Claims (5)

  1. Utilisation d'une pièce d'étanchéité (8, 8') pour assurer l'étanchéité antiretour d'une porte par rapport à une ouverture de maçonnerie, comprenant
    - un corps de base rigide (9),
    - une première feuille d'étanchéité (10),
    - une deuxième feuille d'étanchéité (11),
    - la première feuille d'étanchéité (10) et la deuxième feuille d'étanchéité (11) étant reliées de manière étanche au corps de base rigide (9) et dépassant au moins d'un côté du corps de base (9) en formant respectivement une languette d'étanchéité (17, 18) faisant saillie du corps de base (9),
    - la pièce d'étanchéité (8, 8') étant reliée de manière préassemblée au dos de cadre dormant (2) du cadre dormant (1) de la porte et
    - après le montage, la deuxième languette d'étanchéité (18) étant reliée de manière étanche au bâtiment,
    caractérisée en ce que
    - après le montage d'un profilé de retrait du sol (7) et/ou d'un seuil (6), la première languette d'étanchéité (17) est reliée de manière étanche à la face visible extérieure du profilé de retrait du sol (7) et/ou du seuil (6).
  2. Utilisation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le corps de base (9) de la pièce d'étanchéité (8, 8') présente au moins une nervure (13, 14, 15) s'étendant dans la direction longitudinale pour s'engager dans une rainure (4) ou entre deux nervures (3) d'un dos de cadre dormant (2) adjacent.
  3. Utilisation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le corps de base (9) présente une couche élastique souple (19), notamment en caoutchouc mousse.
  4. Utilisation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que le corps de base (9) de la pièce d'étanchéité (8, 8') est constitué de matière thermoplastique, notamment de PVC dur.
  5. Utilisation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que les feuilles d'étanchéité (10, 11) de la pièce d'étanchéité (8, 8') sont reliées entre elles ou avec le corps de base (9) par liaison de matière.
