Claims (8)
- Flexibles Verpackungsbehältnis aus Kunststoff, bei welchem mittels Schweiß- oder Klebenähten ein Bereich ausgebildet ist, der eine innere und eine äußere Wandung aufweist, wobei in der inneren Wandung Öffnungen vorgesehen sind, die einen Gasaustritt aus dem Inneren des Behältnisses in den Bereich zwischen der inneren und der äußeren Wandung ermöglichen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die den Bereich 4 einschließenden Schweiß- bzw. Klebenähte 7, 9, 10 zumindest in einem Teilbereich so ausgebildet sind, dass ein Gasaustritt möglich ist.
- Verpackungsbehältnis gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnungen 12 Perforationen sind.
- Verpackungsbehältnis gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei dem Verpackungsbehältnis 1 um einen FFS-Schlauch, Blocksack, offenen Seitenfalten- und/oder Flachsack, Ventilkastensack (geklebt und geschweißt) oder Kreuzbodensack, insbesondere um einen FFS-Schlauch, handelt.
- Verpackungsbehältnis gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bereich 4 mit innerer und äußerer Wandung durch einen Überlapp zwischen den beiden Außenkanten 2, 3 einer zur Herstellung des Verpackungsbehältnisses dienenden Flachfolie gebildet ist.
- Verpackungsbehältnis gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längsnaht 7 einen Gasaustritt ermöglicht.
- Verpackungsbehältnis gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Quernaht 9/10 oder beide Quernähte 9, 10 einen Gasaustritt ermöglicht bzw. ermöglichen.
- Verpackungsbehältnis gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schweiß- bzw. Klebenaht 7, 9, 10 durch einseitige oder mehrseitige, vollflächige oder partielle Auftragung eines Trennmediums 11 auf den Kunststoff vor dem Verschweißen bzw. Verkleben geschwächt ist und dadurch den Gasaustritt ermöglicht.
- Verpackungsbehältnis gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schweiß- bzw. Klebenaht 7, 9, 10 durch einseitige oder mehrseitige, vollflächige oder partielle Corona-Behandlung 11' des Kunststoffs vor dem Verschweißen bzw. Verkleben geschwächt ist und dadurch den Gasaustritt ermöglicht.
