Claims (7)
- Dispositif (10) qui est destiné à l'application d'un module (12) contre un montant de cage de laminoir (1) d'une cage de laminoir (W), qui comprend :un montant de cage de laminoir (1) d'une cage de laminoir (W) ;un module (12) sous la forme d'une unité modulaire qui comprend au moins un équipement de guidage et au moins un élément cunéiforme (14) qui peut venir se disposer entre une surface de butée du montant de cage de laminoir (1) et une surface de contact (16) du module (12) ; dans lequel l'élément cunéiforme (14) peut être soumis à un déplacement par coulissement parallèlement à une direction de transport (T) dans laquelle de la matière se déplace en traversant la cage de laminoir (W) ; dans lequel l'élément cunéiforme (14) présente une surface de base (18) qui s'étend parallèlement à la direction de transport (T) et une surface cunéiforme (19) qui vient se disposer en formant un angle (a) par rapport à cette dernière ; dans lequel le module (12) présente une surface de contact (16) qui est réalisée de manière complémentaire à la surface cunéiforme (19) du dispositif (10) ; caractérisé en ce que l'élément cunéiforme (14) est disposé, par rapport au montant de la cage de laminoir (1), respectivement par rapport au module (12) d'une manière telle qu'une orthogonale (O), qui est orientée dans la direction de la surface de base (18) de l'élément cunéiforme (14), d'une part s'étend dans la direction horizontale et d'autre part est disposée en direction transversale par rapport à la direction de transport (T) de telle façon que, par l'intermédiaire d'un déplacement par coulissement de l'élément cunéiforme (12) par rapport à la direction de transport (T), on peut modifier une distance latérale (A) du module (12) par rapport à la partie médiane (20) du déroulement de la bande.
- Dispositif (10) conformément à la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément cunéiforme (14) présente au moins un alésage de passage (22), de préférence deux alésages de passage de ce type (22) qui s'étend, respectivement s'étendent parallèlement aux orthogonales (O).
- Dispositif (10) conformément à la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément cunéiforme (14) comprend une plaque frontale (24) en position limitrophe par rapport à la surface de base (18), respectivement par rapport à la surface cunéiforme (19), qui présente une saillie latérale (25).
- Dispositif (10) conformément à l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par au moins une tôle de butée (27) avec laquelle le module (12) peut être fixé au côté de l'entrée, respectivement au côté de la sortie d'un montant de cage de laminoir (1) d'une cage de laminoir (W) ; de préférence en ce que la tôle de butée (27) est prévue sur un côté frontal du module (12).
- Dispositif (10) conformément à l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par au moins une clavette parallèle fixée par vis (26) qui est disposée contre un côté inférieur du module (12), dont le but est de supporter le module (12).
- Dispositif (10) conformément à l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le module (12) représente un module du côté entrée (12) qui est fixé à un côté de l'entrée d'un montant de cage de laminoir (1) d'une cage de laminoir (W).
- Dispositif (10) conformément à l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le module (12) représente un module du côté sortie qui est fixé à un côté de la sortie d'un montant de cage de laminoir (1) d'une cage de laminoir (W).
