Claims (6)
- Procédé pour réaliser des pièces estampées (1.1) dans un outil (P), en particulier un outil de découpage fin, au moyen d'au moins un poinçon (5) par lequel la pièce estampée (1.1) est découpée dans une bande de matériau (7), la pièce estampée (1.1) étant, après le découpage de la bande de matériau (7), déplacée de cette dernière vers une décharge (25),
caractérisé par le fait
qu'il est utilisé ou formé en outre à la pièce estampée (1.1) une partie en saillie (22) par laquelle la bande de matériau (7) emporte la pièce estampée (1.1). - Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la bande de matériau (7) est, lors de l'ouverture de l'outil (P), soulevée de la plaque de découpage (10) à une distance (a) définie de cette dernière qui correspond au moins à l'épaisseur (d) de la pièce estampée (1.1).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que la bande de matériau (7) est, après l'ouverture de l'outil (P), transportée environ horizontalement et emporte la pièce estampée (1.1).
- Dispositif pour réaliser des pièces estampées (1.1) dans un outil (P), en particulier un outil de découpage fin, au moyen d'au moins un poinçon (5) destiné à découper la pièce estampée (1.1) dans une bande de matériau (7) et une décharge (25) vers laquelle la pièce estampée (1.1) peut être déplacée par la bande de matériau (7), à la bande de matériau (7) dans l'outil (P) étant associé un dispositif (15) de soulèvement environ horizontal de la bande de matériau.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif (15) de soulèvement de la bande de matériau (7) est disposé latéralement par rapport à la bande de matériau (7) et présente au moins un piston de guidage (18) destiné à venir en prise par-dessous la bande de matériau (7), lequel coopère avec mi piston (16) au-dessus de la bande de matériau (7).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif (15) de soulèvement de la bande de matériau (7) est déplaçable environ parallèlement au poinçon (5).
