Definitions
- the invention relates to a cleaning connection strip for the reveal of windows and doors.
- the AT 501 438 A1 describes a soffit connection profile for plaster adjacent components.
- This known soffit connection profile has an outer leg, which has a Putzabzugssteg and a holding web which protrudes from the front of Putzabzugsstegs, and a sealing leg, which in the installed state of the soffit connection profile has a soffit far end and a soffit near, fixed end.
- the sealing leg carries at its distal end the outer leg, has on its front side a contact area for engagement with an insulation and has at its fixed end a first fastening area formed by a sealing strip for attachment to the component. The width of the contact area is smaller than the thickness of the insulation when the reveal connection profile is installed.
- This known Laibungsan gleichprofil also has an intermediate profile, which is connected via a first groove / spring connection with the sealing leg and a second groove / spring connection with the outer leg movable.
- the intermediate profile has a second guide web and a cover web, which rests against the component in the installed state of the soffit connection profile.
- the EP 1 382 772 A describes a soffit connection profile for plaster adjacent components.
- This known Laibungsan gleichprofil has a mounting leg, which has a base and a plaster leg which protrudes from the front of the base, and a sealing leg, which in the installed state of the soffit connection profile has a soffit far end and the soffit near, fixed end.
- the sealing leg carries at its distal end the mounting leg, has on its front a contact area for engagement with an insulation of the soffit and has at its fixed end a first mounting portion for attachment to the component.
- the installation area is significantly shorter than the thickness of the insulation when the reveal connection profile is installed.
- the remote end is supported in the installed state of the soffit connection profile both at the top of the insulation and at the bottom of the frame and is therefore not freely formed in the installed state of the soffit connection profile.
- the DE 10 2004 025 862 A1 describes a cleaning connection strip for window frames, door frames or the like at the transition to plaster.
- This known plaster connection strip has a Einputzschenkel, which has a base and a first formed by a profiling Gropsteg, which protrudes from the front of the base, and formed by a Einschiebe Buffalo and a mounting portion support member, which in the installed state of the plaster connection strip one of the soffit has a far end and a soffit near, fixed end.
- the support member carries at its distal end the Einputzschenkel, has on its front a contact area for engagement with an insulation of the soffit and has at its fixed end a first mounting area formed by an adhesive surface for attachment to the window frame.
- the width of the contact area is shorter than the thickness of the insulation when the plaster connection strip is installed. In the installed state of the plaster connection strip, both the Einputzschenkel and the far end of the support member is supported on the frame, which is therefore not designed freely in the installed state of the soffit connection profile.
- connection profile between a window frame and the adjoining plaster in the region of a window reveal.
- This known connection profile has a plaster part formed by a right leg, the part of a web resting against the plaster layer and a wall part, which forms a base formed by the part of the web adjacent to the plaster layer and a first plastering web formed by the wall part, that of the front side the base protrudes, and has a formed by a left leg and the voltage applied to the part of the insulating part of the carrier part, which in the installed state of the connection profile has a soffit far end and a soffit near, fixed end.
- the support member carries at its distal end the cleaning part, has on its front an investment area for engagement with an insulation of the soffit and has at its fixed end 44 formed by a hook first mounting portion for attachment to a first profile part.
- the width of the contact area is smaller than the thickness of the insulation when the connection profile is installed. The far end lies in the installed state of the connection profile over the entire surface of the insulation and is therefore not designed freely in the installed state of the soffit connection profile.
- Each of the DE 298 20 198 U1 and DE 298 22 615 U1 describes a profile strip for attaching insulation boards to walls.
- This known profile strip has a plaster part formed by a plaster edge profile and a carrier part formed by a base profile.
- the carrier part is merely attached to the wall by plastering. It also lies a lower leg of the support member in the installed state of the profile strip over the entire surface of the insulation board, and consequently the wall of the distal end of this lower leg is not formed freely in the installed state of the profile strip.
- the EP 1 205 613 A describes a two-part connection profile for insulation panels of buildings.
- This known end profile has a fastened to a wall with a mounting leg, substantially L-shaped base profile part and an attachment profile part.
- the WO 01/71 123 A describes a flexible sealing and insulating profile for connecting sealing and insulating materials to components. This known sealing and insulating profile is supported in the installed state over the entire surface of a window frame.
- the DE 298 02 172 U1 describes a plaster molding for window bars, door frames or the like at the transition to plaster, which has a base region, two webs and a protective flap.
- the base region has a flat rear side, to which a foam adhesive tape affixed on both sides is glued, with the aid of which the plastering strip is adhesively bonded to the outwardly facing surface of the window frame which faces away from the window pane.
- the two webs protrude at right angles, of which a first web is approximately in the middle of the width of the base region and a second web is provided on the soffit-remote edge of the base region.
- the strip-shaped protective tab which is connected via a break-off material bridge with the base area.
- the protective tab has on its front side an adhesive layer on which a protective film can be adhered.
- the window sash is attached to the soffit with its side surface which is perpendicular to the window pane, so that its outer surface, which runs parallel to the window pane from the side surface, is not obscured by the masonry.
- the soffit has a thermal barrier coating extending from the outer surface of the sash to the outer edge of the soffit where the soffit ends and into the façade or outer surface of the masonry bends.
