Claims (5)

  1. Procédé pour le montage et pour les tests de fonctionnement de dispositifs d'introduction (4) dans des cages de laminage (1) ou dans des laminoirs (2), tels que par exemple des laminoirs tandem (3), où au moins un nombre partiel des dispositifs d'introduction (4) forme à chaque fois une unité de construction (5) qui est opérationnellement fixée sur un montant (1a, 1b) et où les unités de construction (5) sont disposées pour un prémontage avec des tests de fonctionnement en dehors de la cage de laminage, réglées et/ou testées et au moins une unité de construction (5) réglée et/ou testée est disposée de manière opérationnelle entre deux cages de laminage (1) essentiellement dans l'espace intermédiaire (9) de la cage et fixée sur des positions d'appui (10) fixées par la construction des montants (1a ; 1b), caractérisé
    en ce que, dans le sens de laminage (11), dans la première cage de laminage (1) d'un laminoir (2), est monté un module de côté entrée (12) réglé et/ou testé en dehors de la cage de laminage (1) sur une plaque de montage, entre les montants (1a ; 1b) associés l'un à l'autre de la première cage de laminage (1) concernée et en ce que, dans le sens de laminage (11), entre une première cage de laminage (1) et une deuxième cage de laminage (1) sont montés un module de côté sortie (13) également réglé et/ou testé sur la plaque de montage en dehors de la cage de laminage (1) et un module de côté entrée (12) en appui sur un cadre de base (8).
  2. Procédé pour le montage et les tests de fonctionnement de dispositifs d'introduction (4) dans des cages de laminage (1) ou dans des laminoirs (2), tels que par exemple des laminoirs tandem (3), où au moins un nombre partiel des dispositifs d'introduction (4) forme à chaque fois une unité de construction (5) qui est opérationnellement fixée sur un montant (1a, 1b) et où un module de côté entrée (12) comprend au moins des tables de guidage (18) de la bande et un module de côté sortie (13) est prévu, caractérisé
    en ce que le module de côté entrée (12) comprend au moins une barre de pulvérisation de côté entrée (14) pour des émulsions, une barre de pulvérisation supérieure (15a) pour la lubrification de la fente de laminage, une barre de pulvérisation inférieure (15b) pour la lubrification de la fente de laminage, un dispositif de serrage (16) de la bande et des parois de protection contre les projections (7a ; 7b) et est testé et/ou réglé en dehors de la cage de laminage (1) sur une plaque de montage et en ce que l'unité de construction (5) constituée par au moins un module de côté sortie (13) et un module de côté entrée (12) est disposée entre deux cages de laminage (1) successives dans le sens de laminage (11) sur un cadre de fond (8).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le module de côté sortie (13) et le module de côté entrée (12) sont disposés, à l'état monté sur le cadre de fond (8) constitué par les parois de protection contre les projections (17a ; 17b) et les deux traverses (19) et qu'on a prévu une grille (21) accessible.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 ou 3, caractérisé
    en ce que le module de côté sortie (13) comporte au moins
    (f) un déflecteur (22) de bande pour le cylindre de travail (23a, 23b) supérieur et inférieur,
    (g) une barre de nettoyage (25) pour l'espace intermédiaire
    (h) un dispositif de pulvérisation d'une émulsion côté sortie,
    (i) une barre de nettoyage et de refroidissement (26a) supérieure,
    (u) une barre de nettoyage et de refroidissement (26b) inférieure,
    (k) un dispositif de mesure (27) des données de la bande,
    (i) un galet de mesure (28) de la tension de la bande,
    (m) un support ( 29) avec un dispositif de protection pour le dispositif de mesure (30) de la vitesse de la bande
    (n) un dispositif de protection (31) pour un dispositif de mesure de l'épaisseur de la bande,
    (o) une table de guidage stationnaire (32) de la bande et
    (p) un galet (33) pour abaisser la bande avec un dispositif intégré de refroidissement de la bande.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce que dans la ligne de laminage (6), le laminoir (2) et à l'intérieur d'une cage de laminage (1), pour recevoir des unités de construction (5) identiques analogues ou différentes, pour le montage fini et l'état opérationnel, le cadre de base (8) est formé par deux traverses (19), parois de protection latérales (17a, 17b) et une grille (21).
