Definitions
- the invention relates to amaschinesb holds, in particular dosesattigen Retains with a manufactured Vetbundfolie, cylinder odet tube-seated container body and a Deckeleintichtung, and a Bodenvetschluß, especially floor.
- Detached containers are well known and are used for storage, storage and transportation of liquid, pasty and solid contents, with the low weight and ease of use of these packages being extremely advantageous.
- a disadvantage is sometimes the handling, in particular the opening of such containers, due to the flexibility of the container body, which is made of a composite film.
- the container body which is made of a composite film.
- the votget invention is therefore based on the object to provide an alternative to create made of plastic, glass or metal packaging containers open controlled in spite of the production of flexible composite film and optionally also can be closed again.
- the Schusb ehaltet invention should represent an alternative to rigid packaging cans.
- the lid device comprises a seal, which is attached to the peripheral edge of the container body An annular shoulder defining and delimiting a container opening, and a cover foil extending over the container opening and sealed to the edge thereof, also allow for relatively large, dimensionally stable container openings which can be closed in such a way that the container contents are protected against contamination - The container contents can also be packaged sterile.
- the neck has a radially outwardly extending latching projection, in particular an annular projection, or a radially inwardly extending latching notch, which correspond with complementary latching means on the cover.
- a thread is impressed or cut on the outer circumference of the neck, which corresponds to a corresponding inner thread of a screw cap or a screw cap.
- the lid can also be hinged as a hinged lid on the shoulder via a film hinge. Shoulder and lid are then integrally connected. Basically, of course, a multi-part hinge joint is conceivable. It is also possible borrowed that the lid itself is formed bendable. For this purpose, the lid may be formed in a section itself as a film hinge.
- the hinge joint may also be biased in the closed position of the lid, either by appropriate imprinting a tension in the material or by the arrangement of a torsion spring.
- the opening edge may be circular, oval, triangular or the like. With regard to the shaping here are no limits. In particular, the opening edge may comprise a sprue or beak.
- the lid is then designed accordingly. Furthermore, it is advantageous if the cover film has at least one grip tab extending radially beyond the edge of the container opening. By means of this, the cover can be easily detached or removed from the opening edge of the container.
- the container body is preferably made of a film which is formed by fin- or lap-seal to a cylindrical, truncated cone-shaped or tubular body.
- the container body may alternatively also be a section of an extruded film tube.
- the container body optionally also the bottom and the covering film, preferably consist of a laminate, in particular aluminum laminate, with at least one sealing layer and optionally at least one barrier layer, in particular SiO 2 , ethylvinyl alcohol or a metal foil.
- the film thickness is in the range of 50 ⁇ to 1000 ⁇ , in particular 100 ⁇ to 500 ⁇ , preferably 150 ⁇ to 350 ⁇ . Ultimately, the film thickness also depends on the content and size of the packaging container.
- the bottom of the packaging container can either be cup-shaped flat or formed with V or W-fold and glued or sealed edge side with the bottom-side peripheral edge of the container body.
- the bottom can also be closed by sealing only a transverse seal according to the bottom closure of a toothpaste or the like. -Tube.
- the floor is made of a relatively rigid or dimensionally stable material and is formed as a stand so that a total of a can-like container is formed körp he by a relatively stiff bottom, a relatively rigid and rigid cover device and a container made of composite B e fiscaler distinguished.
- Such containers are relatively lightweight, easy to produce, sufficiently dimensionally stable and safe to open and, if necessary, to close again. They can be used to store liquid, powdery or granular articles, in particular foods, drinks or even pharmaceuticals. Due to the flexibility of the container body or due to the simple deformability of the composite film from which the container body is to be produced, any number of different container shapes can be produced.
- a printing of the container is very simple; it only needs the composite film to be pre-printed accordingly. Finer can also be the lid made of a relatively rigid or dimensionally stable material, so that the lid after opening the container for other uses, such as a pad for the container, is suitable.
- the relatively rigid or dimensionally stable bottom and / or lid is through
- the lid has a sloping top cover and thus a certain height extension.
- the lid according to the invention may be truncated cone-shaped, wherein the lid tapers upwards. It should be noted that a combination of the features of a sloping top cover and a taper can be combined.
- the aforementioned embodiments are well suited for containers with a lid whose inclined top is available, for example, for advertising purposes and faces the viewer for better visibility. This is particularly advantageous when installing the containers on store shelves, especially since such a three-dimensionally designed lid has an unusual lid shape and thus represents a certain eye-catching feature.