- the plaster strip is positioned so close to the thermal barrier coating that the first web is located at a small distance from the side facing away from the soffit surface of the thermal barrier coating or even can rest on this surface.
- the heat-insulating layer is a little hollowed out at its window-stock-side end in order to accommodate the edge of the base area near the reveal.
- a filler layer or a flush is applied in such a thickness that the first web is embedded in this layer and this layer is substantially flush with the side facing away from the soffit side surface of the first web.
- the first web can be used as a peel edge when applying the filler layer.
- a plaster layer is applied, which terminates substantially flush with the side facing away from the soffit side surface of the second web. When smoothing the plaster layer so this second web can be used as a peel edge.
- the window and door frames are not as in the DE 298 02 172 U1 set against the soffit, so that the frame rests with its side surface on the soffit, but against a masonry stop, so that the frame rests with its outer surface on an inner surface of the masonry, which is perpendicular to the soffit and the outer surface of the masonry opposite , The frame therefore jumps back to the facade.
- the frames have been plastered down to a few millimeters or even completely. Thus, no subsequent insulation in the soffit area can be applied with the known plaster molding. In order to allow such a reveal insulation, it was previously advised to saw out the soffits with a suitable tool to a depth of up to 5 cm. However, this has the consequence that the window or lintel loses support, the risk that it will damage the frame, is very high and also a cutting and prying in the reveal area often leads to Ausplatzache that are larger than desired.
- the invention proposes a cleaning connection strip for the reveal of windows and doors before, having a cleaning part having a base and a first grooming ridge projecting from the front of the base; and having a support member which has a soffit far free end and the soffit near, fixed end in the installed state of the plaster connection strip.
- the support member carries at its far end the cleaning part and has on its front side an investment area to rest on an insulation of the soffit.
- the installed state of the plaster connection strip corresponds to the width of the contact area substantially the thickness of the insulation.
- the support member has at its fixed end a first mounting portion for attachment to the frame of the window or door and / or on the soffit and / or on a fastening part.
- the end of the carrier part remote from the soffit is free and does not lie against the window or the door.
- the proposed plaster connection strip allows a simple, fast and safe attachment of an insulation in the soffit area in a thickness which substantially corresponds to the width of the support member.
- the window or door opening must not be increased as before by cutting and lamming in the reveal area, since the support member with its first attachment region, which faces the rear side and / or one of the soffit, the front side of the support member with its rear side surface of the fixed End may be provided, on which the soffit projecting, exposed part of the frame outer surface and / or the soffit can be attached.
- the first mounting portion may be provided on one of the soffit facing, the front side of the support member with its rear side surface connecting. Then, the carrier part with the first attachment region can be fastened to a part of the side surface of the frame facing the window or door opening, which part projects outwards from the window or door leaf.
- the cleaning part is so in both cases in the desired distance to the soffit, so that between soffit and cleaning part sufficient space for adequate insulation is available.
- the width of the contact area can be chosen arbitrarily as needed and be, for example, 40 mm, 50 mm, 60 mm or 120 mm.
- the width of the first attachment region can also be arbitrarily selected as desired and preferably be smaller than that of the abutment region.
- a protective tab on the cleaning part detachable preferably over a film hinge is attached.
- an adhesive preferably a double-sided adhesive tape, may be applied to the protective tab.
- a protective film can be attached to the protective flap. After completion of the cleaning work, the protective strip can then be easily removed together with the protective film from the plaster connection strip.
- the cleaning part can have at least one further web as required.
- the cleaning part have a second grooming ridge, which protrudes from the front of the base and runs parallel and at a distance from the first grooming ridge.
- a reinforcing fabric is attached to the first and / or the second grooming ridge.
- This reinforcing fabric is incorporated into the respective plaster layer and serves to reinforce it.
- the material for the reinforcing fabric can be arbitrarily selected as needed and include, for example, a glass fiber fabric.
- the attachment or attachment may be as desired in any manner, including, for example, gluing or welding or debonding or clamping.
- the cleaning part is formed by a cleaning strip and the carrier part by a carrier strip; and that the back of the base is connected to the front of the carrier strip via a PE sealing tape.
- the cleaning strip can be selected as needed and, for example, from the DE 298 02 172 U1 correspond to known plaster molding.
- the free end of the carrier strip has a stop web, with the front side of the cleaning strip on the PE sealing tape, is connected.
- At least one protective lip is attached to the back of the cleaning strip and / or on the front of the support bar, which at least partially closes a gap between cleaning strip and carrier bar to the outside.
- the protective lip can be formed as desired in any manner and, for example, in one piece, in particular in one piece, in particular be of the same material with the associated strip. But it can also, for example, from another, preferably in comparison to the associated strip softer material, in particular a TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) and, for example, together with the associated Groin be made by coextrusion.
- the carrier part has a hollow chamber profile. After the carrier part is formed by a carrier strip, it can have, for example, a rectangular cross section.
- a fastening part which has an outer side facing away from the reveal and an inner side facing the reveal; that the fastening part carries on its outer side the support part; and that the fastening part has on its inside a second fastening region for attachment to the frame and / or the soffit.
- the fastener may be attached to the frame and / or soffit in any manner as desired, preferably by screwing and / or welding and / or debonding and / or gluing, preferably via a PE sealing tape and / or a Compridichtband.
