une direction perpendiculaire par rapport à la dimension longitudinale de l'élément de recouvrement de parapet (13), qui sont reliées l'une à l'autre par l'intermédiaire d'une entretoise de base (24), et sur la seconde branche (23) agencée au voisinage du côté inférieur (15) de l'élément de recouvrement de parapet (13), au niveau de son extrémité opposée à l'entretoise de base (24), est agencée une première entretoise de support (35) faisant saillie dans une direction vers le côté inférieur (15) de l'élément de recouvrement de parapet (13),- et la seconde branche (23) de la pièce d'extrémité (18) agencée au voisinage du côté inférieur (15) de l'élément de recouvrement de parapet (13) dépasse avec un tronçon partiel au-delà de la partie de fermeture (17) dans la direction de la dimension longitudinale de l'élément de recouvrement de parapet(13),- dans lequel entre une surface intérieure (26) tournée vers la partie de fermeture (17) de l'entretoise de base (24) de la pièce d'extrémité (18) et la partie de fermeture (17) est agencé un joint de dilatation (27),caractérisé en ce que- entre le côté inférieur (15) de l'élément de recouvrement de parapet (13) et la pièce d'extrémité (18) est agencé un l'élément d'étanchéité (33),- et en ce que l'élément d'étanchéité (33) est agencé dans le tronçon partiel faisant saillie de la partie de fermeture (17) de la seconde branche (23) de la pièce d'extrémité (18) à côté de la partie de fermeture (17), et est agencé s'étendant entre le côté inférieur (15) de l'élément de recouvrement de parapet (13) et la seconde branche (23),- dans lequel l'élément d'étanchéité (33) est relié à la fois au côté inférieur (15) de l'élément de recouvrement de parapet (13) et au tronçon partiel de la seconde branche (23) de la pièce d'extrémité (18), en particulier par collage,- et un canal (34) est formé par l'élément d'étanchéité (33) dans la zone du côté inférieur (15) de l'élément de recouvrement de parapet (13) et la partie de fermeture (17) agencée au niveau de l'élément de recouvrement de parapet (13), lequel canal (34) s'étend au moins sur la dimension de profondeur de la pièce d'extrémité (18) dans la direction de la profondeur de parapet du parapet (6) à recouvrir.
- Rebord de fenêtre (5) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la pièce d'extrémité (18) présente au niveau de sa seconde branche (23) une entretoise de support supplémentaire (36) faisant saillie dans la direction du côté inférieur (15) de l'élément de recouvrement de parapet (13), dans lequel l'entretoise de support supplémentaire (36) est agencée également dans le tronçon de la seconde branche (23) dépassant de la partie de fermeture (17).
- Rebord de fenêtre (5) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la première et/ou seconde entretoise de support (35, 36) est orientée s'étendant parallèle par rapport à l'entretoise de base (24) de la pièce d'extrémité (18).
- Rebord de fenêtre (5) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'étanchéité (33) est agencé à une distance latérale par rapport à au moins une des entretoises de support (35, 36).
- Rebord de fenêtre (5) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'étanchéité (33) est formé à partir d'une bande d'étanchéité précomprimée.
- Rebord de fenêtre (5) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la pièce d'extrémité (18), au niveau d'un côté intérieur (38) tourné vers l'élément de recouvrement de parapet (13) de la première branche (22), est prévue avec au moins une première encoche (39) s'étendant dans la direction de la dimension longitudinale de la première branche (22), et au moins une seconde encoche (40) s'étendant transversale à celle-ci.
- Rebord de fenêtre (5) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la partie de fermeture (17) est vue en coupe transversale formée approximativement en forme de L, dans lequel une première partie de jambe (28) est orientée s'étendant parallèlement par rapport à l'entretoise de base (24) de la pièce d'extrémité (18) et une seconde partie de jambe (29) est orientée s'étendant sensiblement parallèlement par rapport à l'élément de recouvrement de parapet (13).
- Rebord de fenêtre (5) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que dans le joint de dilatation (27) agencé entre l'entretoise de base (24) de la pièce d'extrémité (18) et la partie de fermeture (17), en particulier sa première partie de jambe (28), est agencé au moins par endroits un élément d'amortissement (32).
- Rebord de fenêtre (5) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de recouvrement de parapet (13), dans la zone de son tronçon d'extrémité tourné vers la fenêtre (1) ou la porte, présente une entretoise de liaison (20) dépassant du côté supérieur (16) et s'étendant dans la dimension longitudinale de l'élément de recouvrement de parapet (13), dans lequel l'entretoise de liaison (20) de la première branche (22) de la pièce d'extrémité (18) dépasse du côté opposé à la seconde branche (23).
- Rebord de fenêtre (5) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que dans au moins une zone de coin inférieure tournée vers la fenêtre (1) ou la porte de l'élément de recouvrement de parapet (13) et de la pièce d'extrémité (18) est agencé un élément d'étanchéité supplémentaire (41), qui étanchéifie la zone de coin extérieurement.
- Rebord de fenêtre (5) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif de fixation (42) est prévu sur le côté opposé aux branches (22, 23) de l'entretoise de base (24), au niveau de celle-ci, qui sert à fixer la pièce d'extrémité (18) sur un mur de bâtiment (7).
