Abstract

The invention relates to a rolling mill ( 1 ) comprising several rolling frames (Fi) and support plates ( 7 ) that are provided on the operator side (BS) of the frames (Fi) and can be displaced transversally to the roll axes, said plates being equipped to receive sets of working rolls ( 14 ) and lying adjacent to the mill floor ( 9 ). Trotz der Tragrollen-Bahnen 20 entsteht eine relativ ebene Oberfläche 21, die mit Fahrzeugen, wie zum Beispiel einem LKW oder einem Mobilkran, überfahren werden können. Insgesamt wird die Supportplattform über diese Tragrollen-Bahnen 20 bzw. über den Hüttenflur 18 verfahren. Die Tragrollen können vorzugsweise mit einem beidseitigen Führungsbund 22 versehen sein. Bei dieser Variante mit abgesenktem Hüttenflur 18 kann der Verfahrbereich 11 zwar von Fahrzeugen überfahren, er muss aber stets freigehalten werden, um ein Öffnen der Gruben zu ermöglichen. Um dies zu umgehen, ist bei einer anderen Ausführungsform der Hüttenflur 23 im Verfahrbereich 11 im Verhältnis zum Hüttenflur 9 im Gerüstbereich erhöht, wobei die Supportplatten 7 über die Tragrollen 19 unterhalb des Hüttenflurs 23 entlang der dann zwischen den Rollen 19 offenen Tragrollen-Bahnen 24 verlaufen (vgl. Fig. 6). Fig. 7 zeigt, dass die Tragrollen-Bahnen 24 selbst mit einer Abdeckung 25 versehen sind, so dass die Supportplatten 7 bzw. die Supportplattform unter die Abdeckung 25 verfahren werden können. Der sich entlang der Endbereiche 35, 36 der Platten erstreckende Bolzen 39 ist durch den Flansch 37 der einen Platte geführt und mit Hilfe einer Halteplatte 40 mittels Schrauben 41, 42 befestigt und ragt über das Plattenende 35 hinaus. An dem Flansch 37 selbst sind Führungselemente 43 angeordnet, die den Bolzen 39 radial halten und die mit einem Sicherungsblech 44 überspannt sind. Zur Verbindung zweier Platten kommt der Bolzen 39 mit der Bohrung im Flansch 38 der anderen Platte in Eingriff. Die zweite Platte wird mittels einer Anschlagkante 45 positioniert. In ein vorspringendes Ende 46 des Bolzens 39, das mit einer entsprechende Aufnahmeöffnung 47 versehen ist, wird anschließend zur Arretierung ein Keil 48 eingeführt. Zum Öffnen der Verbindung wird der Keil 48 entfernt und in eine Keilablagetasche 49, die in die Plattenfläche benachbart zum Bolzen 39 eingelassen ist, abgesenkt. Claims (7)

  1. Rolling mill (1) with several roll stands (Fi) and with support plates (7), which are provided on the operating side (BS) of the stand (Fi) and are displaceable transversely to the roll axes and which are equipped for reception of working roll sets (14) and adjoin at the workshop floor (9), and with pits (8) which are respectively arranged upstream of the stands (Fi) on the operating side (BS) and the base of which is equipped for movement out for backing roll sets (12), characterised in that the support plates (7) are arranged as a support plate line (6) directly adjacent to the roll stands (Fi) and covering the pits (8), and the support plates (7) are detachably connected together and that for exchange of the backing roll sets (12) the support plate line (6) is movable transversely to the roll axes along the pit line out of the stand region (5) in subgroups (17) of interconnected support plates or in its entirety (6') for opening of at least one to all pits (8).
  2. Rolling mill according to claim 1, characterised in that the movement region (11) of the support plate line is equipped, connected with the stand region (5), as a roller path with support rollers (19) for the support plates.
  3. Rolling mill according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the workshop floor (18) is lowered in the movement region (11) of the support plate line, which adjoins the stand region (5), by comparison with the workshop floor (9) in the stand region (5) and the support plate line is movable above the workshop floor (18).
  4.
