Claims (18)
- Schneidevorrichtung zum Abschneiden von Sprungfäden (56; 76; 126; 188), die zwei aufeinander folgende Steppnähte (50; 74; 120; 186) von zwei Steppdeckenabschnitten einer zusammenhängenden Deckenbahn (180) verbinden, an zwei Enden des Sprungfadens (56; 76; 126; 188), mit einem Fadenabschneider (10; 80; 140) der zwischen einer Deckenbahn (180) und einem Sprungfaden (56; 76; 126; 188) einfahrbar ist und der Schneideelemente (30; 32; 112, 114; 152, 154) zum Durchtrennen des Sprungfadens (56; 76; 126; 188) an dessen Enden aufweist.
- Schneidevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Ausrichtevorrichtung zum Ausrichten der Schneideelemente (30; 32; 112, 114; 152, 154) unmittelbar benachbart zu den Enden des Sprungfadens (56; 76; 126; 188) aufweist.
- Schneidevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Spannvorrichtung zum Spannen des Sprungfadens (56; 76; 126; 188) aufweist.
- Schneidevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Fixiereinrichtung zum Fixieren des Sprungfadens (56; 76; 126; 188) aufweist.
- Schneidevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fadenabschneider (10; 80; 140) quer zu der Steppnaht (50; 74; 120; 186) einfahrbar ist.
- Schneidevorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausrichtevorrichtung zwei bewegliche Arme (16, 18) aufweist, an denen die Schneideelemente (30, 32) angebracht sind.
- Schneidevorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausrichtevorrichtung eine Federvorrichtung aufweist, die die Arme (16, 18) spreizt.
- Schneidevorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Arme (16, 18) an einem hinteren Ende je eine Öse (26, 28) aufweisen.
- Schneidevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fadenabschneider einen Grundkörper aufweist, der etwa schwertförmig ist.
- Schneidevorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spannvorrichtung durch Abdeckungen (92, 94) gebildet wird, die federnd gelagert die Schneideelemente (112, 114) abdecken.
- Schneidevorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fixiervorrichtung auch als Spannvorrichtung wirkt.
- Schneidevorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fixiervorrichtung als Klemme (38) ausgebildet ist.
- Schneidevorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fixiervorrichtung einen abgeschnittenen Sprungfaden (56; 76; 126; 188) aufnimmt.
- Schneidevorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fixiervorrichtung ein Mittel zum Ausstoßen eines aufgenommenen Sprungfadens (56; 76; 126; 188) aufweist.
- Schneidevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest eine Auflagefläche des Fadenabschneiders (10; 80; 140), die auf der Deckenbahn (180) auflegbar ist, glatt poliert ist.
- Schneidevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Vorderkante (84) des Fadenabschneiders (10; 80; 140) an der dem Sprungfaden (56; 76; 126; 188) zugewandten Seite abgeschrägt ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Herstellen von Steppdecken (196), die Folgendes aufweist, nämlich
einen Zuführabschnitt (172) zum Übereinanderlegen von Endlosbahnen von zumindest einem Oberstoff (178), zumindest einem Füllstoff (176) und zumindest einem Unterstoff (174) zum Bilden einer Deckenbahn (180);
einen Nähabschnitt (182) zum Anbringen von zumindest einer Steppnaht (50; 74; 120; 186) längs der Deckenbahn (180), wobei Steppstiche (52, 60; 122, 130) der Steppnaht (50; 74; 120; 186) von zumindest einem Sprungfaden (56; 76; 126; 188) unterbrochen werden; und
einen Schneideabschnitt (194) zum Zuschneiden der Deckenbahn (180) zu einzelnen Steppdecken (196);
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung (170) nach dem Nähabschnitt (182) einen Fadenabschneideabschnitt (190) aufweist, der eine Schneidevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16 aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass je ein Fadenabschneider (10; 80; 140) über eine Oberseite und eine Unterseite der Deckenbahn (180) bewegt wird.
