Claims (19)
- Reversibles wärmeempfindliches Aufzeichnungsmedium, umfassend eine reversible wärmeempfindliche Aufzeichnungsschicht, die eine reversible wärmeempfindliche Zusammensetzung auf einem Träger umfasst,
wobei die reversible wärmeempfindliche Zusammensetzung eine farbgebende Elektronendonor-Verbindung und eine Elektronenakzeptor-Verbindung umfasst und in der Lage ist, einen relativ farbgebenden Zustand in Abhängigkeit von der Differenz von Erwärmungstemperaturen und/oder der Differenz von Abkühlgeschwindigkeiten nach dem Erwärmen zu bilden, und
wobei die Elektronenakzeptor-Verbindung eine durch die nachstehende allgemeine Formel (1) dargestellte Phenolverbindung ist und, wenn das reversible wärmeempfindliche Aufzeichnungsmedium in einer Umgebung von 35 °C ± 2 °C und bei einer relativen Luftfeuchtigkeit von 70% bis 90% bedruckt wird, eine optische Farbdichte 0,80 oder mehr beträgt und eine optische Löschdichte 0,15 oder weniger beträgt;
wobei die Phenolverbindung der allgemeinen Formel (1) irgendeine der folgenden Verbindungen ist - Reversibles wärmeempfindliches Aufzeichnungsmedium nach Anspruch 1, wobei die reversible wärmeempfindliche Aufzeichnungsschicht ein Harz im vernetzten Zustand enthält.
- Reversibles wärmeempfindliches Aufzeichnungsmedium nach Anspruch 2, wobei das in der reversiblen wärmeempfindlichen Aufzeichnungsschicht enthaltene Harz eine Hydroxylzahl von 70 (KOH mg/g) oder mehr aufweist.
- Reversibles wärmeempfindliches Aufzeichnungsmedium nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 2 und 3, wobei das in der reversiblen wärmeempfindlichen Aufzeichnungsschicht enthaltene Harz ein Acrylpolyolharz ist.
- Reversibles wärmeempfindliches Aufzeichnungsmedium nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, wobei die Gelfraktion des Harzes 30% oder mehr beträgt.
- Reversibles wärmeempfindliches Aufzeichnungsmedium nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei eine Verbindung mit einer sekundären Amidgruppe als Löschbeschleuniger enthalten ist.
- Reversibles wärmeempfindliches Aufzeichnungsmedium nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei ein anderer Löschbeschleuniger mit mindestens einer aus der Gruppe -NHCO- und der Gruppe -OCONH- in einem Molekül zusätzlich enthalten ist.
- Reversibles wärmeempfindliches Aufzeichnungsmedium nach Anspruch 7, wobei der Löschbeschleuniger, der mindestens eine aus der Gruppe -NHCO- und der Gruppe -OCONH- in einem Molekül enthält, irgendeine der durch die allgemeinen Formeln (2) bis (8) dargestellten Verbindungen ist:

- Reversibles wärmeempfindliches Aufzeichnungsmedium nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, wobei eine Schutzschicht zum Schützen der wärmeempfindlichen Aufzeichnungsschicht auf der reversiblen wärmeempfindlichen Aufzeichnungsschicht vorgesehen ist und die Schutzschicht ein Harz im vernetzten Zustand umfasst.
- Element, umfassend:ein Informationsspeicherteil; undein reversibles Anzeigeteil,wobei das reversible Anzeigeteil das reversible wärmeempfindliche Aufzeichnungsmedium nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 umfasst.
- Element nach Anspruch 10, wobei das Element, das das Informationsspeicherteil und das reversible Anzeigeteil umfasst, irgendeines von einer Karte, einer Disk, einer Diskkassette und einer Bandkassette ist.
- Reversibles wärmeempfindliches Aufzeichnungsetikett, umfassend:das reversible wärmeempfindliche Aufzeichnungsmedium nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9; undmindestens eine von einer Klebeschicht und einer klebrigen Schicht, die auf einer Oberfläche des Trägers gegenüber der reversiblen wärmeempfindlichen Aufzeichnungsschicht vorgesehen ist.
- Element nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 10 und 11, wobei das reversible wärmeempfindliche Aufzeichnungsetikett nach Anspruch 12 für das reversible Anzeigeteil verwendet wird.
- Bildverarbeitungsverfahren, umfassend
Erzeugen und/oder Löschen eines Bildes auf/von einer reversiblen wärmeempfindlichen Aufzeichnungsschicht durch Erwärmen der reversiblen wärmeempfindlichen Aufzeichnungsschicht,
wobei die reversible wärmeempfindliche Aufzeichnungsschicht mindestens eine von den reversiblen wärmeempfindlichen Aufzeichnungsschichten des reversiblen wärmeempfindlichen Aufzeichnungsmediums nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, des reversiblen wärmeempfindlichen Aufzeichnungsetiketts nach Anspruch 12 und des Elements nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 10, 11 und 13 ist. - Bildverarbeitungsverfahren nach Anspruch 14, wobei das Bild auf der reversiblen wärmeempfindlichen Aufzeichnungsschicht unter Verwendung eines Thermokopfes gebildet wird.
- Bildverarbeitungsverfahren nach Anspruch 14, wobei das Bild unter Verwendung eines Thermokopfes oder einer keramischen Heizeinrichtung gelöscht wird.
- Bildverarbeitungsvorrichtung und Aufzeichnungsmedium, umfassend
eine Bilderzeugungs- und/oder Löscheinheit, die konfiguriert ist, um ein Bild auf/von einer reversiblen wärmeempfindlichen Aufzeichnungsschicht zu erzeugen und/oder zu löschen,
wobei die reversible wärmeempfindliche Aufzeichnungsschicht mindestens eine von den reversiblen wärmeempfindlichen Aufzeichnungsschichten des reversiblen wärmeempfindlichen Aufzeichnungsmediums nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, des reversiblen wärmeempfindlichen Aufzeichnungsetiketts nach Anspruch 12 und des Elements nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 10, 11 und 13 ist. - Bildverarbeitungsvorrichtung und Aufzeichnungsmedium nach Anspruch 17, wobei die Bilderzeugungseinheit ein Thermokopf ist.
- Bildverarbeitungsvorrichtung und Aufzeichnungsmedium nach Anspruch 17, wobei die Bildlöscheinheit ein Thermokopf und/oder eine keramische Heizeinrichtung ist.
