Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Papiersack zum Verpacken von Schüttgut, mit einem Standboden (2) und einem Ventilboden (3), mit einer Vorderwand (4) und einer Rückwand, die einander überlappend miteinander verklebt sind, und mit Deckblättern (5, 5') zum Verschließen des Standbodens (2) und des Ventilbodens (3), wobei das Deckblatt (5) des Standbodens (2) und/oder des Ventilbodens (3) mit einem über seine gesamte Länge verlaufenden Aufreißstreifen (6) versehen ist. Sie zeichnet sich dadurch aus, daß unter dem Standboden-Deckblatt (5) und/oder unter dem Ventilboden-Deckblatt (5') eine Folie (9) eingelegt und mit dem Papiersack (1) in der Weise ablösbar verklebt ist, daß die Folie (9) nach dem Aufreißen des Standboden- Deckblattes (5) und/oder des Ventilboden-Deckblattes (5') den Papiersack (1) noch vollständig verschließt und erst nach dem Abziehen das Produkt freigibt.

Description

Papiersack
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Papiersack gemäß Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1:
Papiersäcke werden üblicherweise als Ventilbodensäcke oder Blockbodensäcke für die Aufnahme von Schüttgut zur Verfügung gestellt und weisen einen Standboden, einen Ventilboden, eine Vorderseite, eine Rückseite und einen in den Ventilboden eingesetzten Ventilschlauch zum Aufstecken auf den Füllstutzen einer Füllvorrichtung auf, wobei der Ventilschlauch durch Umlegen verschlossen oder im Falle von Thermomaterial verschweißt werden kann. Ein derartiger Ventilbodensack ist beispielsweise aus dem Deutschen Gebrauchsmuster DE-20 2005 004 750 Ul bekannt.
Ventilbodensäcke werden grundsätzlich mit Deckblättern versehen, die dazu dienen, das ungewollte Aufgehen der zugefalteten und verklebten Böden, nämlich des Standbodens und des Ventilbodens, zu vermeiden. Bei einem Deckblatt handelt es sich um - einen Papierstreifen oder Zettel, der auf die Böden des Papiersacks geklebt wird. Die meisten Deckblätter sind schmäler als der Boden und in der Regel nicht nur mit dem Boden, sondern auch mit dem aus dem Boden seitlich vorstehenden Ventilschlauch verklebt. Es ist aber auch bereits bekannt, die Deckblätter über die Ränder des Standbodens und des Ventilbodens bis in den Bereich der Vorderseite und der Rückseite des Papiersacks zu ziehen.
Zum Öffnen des mit Schüttgut befüllten Papiersacks wurde bislang das Deckblatt üblicherweise vom Standboden abgerissen, was allerdings den Nachteil mit sich brachte, daß Papierfasern in das Produkt fallen konnten, was nicht in jedem Fall toleriert wird. In dem Zusammenhang ist es zum leichteren Aufrei- ßen auch bereits bekannt, das Deckblatt mit einem Aufreißstreifen gemäß Deutscher Offenlegungsschrift 1 761 750 zu versehen .
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, einen Papiersack mit Aufreißstreifen dahingehend weiterzubilden, daß beim Aufreißen keinerlei Papierfasern in das Produkt gelangen können.
Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe ist bei einem Papiersack der eingangs genannten Art unter dem Standboden-Deckblatt und/oder unter dem Ventilboden-Deckblatt eine Folie eingelegt und mit dem Papiersack in der Weise ablösbar verklebt ist, daß die Folie nach dem Aufreißen des Standboden- oder Ventilboden- Deckblattes den Papiersack noch vollständig verschließt und erst nach dem Abziehen das Produkt freigibt.
Dadurch wird erreicht, daß nach dem Aufreißen des Standbodens die beiden Bodenteile aufgeklappt werden können, aber der Sack zunächst noch durch die Folie verschlossen bleibt. Dadurch können keine Papierfasern in das Produkt fallen. Erst wenn man die Folie an einer Ecke erfaßt und vom Papier abzieht, wird der Sack geöffnet und das Produkt ist frei zugänglich.
