Claims (16)

  1. Bande d'étanchéité (1) servant à étanchéifier un joint (4) entre deux pièces (2, 3), en particulier un joint (4) d'un raccord d'intrados pourvu d'une première pièce (2) fournissant l'intrados et d'une deuxième pièce (3) adjacente à l'intrados, telle que par exemple une pièce de cadre, dans laquelle la bande d'étanchéité (1) comprend un corps en mousse (10) pourvu de deux grands côtés (11, 12) opposés pouvant être appliqués sur les deux pièces (2, 3) de manière à les étanchéifier ou de petits côtés (13, 14) tournés vers ces pièces (2, 3) et reliant celles-ci, ainsi qu'un dispositif de délimitation d'enduit, lequel, au niveau d'un petit côté (13, 14) du corps en mousse (10), fait saillie de celui-ci, dans laquelle la zone du dispositif de délimitation d'enduit (15) faisant saillie du petit côté, présente un bord de retrait d'enduit (16) qui permet l'application et le retrait d'une truelle à enduire destinée à enduire la première pièce (2), dans laquelle le dispositif de délimitation d'enduit (15) est entouré de part et d'autre par le corps en mousse (10) et agencé latéralement à distance des deux grands côtés (11, 12) du corps et le dispositif de délimitation d'enduit (15) ne traverse qu'en partie le corps en mousse (10) dans l'étendue de celui-ci du petit côté (13) au petit côté (14),

    la bande d'étanchéité (1) comportant le ruban de délimitation d'enduit (15) est enroulable.
  2. Bande d'étanchéité (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que
    (i) le corps en mousse (10) s'étend sur la face du corps (10) opposée au bord de retrait d'enduit (16) à l'extérieur du ruban de délimitation d'enduit (15) d'un grand côté (11) au grand côté (12) opposé de ce celui-ci, et/ou en ce que
    (ii) le ruban de délimitation d'enduit (15) présente des perçages (15c) et le corps en mousse (10) recouvre les deux côtés des perçages (15c) ou s'étend à travers les perçages (15c) d'un grand côté (11) du corps au grand côté (12) opposé de celui-ci.
  3. Bande d'étanchéité (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée
    (i) en ce que le corps en mousse (10) comporte deux parties se présentant sous forme de rubans en mousse (20, 21) séparés, lesquels sont agencés de part et d'autre du ruban de délimitation d'enduit (15), ou
    (ii) en ce que le corps en mousse (10) est réalisé d'une seule pièce, et comprend des zones de corps (10A, 10B) agencées de part et d'autre du ruban de délimitation d'enduit (15).
  4. Bande d'étanchéité (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée
    (i) en ce que les parties (10A, 10B) ou les zones (20, 21) du corps en mousse (10) agencées de part et d'autre du ruban de délimitation d'enduit (15) sont mises en adhésion les unes avec les autres à l'extérieur de la section transversale du ruban de délimitation d'enduit (15), le cas échéant à travers les perçages (15c) du ruban de délimitation d'enduit (15), et/ou
    (ii) en ce qu'au moins l'une ou les deux parties (10A, 10B) ou zones (20, 21) du corps en mousse (10) agencées de part et du d'autre du ruban de délimitation d'enduit (15) sont reliées durablement respectivement au ruban de délimitation d'enduit (15).
  5. Bande d'étanchéité (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que l'une des deux parties (10A, 10B) ou zones (20, 21) du corps en mousse (10) présente sur la face opposée au ruban de délimitation d'enduit (15) un moyen de fixation lui permettant d'être fixée sur une pièce.
  6. Bande d'étanchéité (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que les deux parties (10A, 10B) ou zones (20, 21) du corps en mousse agencées de part et d'autre du ruban de délimitation d'enduit (15) présentent une épaisseur (d1, d2) différente.
  7. Bande d'étanchéité (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que les deux parties (10A, 10B) ou zones (20, 21) en mousse agencées de part et d'autre du ruban de délimitation d'enduit (15) sont constituées au moins sensiblement du même matériau.
  8. Bande d'étanchéité (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée
    (i) en ce que le débord (Ür) du corps en mousse (10) dépassant du ruban de délimitation d'enduit (15) dans le sens de la largeur du ruban de délimitation d'enduit (15) est plus grand qu'un huitième de l'épaisseur (d2) de la partie (10B) ou de la zone (21) la plus étroite du corps (10) lorsque ce dernier est entièrement détendu à l'extérieur du joint (4) ou
    (ii) en ce que le débord (Ür) du corps en mousse (10) dépassant du ruban de délimitation d'enduit (15) dans le sens de la largeur du ruban de délimitation d'enduit (15) est plus grand qu'un huitième de l'épaisseur (d2) de la partie (10B) ou de la zone (21) du corps en mousse (10), dont l'extérieur est recouvert au moins en partie d'une lèvre d'étanchéité (17) du ruban de délimitation d'enduit (15), par rapport à l'état entièrement détendu du corps en mousse (10) à l'extérieur du joint (4).
  9. Bande d'étanchéité (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce que le débord (Ür) du corps en mousse (10) dépassant du ruban de délimitation d'enduit (15) dans le sens de la largeur du ruban de délimitation d'enduit (15) est plus grand qu'un huitième de la largeur (b) du corps en mousse (10) par rapport à l'état entièrement détendu du corps en mousse (10) à l'extérieur du joint (4).
  10. Bande d'étanchéité (1) selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que la largeur de la partie du ruban de délimitation d'enduit (15) reçue par le corps en mousse (10) est supérieure ou égale à la largeur de la zone du ruban de délimitation d'enduit (15) faisant saillie du corps en mousse (10) jusqu'au bord de retrait d'enduit (16), sans tenir compte de bandes de déchirement (18) éventuellement prévues sur le ruban de délimitation d'enduit (15).
  11. Bande d'étanchéité (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins l'une des deux parties ou zones de la bande d'étanchéité (1) agencées de part et d'autre du ruban de délimitation d'enduit (15), ou les deux, est/sont imprégnées pour ralentir leur retrait.
  12. Bande d'étanchéité (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisée en ce que le ruban de délimitation d'enduit (15) présente dans sa zone faisant saillie du corps en mousse (10) une partie saillante latérale en forme de ruban non destinée à être entièrement enduite ou non entièrement enduite.
  13. Bande d'étanchéité (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisée en ce que le ruban de délimitation d'enduit (15) présente une bande de déchirement (18) faisant saillie frontalement du bord d'enduit.
  14. Bande d'étanchéité (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisée en ce que la bande d'étanchéité (1) comprenant le ruban de délimitation d'enduit (15) est fabriquée sous la forme d'un rouleau.
  15. Structure murale comprenant deux pièces (2, 3) formant un joint (4) entre elles, dans laquelle la bande d'étanchéité (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14 est agencée dans le joint (4) de manière à l'étanchéifier.
  16. Structure murale selon la revendication 15, dans laquelle l'une des deux pièces (2, 3) est un élément thermo-isolant, ou l'une des deux pièces (2, 3) est un appui de fenêtre (30).
