eine Überwachungseinrichtung mit Reissleine für ein Ausgleichsseil.
Claims (7)
- Einrichtung zur Überwachung von Seilen (5) eines Aufzuges, die mittels einer Seilendverbindung und einer Lochplatte (10) mit einem Tragrahmen (4) einer Aufzugskabine (7) verbunden sind, wobei zum Festhalten an der Lochplatte (10) je Seil (5) ein Tragbolzen (13) vorgesehen ist, dessen Bewegung (P1) bei schlaffem Seil (5) mittels eines Sensors (31) überwachbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Überwachung der Bewegung (P1) der Tragbolzen (13) eine Reissleine (19) vorgesehen ist, die bei schlaffem Seil (5) den Sensor (31) betätigt. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass je Tragbolzen (13) ein Auslöseelement (20) vorgesehen ist, das die Bewegung (P1) des Tragbolzens (13) auf die Reissleine (19) überträgt. - Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Tragbolzen (13) federbeaufschlagt ist, wobei eine an der Lochplatte (10) abgestützte Druckfeder (18) bei schlaffem Seil (5) den Tragbolzen (13) bewegt. - Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auslöseelement (20) eine Unterlagscheibe (24) mit einer Fahne (25) ist, wobei die Reissleine (19) durch eine an der Fahne (25) angeordnete Bohrung (26) gezogen ist. - Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auslöseelement (20) eine Unterlagscheibe (24) mit einem Ausleger (24.1) ist, wobei der Ausleger (24.1) bei schlaffem Seil (5) die Reissleine 19 auslenkt. - Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Reissleine (19) einenends an einem Fixpunkt (21) festgemacht ist und anderenends mit ihrer Auslenkung einen Schieber (28) in Bewegung (P2) versetzt, wobei der Schieber (28) mittels einer Steuerschräge (30) den Sensor (31) betätigt. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schieber (28) beweglich in einem Gehäuse (29) geführt ist und nach Aufhebung der Auslenkung der Reissleine (19) selbsttätig in seine Ausgangslage zurückkehrt.