Die Folie kann eine Kunststofffolie, eine Metallfolie, eine Papierfolie mit oder ohne Beschichtung, eine Glasfaserfolie, eine Gewebefolie oder ein Spinnvlies aus Gewebefasern sein, wobei das Folienmaterial außerdem gegebenenfalls biologisch abbaubar, kompostierbar oder recyclingfähig sein soll.
Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend an Hand einer Zeichnung näher erläutert; darin zeigen:
Figur 1 eine Draufsicht auf einen Papiersack mit Standboden, Ventilboden und Schlauchventil; Figur 2 eine schematische Darstellung des Standbodens beim Aufreißen;
Figur 3 den gemäß Figur 2 aufgerissenen und auseinandergeklappten Standboden, der noch durch eine Folie verschlossen ist;
Figur 4 den Beginn des Ablösens der Folie bei gemäß Figur 3 geöffnetem Standboden;
Figur 5 den bereits halb geöffneten Papiersack gemäß Figur 4;
Figur 6 den Papiersack aus Fig. 3 mit weiteren Merkmalen.
In den Figuren sind gleiche Teile mit gleichen Bezugszeichen versehen. So zeigt Figur 1 einen Papiersack 1 mit einem Standboden 2 und einem Ventilboden 3, die in an sich bekannter Weise als Kreuzböden oder Blockböden gefaltet und durch je ein Deckblatt 5, 5' abgedeckt sind. Die Deckblätter 5 und 5Λ sind im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel über die Ränder des Standbodens 2 und des Ventilbodens 3 bis in den Bereich der Vorderwand 4 und der Rückwand geführt und auf übliche Weise mit dem Papiersack 1 verklebt.
In dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel ist ferner ein Ventilschlauch 7 in den Ventilboden 3 eingearbeitet, wie dies aus dem Stand der Technik bekannt ist, beispielsweise aus der Gebrauchsmusterschrift DE 20 2005 004 750 Ul.
In Figur 1 ist der Papiersack 1 so dargestellt, daß der Standboden 2 nach oben gerichtet ist, wie dies zum Aufreißen eines mit Produkt gefüllten Papiersacks 1 vorteilhaft wäre. Zum Aufreißen dient ein Aufreißstreifen 6, der über die gesamte Länge des Standbodens 2 verläuft und damit von einer Seite des Deckblatts 5 zur gegenüberliegenden anderen. Figur 2 zeigt nun den Vorgang des Aufreißens des Standboden- Deckblattes 5 in schematischer Darstellung, wobei nur der obere Teil des Papiersacks 1 mit Vorderwand 4 und einer Seitenwand dargestellt ist. Man erfaßt dazu den Aufreißstreifen 6 in der Nähe der Seitenwand 8 und zieht ihn Richtung des Pfeils zur gegenüberliegenden Seitenwand 8 Λ .
Figur 3 zeigt den Papiersack 1 mit vollständig aufgerissenem Deckblatt 5 und auseinandergeklappten Seitenstreifen 5", wobei der Papiersack 1 jedoch noch immer durch eine eingelegte und mit den Deckblattstreifen 5" ablösbar verklebte Folie 9 aus Kunststoff geschlossen ist.
Zum Öffnen des Papiersacks 1 muß die Folie 9 erst von den Seitenstreifen 5" abgetrennt werden, was in Figur 4 angedeutet ist, indem eine Ecke 10 der Folie 9 erfaßt und vom Deckblatt- Seitenstreifen 5" abgelöst wird. In diesem Zustand, also wenn die Folie 9 noch nicht abgezogen wurde, ist das Produkt noch nicht freigelegt, da der Innenraum des Papiersacks 1 noch geschlossen ist.
Erst Figur 5 zeigt die noch weiter abgelöste Folie 9, die den Innenraum 11 des Papiersacks 1 freigibt. Wenn die Folie 9 dann vollständig vom Papiersack 1 abgezogen ist, besteht ungehinderter Zugang zu dem im Innenraum 11 liegenden Produkt, ohne daß dieses während des Öffnens durch Papierfasern verunreinigt worden wäre.
