Claims (15)
- Bogenmaterialzuführung mit
einer Bogenmaterialhalterung zum Haltern eines Stapels von Bogenmaterial (10),
einer drehbaren Trommel (30) zum Transportieren des Bogenmaterials (10) aus dem Stapel, und
einer Beschleunigungsvorrichtung (50) zur Aufnahme des Bogenmaterials (10) aus der drehbaren Trommel bei einer ersten Geschwindigkeit und zur Freigabe des Bogenmaterials (10) bei einer zweiten Geschwindigkeit, die größer als die erste Geschwindigkeit ist. - Bogenmaterialzuführung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beschleunigungsvorrichtung eine Vielzahl von Abnahmebändern (52, 54) mit veränderlicher Geschwindigkeit umfasst.
- Bogenmaterialzuführung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beschleunigungsvorrichtung zudem Aufnahmespaltwalzen (56, 57) und Ausgabespaltwalzen (58, 59) umfasst, wobei die Abnahmebänder (52, 54) über die Aufnahmespaltwalzen (56, 57) und die Ausgabespaltwalzen (58, 59) laufen und auf ihrem Weg von den Aufnahmespaltwalzen (56, 57) zu den Ausgabespaltwalzen (58, 59) beschleunigt werden.
- Bogenmaterialzuführung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die drehbare Trommel eine Vielzahl von Greifern (32) umfasst, die um den Umfang der drehbaren Trommel (30) herum beabstandet sind.
- Bogenmaterialzuführung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Greifer (32) ein erstes Greiferteil (35) und ein zweites Greiferteil (36) umfasst, wobei jedes der ersten und zweiten Greiferteile (35 und 36) einzeln betätigbar ist.
- Bogenmaterialzuführung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bogenmaterialhalterung (20) einen einstellbaren unteren Fachboden (22) und Rückenhalteelemente (28) umfasst.
- Bogenmaterialzuführung nach Anspruch 1 mit zudem einer Andruckwalze (40), die in Wirkbeziehung mit der drehbaren Trommel (30) vor der Beschleunigungsvorrichtung (50) steht.
- Bogenmaterialzuführung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Andruckwalze (40) exzentrisch gelagert ist.
- Bogenmaterialzuführung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trommel (30) mindestens eine Saugeinrichtung (34) umfasst, die sich mit der Trommel (30) dreht.
- Bogenmaterialzuführung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trommel (30) mindestens eine Saugeinrichtung (34) für jeden der am Umfang beabstandeten Greifer (32) umfasst.
- Bogenmaterialzuführung mit
einer Bogenmaterialhalterung (20) zum Haltern eines Stapels von Bogenmaterial (10) und
einer drehbaren Trommel (30) zum Transportieren des Bogenmaterials (10) aus dem Stapel, wobei die Trommel (30) mindestens eine Saugeinrichtung (34) umfasst, die mit der Trommel (30) drehbar ist, um in Kontakt mit dem Bogenmaterial (10) zu gelangen. - Bogenmaterialzuführung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beschleunigungsvorrichtung (50) eine Vielzahl von Abnahmebändern (52, 54) mit veränderlicher Geschwindigkeit umfasst.
- Bogenmaterialzuführung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beschleunigungsvorrichtung (50) zudem Aufnahmespaltwalzen (56, 57) und Ausgabespaltwalzen (58, 59) umfasst, wobei die Abnahmebänder (52, 54) über die Aufnahmespaltwalzen (65, 57) und die Ausgabespaltwalzen (58, 59) laufen, und auf ihrem Weg von den Aufnahmespaltwalzen (56, 57) zu den Ausgabespaltwalzen (58, 59) beschleunigt werden.
- Bogenmaterialzuführung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die drehbare Trommel (30) eine Vielzahl von Greifern (32) umfasst, die um den Umfang der drehbaren Trommel (30) herum beabstandet sind, und jeder der um den Umfang der drehbaren Trommel (30) herum beabstandeten Greifer (32) Bogenmaterial (10) von einer der mindestens einen Saugeinrichtung (34) aufnimmt.
- Bogenmaterialzuführung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Greifer (32) ein erstes Greiferteil (35) und ein zweites Greiferteil (36) umfasst, wobei jedes der ersten und zweiten Greiferteile (35 und 36) einzeln betätigbar ist.
