Claims (6)

  1. Method of manufacturing stamped parts (1.1) in a tool (P), in particular a precision cutting tool, by means of at least one punch (5), by which the stamped part (1.1) is pressed out of a material strip (7), wherein the stamped part (1.1) after being pressed out of the material strip (7) is pushed by the material strip (7) to a discharge (25),
    characterized in
    that on the stamped part (1.1) a protuberant portion (22) is utilized or additionally formed, at which the material strip (7) drives the stamped part (1.1).
  2. Method according to claim 1, characterized in that during opening of the tool (P) the material strip (7) is lifted off the cutting die (10) to a defined distance (a) therefrom that corresponds at least to the thickness (d) of the stamped part (1.1).
  3. Method according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that after opening of the tool (P) the material strip (7) is further conveyed approximately horizontally and at the same time drives the stamped part (1.1).
  4. Device for manufacturing stamped parts (1.1) in a tool (P), in particular a precision cutting tool, having at least one punch (5) for pressing the stamped part (1.1) out of a material strip (7) and a discharge (25), to which the stamped part (1.1) is pushable by means of the material strip (7), wherein a device (15) for the approximately horizontal lifting-off of the material strip (7) is associated with the material strip (7) in the tool (P).
  5. Device according to claim 4, characterized in that the device (15) for the lifting-off of the material strip (7) is disposed laterally of the material strip (7) and comprises at least one guide piston (18) for engaging below the material strip (7), which guide piston interacts with a piston above the material strip (7).
  6. Device according to claim 4 or 5, characterized in that the device (15) for the lifting-off of the material strip (7) is movable approximately parallel to the punch (5) .