- Rebord de fenêtre (5) selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de fixation (42) présente une partie de paroi profilée (43) orientée s'étendant approximativement parallèle par rapport à l'entretoise de base (24) et reliée à celle-ci, et par conséquent au moins une pièce de partie de paroi profilée (45, 46) peut être mise en forme à partir d'un plan de profil (44) de la partie de paroi profilée (43) par rapport à une ligne de pliage (47).
- Rebord de fenêtre (5) selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de fixation (42) présente un agencement de guidage (48) agencé sur un profilé en U et s'étendant dans la dimension longitudinale du profilé en U, ainsi qu'au moins un élément de fixation (49) reçu par l'agencement de guidage (48).
- Procédé d'assemblage d'un rebord de fenêtre (5) destiné à recouvrir un parapet (6) au-dessous d'une fenêtre (1) ou d'une porte, comprenant les étapes suivantes consistant à :- fournir un élément de recouvrement de parapet (13) qui présente, dans la direction de sa dimension longitudinale, des extrémités avant (14) à distance l'une de l'autre ainsi qu'un côté inférieur (15) et un côté supérieur (16) écarté de celui-ci,- fournir au moins une partie de fermeture (17), et la relier dans la zone d'au moins une de ses extrémité avant (14) avec l'élément de recouvrement de parapet (13),- fournir au moins une pièce d'extrémité (18), qui est conçue avec un profil sensiblement en U ouvert dans la direction de la dimension longitudinale de l'élément de recouvrement de parapet (13) par rapport à ce dernier, et qui s'étend au moins sur une longueur partielle de la profondeur de l'élément de recouvrement de parapet (13), laquelle pièce d'extrémité (18) présente des première et seconde branches (22, 23) agencées à distance l'une de l'autre et orientées sensiblement parallèlement par rapport à l'élément de recouvrement de parapet (13) ainsi que dans une direction perpendiculaire par rapport à la dimension longitudinale de l'élément de recouvrement de parapet (13), qui sont reliées l'une à l'autre par l'intermédiaire d'une entretoise de base (24), et sur la seconde branche (23) agencée au voisinage du côté inférieur (15) de l'élément de recouvrement de parapet (13), au niveau de son extrémité opposée à l'entretoise de base (24), est agencée une première entretoise de support (35) faisant saillie dans une direction vers le côté inférieur (15) de l'élément de recouvrement de parapet (13), dans lequel après l'assemblage ensemble de manière guidée, la partie de fermeture (17), par un tronçon partiel de la seconde branche (23) de la pièce d'extrémité (18) agencée au voisinage du côté inférieur (15) de l'élément de recouvrement de parapet (13), va dépasser dans la direction de la dimension longitudinale de l'élément de recouvrement de parapet(13),- fournir un élément d'étanchéité (33) ayant des première et seconde surfaces de liaison (52, 53), agencer l'élément d'étanchéité (33) dans le tronçon partiel de la partie de fermeture (17) de la seconde branche (23) dépassant de la pièce d'extrémité (18), et connecter, en particulier par collage, la première surface de liaison (52) de l'élément d'étanchéité (33) avec la seconde branche (23),- préparer la seconde surface de liaison (53) de l'élément d'étanchéité (33) pour une opération de liaison ultérieure à réaliser avec l'élément de recouvrement de parapet (13) ;- fixer la pièce d'extrémité (18) par emboîtement sur l'extrémité (14) avant prévue avec la partie de fermeture (17) de l'élément de recouvrement de parapet (13), éventuellement avec formation d'un joint de dilatation (27) entre la partie d'extrémité (17) et l'entretoise de base (24), et relier, notamment coller, la seconde surface de liaison (53) de l'élément d'étanchéité (33) avec le côté inférieur (15) de l'élément de recouvrement de parapet (13), dans lequel l'élément d'étanchéité (33) est agencé s'étendant entre le côté inférieur (15) de l'élément de recouvrement de parapet (13) et la seconde branche (23),- et en même temps un canal (34) est formé par l'élément d'étanchéité (33) dans la zone du côté inférieur (15) de l'élément de recouvrement de parapet (13) et la partie de fermeture (17) agencée au niveau de l'élément de recouvrement de parapet (13), lequel canal (34) s'étend au moins sur la dimension de profondeur de la pièce d'extrémité (18) dans la direction de la profondeur de parapet du parapet (6) à recouvrir.
- Procédé selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce qu'avant la fixation de la pièce d'extrémité (18) sur l'extrémité avant (14) de l'élément de recouvrement de parapet (13) prévue avec la partie de fermeture (17), dans un espace intérieur (25) recevant la partie de fermeture (17) de la pièce d'extrémité (18), va être disposé un élément d'espacement (54) pour constituer un joint de dilatation (27) entre la partie de fermeture (17) et l'entretoise de base (24).
- Procédé selon la revendication 14 ou 15, caractérisé en ce que dans au moins une zone de coin inférieure tournée vers la fenêtre (1) ou la porte de l'élément de recouvrement de parapet (13) et de la pièce d'extrémité (18) est agencé un élément d'étanchéité supplémentaire (41), qui étanchéifie la zone de coin extérieurement.
