Claims (13)
- Verfahren zum Betreiben einer Ringspinnmaschine mit pneumatischen Verdichtungseinrichtungen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Grenzwert für die Haarigkeit des zu spinnenden Garns vorgegeben wird und dass die Ringspinnmaschine bei diesem Grenzwert der Haarigkeit betrieben wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haarigkeit des zu spinnenden Garns auf den Grenzwert eingeregelt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an mindestens einer Spinnposition der Ringspinnmaschine die Haarigkeit des gesponnenen Garns direkt oder indirekt erfasst wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an mindestens einer Spinnposition die Temperatur eines Ringes, auf dem ein Läufer geführt ist, oder eines Läufers einer Ringspinneinrichtung gemessen wird.
- Ringspinnmaschine mit pneumatischen Verdichtungseinrichtungen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Mittel (21, 22, 23,25, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34,35) zum Einhalten einer vorgegebenen Haarigkeit des zu spinnenden Garns vorgesehen sind.
- Ringspinnmaschine nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Regelung (30) vorgesehen ist, mittels der die Haarigkeit auf einen vorgegebenen Grenzwert oder auf einen vorgegebenen Verlauf von Werten eingeregelt wird.
- Ringspinnmaschine nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine, mehrere oder alle Spinnpositionen mit Mitteln (33) zum direkten oder indirekten Erfassen der Haarigkeit des gesponnenen Garns ausgerüstet sind.
- Ringspinnmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Mittel (23, 25, 31, 32, 34, 35) zum Variieren der Verdichtungswirkung der pneumatischen Verdichtungseinrichtung der Streckwerke (13) vorgesehen sind.
- Ringspinnmaschine nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Mittel zum Variieren der Verdichtungswirkung der pneumatischen Verdichtungseinrichtung der Streckwerke austauschbare Saugeinsätze (21) so vorgesehen sind, dass der Abstand des Saugschlitzes (23) vom Faserband in Relation zur vordefinierten Haarigkeit steht.
- Ringspinnmaschine nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand des Saugschlitzes (23) vom Faserband proportional zur Feinheit des Garnes wählbar ist, bevorzugterweise 0 mm für Ne 100 bis 1 mm für Ne 10.
- Ringspinnmaschine nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Mittel zum Variieren des Unterdruckes am Faserband (23) vorhanden sind, dergestalt, dass der Unterdruck im Kanal in reziproker Entsprechung zum Abstand des Saugschlitzes vom Faserband einstellbar ist, insbesondere entspricht einem Abstand des Saugschlitzes vom Faserband von 0 mm 700 N/m2 im Absaugkanal oder dem Abstand von 1 mm 2000 N/m2 im Absaugkanal.
- Ringspinnmaschine nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Unterdruck am Faserband über die gesamte Maschine hinweg an allen Spinnstellen dadurch konstant gehalten wird, dass der abfallende Unterdruck im Absaugkanal durch einen entsprechenden Abstand des Saugschlitzes (23) vom Faserband ausgeglichen wird, so dass besagter Abstand insbesondere von 1 mm bei einem Unterdruck von 1800 N/m2 im Absaugkanal bis zu einem Abstand von 0 mm bei einem Unterdruck von 700 N/m2 im Kanal variieren kann.
- Ringspinnmaschine nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Entfernung des Saugschlitzes (23) vom Faserband durch mindestens einen Auflagesteg (34) auf dem Saugeinsatz gegeben ist.
