Zwischen den Bauteilen liegt eine Banddaten-Messeinrichtung 27. Vor dem Einlauf in das rechte Walzgerüst 1 liegt eine Bandspannungs-Messrolle 28. Diese umgebend befindet sich ein Träger und eine Schutzeinrichtung 29 für die Bauteile der Bandgeschwindigkeits-Ermittlung. Außerdem ist ein Träger 30 für die Bandgeschwindigkeits-Messvorrichtung an dem Grundrahmen 8 befestigt. Eine Schutzeinrichtung 31 für das Banddicken-Messgerät ist eingezeichnet. Sodann ist ein stationärer Bandführungstisch 32 mit einer Band-Niederhalterolle 33 mit integrierter Bandkühlvorrichtung dargestellt. Die Baueinheit 5, d.h. das Einlaufseiten-Modul 12, bildet hier ein Gerüstzwischenraum-Eingangsmodul 34. Dementsprechend ist (analog zum Eingangsseiten-Sprühbalken 14) ein Eingangsseiten-Emulsionssprühbalken 35 gebildet. Dieser besteht (analog zu 15a, 15b) aus einem oberen Sprühbalken 36a für die Walzspalt-Schmierung und aus einem unteren Sprühbalken 36b für die Walzspalt-Schmierung. In Ergänzung besitzt hier das Auslaufseiten-Modul 13 ein Emulsionssprühsystem 37 mit einer Mehrzonen-Kühl-schmierung. Analog zu den Sprühbalken 15a, 15b sind ein oberer Sprühbalken 38a für die Walzspaltschmierung und Mehrzonen-Kühlung und ein unterer Sprühbalken 38b für die Walzspaltschmierung und eine Mehrzonen-Kühlung vorgesehen. Dem Zwischenraum-Reinigungsbalken 25 entspricht jeweils ein Zwischenraum-Reinigungsbalken 40. Der Band-Klemmvorrichtung 16 entspricht eine Bandklemmvorrichtung 41 mit Zubehör, wobei der Antriebsbereich der Band-Klemmvorrichtung 41 mit 42 bezeichnet ist. Claims (5)

  1. Method for mounting and carrying out functional checks of roll fittings in roll stands (1) or in rolling trains (2) such as, for example, tandem rolling trains (3), wherein at least a part number of the roll fittings (4) respectively forms a constructional unit (5) which is operatively fastened to the respective roll housing (1a; 1b) and wherein the constructional units (5) are arranged for a preassembly with functional checks outside the roll stand, adjusted and/or checked and at least one adjusted and/or checked constructional unit (5) is operatively arranged between two roll stands (1) predominantly in the stand intermediate space (9) and fastened to constructionally fixed support points (10) of the roll housings (1a; 1b), characterised in that an entry side module (12) adjusted and/or checked outside the roll stand (1) on a mounting plate is installed, in the first roll stand (1) of a rolling train (2) in rolling direction (11), between the mutually associated roll housings (1a; 1b) of the respective first roll stand (1) and that an exit side module (13) similarly adjusted and/or checked outside the roll stand (1) on the mounting plate and an entry side module (12) are installed, supported on the base plate (8), between a first roll stand (1) and a second roll stand (1) in rolling direction.
  2. Equipment for mounting and carrying out functional checks of roll fittings (4) in roll stands (1) or in rolling trains (2) such as, for example, tandem rolling trains (3), wherein at least a part number of the roll fittings (4) respectively forms a constructional unit (5) which is operatively fastened to the respective roll housing (1a; 1b) and wherein an entry side module (12) comprises at least one strip guide table (18) and an exit side module (13) is provided, characterised in that an entry side module (12) comprises at least one entry side spray bar (14) for emulsions, an upper spray bar (15a) for rolling gap lubrication, a lower spray bar (15b) for rolling gap lubrication, a strip clamping device (16) and spray protection walls (7a; 7b) and is checked and/or adjusted outside the roll stand (1) on a mounting plate and that the constructional unit (5) consisting of at least one exit side module (13) and entry side module (12) is mounted on a base frame (8) between two roll stands (1) successive in rolling direction.
  3.     (o) a stationary strip guide table (32), and
    (p) a strip holding-down roller (33) with integrated strip cooling device.
  5. Equipment according to any one of claims 2 to 4, characterised in that the base frame (8) is formed, in the rolling line (6), the rolling train (2) and within a roll stand (1) for reception of the same, similar or different constructional units (5) for assembly to finished state and the operational state, from two cross-members (19), side protection walls (17a, 17b) and a grating (21).
