Claims (8)

  1. Métier à rubans comportant :
    - au moins une installation de transport de fil (26a, 26b) à entraînement électrique pour au moins un fil de trame (10),
    - un enroulement de produit (16) pour le tissu (14), et
    - une installation de commande électronique (36) pour commander le métier à rubans à l'aide d'un programme de motifs pour le produit à fabriquer,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'installation de commande (36) comporte des moyens de commande pour régler automatiquement la longueur de fourniture du fil de trame (10) à alimenter sur au moins une installation de transport de fil (26a, 26b),
    la longueur de fourniture d'au moins une installation de transport de fil (26a, 26b) se calcule en utilisant les données du programme de motifs, de l'enroulement de produit (16) et de la largeur du tissu (14) à fabriquer.
  2. Métier à rubans selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé par
    une autre installation de transport de fil (22a, 22b, 22c) à entraînement électrique pour les fils de chaîne (4),
    l'installation de commande (36) comportant également des moyens de commande pour régler la longueur de fourniture des fils de chaîne (4) en fonction des données prédéfinies par le programme de motifs, automatiquement à l'installation de transport de fil (22a, 22b, 22c),
    la longueur de fourniture de l'autre installation de transport de fil pour les fils de chaîne (4) se calculant également en utilisant les données du programme de motifs, de l'enroulement de produit (16) et de la largeur du tissu (14).
  3. Métier à rubans selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'installation de commande (36) comporte un appareil de correction à commande manuelle pour combiner individuellement les données fonctionnelles des mesures de motifs au moins des données de fourniture du fil de trame (10) pour au moins une insertion de fil, avec un coefficient de correction Ks réglable.
  4. Métier à rubans selon la revendication 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'appareil de correction comporte des moyens de calcul pour combiner individuellement les données de fourniture des fils de chaîne (4) et/ou des données fonctionnelles de l'enroulement de produit (16) selon un coefficient de correction (Kk, Kw), réglable.
  5. Métier à rubans selon la revendication 3 ou 4,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'appareil de correction comporte un écran (44) de préférence un écran tactile ainsi qu'un plan d'affichage et de commande pour régler manuellement au moins l'un des coefficients de correction (Ks, Kw, Kk).
  6. Métier à rubans selon les revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la commande d'au moins une installation de transport de fil (22a, 22b, 22c, 26a, 26b) est réalisée sous la forme d'un composant intégré dans la commande de machine.
  7. Métier à rubans selon les revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    elle comporte au moins deux installations de transport de fil (26a, 26b) à entraînement électrique pour les fils de trame (10).
  8. Métier à rubans selon la revendication 7,
    caractérisé par
    le réglage du coefficient de correction différent Ks, possible pour au moins deux installations de transport de fil (26a, 26b) à entraînement électrique pour les fils de trame (10).
