Claims (11)

  1. Module de poussoir pour une pompe haute pression, notamment pour refouler du carburant, comprenant un corps de poussoir de forme cylindrique creuse (52), dans lequel est introduit, dans la direction de l'axe longitudinal (53) du corps de poussoir (52), un sabot de roulement (56), un rouleau (60) étant monté à rotation dans le sabot de roulement (56), caractérisé en ce que le sabot de roulement (56) est disposé perpendiculairement à l'axe de rotation (61) du rouleau (60) avec un faible jeu ou sans jeu dans le corps de poussoir (52), et est disposé dans la direction de l'axe de rotation (61) du rouleau (60) avec un plus grand jeu que perpendiculairement à l'axe de rotation (61) du rouleau (60) dans le corps de poussoir (52).
  2. Module de poussoir selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le sabot de roulement (56) est pressé dans le corps de poussoir (52) et un ajustement serré est prévu perpendiculairement à l'axe de rotation (61) du rouleau (60) entre le sabot de roulement (56) et le corps de poussoir (52).
  3. Module de poussoir selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le sabot de roulement (56) présente, en section transversale perpendiculairement à l'axe longitudinal (53) du corps de poussoir (52), un plus grand diamètre (D) que le diamètre (d) du sabot de roulement (56) dans la direction de l'axe de rotation (61) du rouleau (60).
  4. Module de poussoir selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le sabot de roulement (56) est réalisé sous forme ovale en section transversale perpendiculairement à l'axe longitudinal (53) du corps de poussoir (52).
  5. Module de poussoir selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le sabot de roulement (56) vient en appui dans la direction de l'axe longitudinal (53) du corps de poussoir (52) contre une butée (62), et en ce que le sabot de roulement (56) s'applique contre la butée (62) au moins essentiellement uniquement dans la région d'un plan médian (55) s'étendant perpendiculairement à l'axe de rotation (61) du rouleau (60) à travers le sabot de roulement (56).
  6. Module de poussoir selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le sabot de roulement (56) présente, sur son côté tourné vers la butée (62), dans la région du plan médian (55), un rehaussement (68), avec lequel le sabot de roulement (56) s'applique contre la butée (62).
  7. Module de poussoir selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le corps de poussoir (52), lors du pressage du sabot de roulement (56), est déformé de telle sorte que le corps de poussoir (52) présente, perpendiculairement à l'axe de rotation (61) du rouleau (60), un plus grand diamètre extérieur (D') que le diamètre extérieur (d') du corps de poussoir (52) dans la direction de l'axe de rotation (61) du rouleau (60).
  8. Pompe haute pression, en particulier pour refouler du carburant haute pression pour un dispositif d'injection de carburant d'un moteur à combustion interne, comprenant un arbre d'entraînement (12) avec au moins une came (26) ou un excentrique, avec au moins un élément de pompe (32), qui présente un piston de pompe (34), qui s'appuie par le biais d'un module de poussoir (50) contre la came (26) ou l'excentrique de l'arbre d'entraînement (12), le module de poussoir (50) présentant un corps de poussoir (52), qui est guidé de manière déplaçable dans un alésage (54) d'une partie de boîtier (10) de la pompe haute pression, et le module de poussoir (50) présentant un sabot de roulement (56), dans lequel est monté à rotation un rouleau (60) qui roule sur la came (26) ou l'excentrique de l'arbre d'entraînement (12), caractérisée en ce que le corps de poussoir (52) est disposé avec un faible jeu dans l'alésage (54) de la partie du boîtier de pompe (10) dans la direction perpendiculaire à l'axe de rotation (61) du rouleau (60), et est disposé avec un plus grand jeu dans la direction de l'axe de rotation (61) du rouleau (60).
  10. Pompe haute pression selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que le corps de poussoir (52) présente, dans la direction perpendiculaire à l'axe de rotation (61) du rouleau (60), un plus grand diamètre extérieur (D') que le diamètre extérieur (d') du corps de poussoir (52) dans la direction de l'axe de rotation (61) du rouleau (60).
  11. Pompe haute pression selon la revendication 10, caractérisée en ce que le corps de poussoir (52) est réalisé sous forme ovale en section transversale perpendiculairement à son axe longitudinal (53).