Figur 6 zeigt eine Weiterbildung der Erfindung, bei der die Folie 9 mit einer Wiederverschließeinrichtung versehen ist. In einer ersten Variante besteht die Wiederverschließeinrichtung durch das Aufbringen von Spezialkleber oder Spezialleim, der es erlaubt, die Folie 9 beliebig oft vom Papiersack 1 zu lösen und wieder anzubringen. Derartige Spezialkleber oder Spezial- leime' sind dem Fachmann bekannt. Hierzu können Klebelinien entlang des Randes der Folie 9 vorgesehen werden oder es kann auch die gesamte Folie 9 mit einem derartigen Spezialkleber beschichtet sein.
In einer anderen Variante ist an der Innenseite der Seitenstreifen 5" des Papiersacks 1 ein Verschluss 13 vorgesehen, der in einer Ausführungsform unter der in diesem Bereich nicht verleimten Folie 9 liegt, während in einer anderen Ausführungsform die Folie 9 schmaler ist und nicht bis zu den Rändern der Seitenstreifen 5" reicht, sondern einen Streifen freilässt, in dem die beiden Teile 13' , 13" des Verschlusses 13 angeordnet sind. Der Verschluß 13 ist in einer Ausführungsform ein Klickverschluss mit Nut und Feder, in einer anderen Ausführungsform ein Klettverschluss . Klickverschlüsse mit Nut und Feder sind von Kunststoffbeuteln her allgemein bekannt und dem Fachmann daher geläufig. Gleiches gilt für den zuvor erwähnten Klettverschluss. Zum Wiederverschließen werden die Seitenstreifen 5" des aufgerissenen Deckblattes 5 und nach abgezogener Folie 9 gegeneinander gedrückt, wodurch die Feder 13' in die Nut 13" des Verschlusses 13 eingreift. Auf ähnliche Weise wird ein Klettverschluss geschlossen, nämlich indem dessen beide Teile gegeneinander gedrückt werden. Dadurch ist der einmal geöffnete Papiersack 1 auf einfache Weise wiederverschließbar.
Die erfindungsgemäße Folie 9 kann bedruckt oder unbedruckt und außerdem mit Sicherheitsmerkmalen wie Bildern, Hologrammen oder Streifen versehen sein, die sicherstellen, dass sie die Folie 9 nach dem ersten Abziehen oder Ablösen vom Papiersack 1 als beschädigt erkennen lassen. Neben den erwähnten Sicherheitsmerkmalen kann die Folie aber auch mit Hinweisen über den Inhalt des Produkts oder mit Anweisungen, wie mit dem Papiersack oder dem darin enthaltenen Produkt verfahren werden soll, versehen sein. In einer weiteren Ausgestaltung der Erfindung kann die Folie 9 dazu dienen, zusammen mit dem nach innen gefalteten Boden eine Schüttvorrichtung zu bilden, wozu die Folie 9 zweckmäßigerweise im Bereich bzw. in der Nähe einer der Seitenwände 8 oder 8' nicht mit dem Papiersack 1 verklebt ist. In diesem Bereich deckt die Folie 9 zwar den Innenraum des Papiersacks 1 ab, lässt sich aber nach dem Aufreißen des Aufreißstreifens 6, das in Fig. 2 dargestellt ist, von Hand umschlagen, so dass der umgefaltete Teil des Standbodens 2 von Hand erfasst und nach außen in Richtung auf die Seitenwand 8 oder 8' gezogen werden kann. Wenn außerdem der umgefaltete Teil des Standbodens 2 mit Einschnitten versehen ist, die etwa parallel zur Vorderwand 4 bis zur Seitenwand 8 oder 8' verlaufen, dann lässt sich der umgefaltete Teil des Standbodens 2 von Hand nach außen ziehen und bildet zusammen mit dem zuvor in die andere Richtung umgefalteten Teil der unverankerten Folie 9 eine Ausschüttvorrichtung, die insbesondere dann gut zum Einsatz kommt, wenn der dem Standboden 2 gegenüberliegende Gegenboden, der in einer Ausführungsform gemäß Figur 1 als Ventilboden 3 bezeichnet ist, einen Tragegriff aufweist. Dann kann ein Benutzer den Tragegriff bequem erfassen und das Produkt durch die von der hochgeklappten Folie 9 und von dem herausgezogenen Standbodenbereich gebildete Ausschüttvorrichtung entleeren.