- the bottom can either be flat, cup-shaped or can be formed with a V or W-fold and be glued, welded or sealed edge-side to the bottom-side peripheral edge of the container body.
- This peripheral edge which usually serves at least as a partial footprint of the container, comes by placing the container on the lid in an inclined position, so that now the entire container has a slight inclination.
- the degree of filling of the container is dimensioned so that the filling material does not pour out of this slight skew, especially in a fully open container out of this.
- the lid can be placed either on its underside, but optionally also on its top side, and the bottom of the container, when used as a stand aid, is engaged with the lid on the inside or outside, so that the container does not can slip off the slope of the lid.
- the peripheral edge of the lid has a slightly larger outer diameter than the floor or the upper opening edge, so that the lid is now placed with its original top down on a pad and the container in an opening the lid comes to stand and is held, for example by a lip or bar on the now upwardly directed lid peripheral edge.
- a similar effect can be achieved in that the container body over the circumference of a different height, so that the B e employmenter opening of a horizontally standing container extends obliquely sloping.
- the lid is designed in such an oval shape that it is suitable for closing the container opening.
- the invention is at least about a portion of the neck of the lid device aufschnappbarer and neck at least partially encompassing ring portion or ring is provided, which is connected to the lid, in particular via a film hinge.
- the container can first be filled and sealed with a cover, before the lid by means of a ring or a neck at least partially encompassing ring portion is attached to the container.
- the lid device is made of a relatively stiff or dimensionally stable material, it being emphasized that not only the lid, but also the entire lid device can be injection-molded or deep-drawn.
- the ring portion or ring are wrapped around at least a portion of the neck and thus connected to the container.
- the lid may be detachable with the neck at least partially so that the lid can be used by the end user for various containers. In this way it is possible to close the container in a cost effective manner only with the cover.
- the lid with the attachment at least partially encompassing the neck can thus be used by the end user to reclosure an opened container as needed.
- these sealability-reducing substances may be, for example, polybutylene or polypropylene or a mixture of both, in particular with an admixture of 20% by weight of polybutylene to polypropylene.
- the lid has a recess which can be revealed to the outside and, before use, preferably closed with a foil, in particular sealed, depression.
- a recess In the recess, an object, such as a spoon, knife, fork or the like.
- Tool or addition can be arranged.
- the tool may preferably be formed foldable or collapsible. For use of the tool thus a cover sheet is removed from the top of the recess having the lid, so that the recess is accessible with the material therein. Then, the lid of the container can be opened, so that the interior of the container is accessible.
- the lid may serve as a stand aid for the container.
- the cover preferably has a larger area than the container bottom and is provided with a depression, into which the container bottom can be inserted with an essentially fitting fit.
- This embodiment is particularly preferred for use for smaller children, as overturning or overturning of the container is significantly more difficult due to its now enlarged footprint.
- the container itself may be provided with a cover sheet in addition to its lid.
- the neck of the lid device with a
- the lid has a closure sheet attached preferably concentrically to its peripheral edge, which can be pushed out of the upper side of the lid with a separation therefrom, so that a circular opening is formed in the upper side of the lid.
- a circular opening can be used in a conventional manner, a sucker for infants and / or toddlers, the dimension of the resulting opening in the lid top is of course dimensioned for commercial sucker.
- the container according to the invention can be used as a "vial" for infants and babies.

- the ring 32 is arranged above the annular shoulder 16 on the neck 19 of the cover device 12, wherein an annular projection 25 on the cover device 12 prevents slipping of the ring 32.
- the neck 19 of the cover device 12 is thus limited by an annular shoulder 16 and upwards by an annular projection 25, to which the opening edge 17 connects.
- the ring 32 has a tight fit on the neck 19 and accidental slipping is not to be feared.
- the ring 32 may be made of a rubber-like flexible material, so that it is possible to consciously strip it over the annular projection 25 and to fix it in another container 10 again at the neck 19 of the other container 10, so that the cover 20 now
- Fig. Hc the container is shown in a closed view, wherein the container can either be originally closed and under the cover 20, the cover 18 is present. Likewise, however, the cover 18 may already be deducted from the opening edge 17 of the container 10 so that Fig. 11c shows a resealed container 10.
- Fig. IIb it can be seen that the cover 18 has a pull tab 22.
