Claims (11)

  1. Bande (108) pour montage sur un encadrement de fenêtre ou de porte, un rebord de fenêtre, une poutre, une jonction métallique ou une lésène, présentant
    une paroi de base (78) ;
    un premier ruban adhésif (94) avec un premier côté adhésif, avec un deuxième côté adhésif situé à l'opposé du premier côté adhésif, avec une face intérieure et une face extérieure ;
    un ruban adhésif supplémentaire (112), dont un côté adhésif est collé à la face inférieure de la paroi de base (78) et dont le côté opposé est destiné à former une liaison collante ou un joint d'étanchéité avec l'encadrement de fenêtre ou de porte, le rebord de fenêtre, la poutre, la jonction métallique ou la lésène ;
    le premier ruban adhésif (94), sachant que son premier côté adhésif inférieur est collé à la face supérieure de la paroi de base (78) et que le deuxième côté adhésif supérieur du premier ruban adhésif (94) est destiné à être collé à un bord d'un panneau isolant, d'une tôle ou de tout autre élément d'habillage similaire ;
    caractérisée en ce que
    le premier ruban adhésif (94) est constitué de mousse plastique ; également caractérisée en ce que la face intérieure et/ou la face extérieure du ruban adhésif en mousse plastique (94) présente au moins une fente (96, 98) afin de permettre une modification de l'espace entre le premier et le deuxième côté adhésif du ruban adhésif en mousse plastique (94).
  2. Bande (108) selon la revendication 1, ladite bande présentant deux ailes en saillie (80, 82) espacées l'une de l'autre, prévues pour loger et sertir un bord du panneau isolant (114), de la tôle ou de tout autre élément d'habillage similaire.
  3. Bande (108) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, où la direction de la fente (96, 98), une au moins, est pour l'essentiel parallèle au premier et/ou au deuxième côté adhésif du ruban adhésif en mousse plastique (94).
  4. Bande (108) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, où le ruban adhésif en mousse plastique (94) présente une première fente (96) sur sa face intérieure et une deuxième fente (98) sur sa face extérieure, et/ou où la première et la deuxième fentes (96, 98) sont disposées en différentes positions entre le premier et le deuxième côté adhésif du ruban adhésif en mousse plastique (94).
  5. Bande (108) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, sachant que la première fente (96) est située à une position correspondant à environ un tiers de l'épaisseur totale du ruban adhésif en mousse plastique (94), partant du premier côté adhésif vers le deuxième côté adhésif, et/ou que la deuxième fente (98) est située à une position dans la largeur correspondant à environ deux tiers de l'épaisseur totale du ruban adhésif en mousse plastique (94), partant du premier côté adhésif vers le deuxième côté adhésif.
  6. Bande (108) selon la revendication 4 ou 5, où la zone de jonction située entre la première fente (96) et la deuxième fente (98) du ruban adhésif en mousse plastique (94) est mobile entre une position comprimée, où elle est adjacente aux zones avoisinantes du ruban adhésif en mousse plastique (94), et une position étirée, où elle suit un tracé oblique et présente des espaces par rapport aux zones avoisinantes du ruban adhésif en mousse plastique (94).
  7. Bande (108) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, où le ruban adhésif en mousse plastique (94) en position étirée présente en coupe transversale la forme d'un Z ou d'un Z inversé.
  8. Bande (108) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, où la fente (96, 98), une au moins, s'étend de la face extérieure/intérieure jusqu'à une position avoisinant la face intérieure/extérieure opposée, en particulier jusqu'à une position située aux deux tiers environ de la face extérieure/intérieure vers la face intérieure/extérieure opposée.
  9. Bande (108) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, où le ruban adhésif en mousse plastique (94) présente du polyuréthane ou du polyéthylène.
  10. Bande (108) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, sachant que deux rubans adhésifs en mousse plastique (94) sont disposés l'un à côté de l'autre.
  11. Transition entre l'encadrement de fenêtre ou de porte, le rebord de fenêtre, la poutre, la jonction métallique ou la lésène d'un côté et le panneau isolant, la tôle ou tout autre élément d'habillage similaire de l'autre côté, présentant :
    un encadrement de fenêtre ou de porte, un rebord de fenêtre, une poutre, une jonction métallique ou une lésène ;
    un panneau isolant, une tôle ou tout autre élément d'habillage similaire ; et
    une bande (108) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10,
    sachant que la bande (108) est fixée de façon adhésive à l'encadrement de fenêtre ou de porte, au rebord de fenêtre, à la poutre, à la jonction métallique ou à la lésène, ou bien posée de façon étanche sur l'encadrement de fenêtre ou de porte, le rebord de fenêtre, la poutre, la jonction métallique ou la lésène et ce, au moyen du côté du ruban adhésif supplémentaire (112) qui est opposé au côté adhésif du ruban adhésif supplémentaire (112) collé à la paroi de base (78) ; et
    sachant que la bande (108) présente deux ailes en saillie (80, 82) espacées l'une de l'autre et entoure ainsi le bord du panneau isolant, de la tôle ou de l'élément d'habillage similaire, le deuxième côté adhésif, supérieur, du ruban adhésif en mousse plastique (94) étant collé au bord du panneau isolant, de la tôle ou de l'élément d'habillage similaire.