Die Folie 9 kann außerdem in der Nähe der Seitenränder 8 oder 8' mit Ausnehmungen 14, 14' in Form von Löchern oder Ausstanzungen versehen sein, die dazu dienen, die Folie 9 allein oder zusammen mit dem geöffneten Papiersack 1 aufzuhängen, beispielsweise an einem Nagel oder einem Haken. Dies ist insbesondere dann vorteilhaft, wenn die Folie mit Anwendungshinweisen versehen ist, die dem Benutzer nach dem Ablösen vom Papiersack 1 Hilfestellungen für die Verwertung des Produkts geben können. Schließlich kann der erfindungsgemaße Papiersack 1 auf dem Deckblatt 5 des Standbodens 2 und/oder des Ventilbodens 3 einen Tragegriff aufweisen, der parallel zu dem Aufreißstreifen 6 verlauft, wobei dann, wenn der Tragegriff mittig auf dem Boden angeordnet ist, der Aufreißstreifen (6) in dem Fall nicht mittig zum Deckblatt (5, 5') verlauft.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Papiersack zum Verpacken von Schüttgut, mit einem Standboden (2) und einem Ventilboden (3), mit einer Vorderwand
(4) und einer Rückwand, die einander überlappend miteinander verklebt sind, und mit Deckblättern (5, 5λ) zum Verschließen des Standbodens (2) und des Ventilbodens (3), wobei das Deckblatt (5) des Standbodens (2) und/oder des Ventilbodens (3) mit einem über seine gesamte Länge verlaufenden Aufreißstreifen (6) versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß unter dem Standboden-Deckblatt
(5) und/oder unter dem Ventilboden-Deckblatt (5Λ) eine Folie (9) eingelegt und mit dem Papiersack (1) in der Weise ablösbar verklebt ist, daß die Folie (9) nach dem Aufreißen des Standboden-Deckblattes (5) und/oder des Ventilboden-Deckblattes (5Λ) den Papiersack (1) noch vollständig verschließt und erst nach dem Abziehen das Produkt freigibt.
2. Papiersack nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Folie (9) eine Kunststofffolie ist.
3. Papiersack nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Folie (9) eine Metallfolie ist.
4. Papiersack nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Folie (9) ein beschichtetes oder unbeschichtetes Papier oder eine Papierfolie ist.
5. Papiersack nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Folie (9) eine Glasfaserfolie, eine Gewebefolie oder ein Spinnvlies aus Gewebefasern ist.
6. Papiersack nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Folie (9) biologisch abbaubar, kompostierbar oder recyclingfähig ist.
7. Papiersack nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Deckblätter (5 oder 5') nach dem Aufreißen des Aufreißstreifens (6) zwei Seitenstreifen (5") bilden und dass entlang der Aufreißkanten der Seitenstreifen (5") eine Verschlußeinrichtung (13) angeordnet ist.
8. Papiersack nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschlußeinrichtung (13) ein von einer Seitenwand (8) zur anderen Seitenwand (8') verlaufender Klickverschluß mit Nut (13") und Feder (13') ist.
9. Papiersack nach Anspruch I1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschlußeinrichtung (13) ein von einer Seitenwand (8) zur anderen Seitenwand (8') verlaufender Klettverschluß ist.
10. Papiersack nach einem der Ansprüche 1-5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Folie (9) vollflächig oder im Rahmen von Klebelinien an ihrer Unterseite mit einem wiederverschließbaren Spezialkleber beschichtet ist.
11. Papiersack nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Folie (9) mit mindestens einer Ausnehmung (14, 14') in Form eines Loches versehen ist.
12. Papiersack nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Folie (9) Sicherheitsmerkmale aufweist oder mit Anweisungen bedruckt ist.
13. Papiersack nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf dem Deckblatt (5) des Standbodens (2) und/oder des Ventilbodens (3) ein Tragegriff vorgesehen ist, der parallel zu dem Aufreißstreifen (6) verläuft, wobei der Aufreißstreifen (6) in dem Fall nicht mittig zum Deckblatt (5, 5') angeordnet ist.
