Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de positionnement et de guidage de rails pour des installations ferroviaires pour des trains, notamment des trains à grande vitesse, les rails étant posés directement ou indirectement en interposant des plaques intermédiaires sur des dalles de béton fixes, et des plaques de guidage étant ancrées sur ou dans les dalles de béton. La base des rails et éventuellement les plaques latérales s'appliquent latéralement sur les plaques de guidage, et les plaques de guidage se composent d'un matériau de grande résistance et de forme stable, de préférence un matériau en plastique chargé, comme par exemple un plastique renforcé par des fibres de verre, notamment du polyamide. Le dispositif selon l'invention permet de créer des plaques de guidage qui, dans l'ensemble, sont plus résistantes à l'usure. Ceci est réalisé selon l'invention en ce que la plaque de guidage présente, dans la partie plane sur laquelle s'applique la base du rail, un insert ou des zones munies d'inserts, les inserts étant constitués d'un matériau glissant, de faible friction ou résistant à la friction, de faible usure ou résistant à l'usure et flexible élastiquement.