- a pre-jump which is easier to grasp than such a lid with smooth. Edge.
- Fig. I Ia an open container according to this imple mentation form is shown.
- Figures 12a to 12c show a further variant of the container 10 according to the invention, which in turn has a container body 11 and a floor 13 and a cover device 12. Furthermore, the cover 20 of FIGS. 12a to 12c is connected to the covering film in a separable manner, wherein the sealing layer connecting the cover 20 and the covering film 18 has substances which lower the sealability. These are particles that consist of about 80% polypropylene and about 20% polybutylene and are embedded in a sealing layer of polyethylene.
- the lid 20 can be separated from the cover 18, without the cover 18 would be deducted from the opening edge 17 of the container 10, since the cover 18 on the opening edge 17 side facing the sealability degrading substances and thus has an increased liability between the cover 18 and the opening edge 17 is given, as this between the lid 20 and the cover 18, since here the sealing or adhesive strength is reduced by the aforementioned particles.
- a completely closed container 10 can be seen.
- the lid 20 is already lifted slightly from the cover 18, while in Fig. 12c, the container 10 is fully open and the lid 20 is adjacent to this.
- FIGS. 13a to 13c a container 10 according to the invention is shown, the lid of which has a recess 33, which is exposed to the outside and sealed with a film before use and which is suitable for receiving a spoon, in particular a folding spoon or similar object.
- the outward reveal recess 33 is closed with a film before use.
- This film is sealed on a recess bounding the upper peripheral edge and can be removed by grasping a grip tab 22 of the lid 20 so that the interior of the space 33 defined by the recess 33 of the lid 20 is accessible.
- Fig. 13a the container is shown in closed form, in Fig. 13b in a partially opened form and in Fig. 13c in a fully open form.
- a folding spoon as he is, for example, placed in the recess 33, shown.
- FIGS. 14a to 14c show a further embodiment of a container 10 according to the invention, wherein the lid 20 is provided with a film hinge 26.
- the FiIm hinge 26 forms the bending line, over which the lid 20 to open the container 10 can be bent backwards.
- FIGS. 15a to 15c show a further embodiment of a container 10 according to the invention, wherein a lid with a recess 33 is combined with a lid with an integral film hinge.
- Fig. 16 shows a further imple mentation form according to the invention, wherein the lid has a larger area than the horizontal cross-section of the container 10.
- the lid 20, after removal from the container, which is additionally closed with a cover 18, are used to increase the footprint of the container 10 and has for this purpose a recess 33 into which the bottom 13 of the container 10 substantially can be used in exact fit and fixed by snap, snap or rotary connection. Due to the larger surface area of the cover 20 now tilting of the container 10 is practically no longer possible, so that an inventive container according to this embodiment is particularly well suited for children.
- the larger surface area of the lid can be realized by additional surface elements in the form of tabs, in particular grip tabs, which are arranged around the recess 10 of the lid 20 receiving the container 10.
- the lid can be provided with motifs or the lid itself may be motifs, such as a flower or a bear's face, which increases the attractiveness of the container according to the invention, especially against children.
- the stability of the container improving bulges are preferably formed in opposite directions with respect to the recess 33 on the lid edge and more preferably extend around the entire lid.
- FIG. 17a to 17c show a further embodiment of a container 10 according to the invention, which can be used as a "vial" for infants and toddlers
- the neck 19 of the lid device 12 is provided with a thread 21 onto which a screw cap 22 can be screwed closed and original packed to, stood the container is a concentric with the center in the top of the lid 20 arranged shutter blade 31 is provided and connected in amongertrennbarer or expedidrückbarer way with the top of the lid 20, as shown in Fig. 17a.
- Fig. 17b it is shown that the lid 20 can be removed by turning of the thread 21 of the lid means 12 and the shutter blade 31 can be removed by pressing the top of the lid 20, so that a concentric opening in the top of the lid 20th arises. Furthermore, it can be seen that a cover 18th is arranged on the opening edge 17 of the lid device 12, which can be withdrawn from the container opening 15 using a pull tab 22. In a known manner, a sucker 30 is now placed in the lid opening 34 and fixed by re-screwing the remaining lid ring together with the inserted sucker 30 on the thread 21 of the lid device 12 to the container 10. It should be noted that the lid opening 34 is of course dimensioned so that conventional vacuum cleaner 30 can be used with such a lid 20 according to the invention and a container 10 according to the invention.
